Probably been 30 years since I read Think and Grow Rich, and even longer since I listened to Hill's audio session. It's one of those items that should get pulled out on a regular basis as a reminder, the power is within you to program your own mind and achieve great things.

I had kind of a terrifying thought earlier... What if they're called "curse words" for a reason? Like getting angry and cursing is actually putting a hex on yourself of negativity and dooming yourself to bad experiences.

I've grown up saying "positive thoughts yield positive results" and it has made quite the difference from friends and family who are Debbie Downers playing the victim card as often as possible.
