.Attorney General Todd Blanche: "We're focused on providing accountability and restoring trust in our elections. In the weeks and months ahead, there will be more accountability as we continue to uncover fraud across the country. These cases are complex to investigate, but election law is clear, and our democracy rests on the ability to ensure that those legally allowed to vote in American elections are the only ones that do so. This is not a partisan issue, but one that affects ALL American voters."

Jeffries: Todd Blanche is not qualified to be the deputy attorney general, the acting attorney general, and he certainly is not qualified to be the United States attorney general. The role of that particular position is to serve as the people's lawyer. Todd Blanche has been acting like Donald Trump's lawyer, which was his former position, but he has failed to transition in terms of behaving in the best interest of the American people.

🚨 NOW: AG Todd Blanche says the Supreme Court’s mail-in ballot ruling does NOT kill illegal-voting prosecutions. Ongoing criminal investigations keep going. Trump’s goal has not changed. Safe voting. Election integrity. One person. One vote. And that person must be eligible. THE FIGHT IS NOT OVER. Blanche noted timing and litigation ate the clock on the executive order. That delay does not mean surrender. Free and fair elections after November still matter. Expect the work to continue straight through 2028 and beyond. Secure the vote. Prosecute illegal ballots. No retreat. ONE CITIZEN. ONE VOTE.

Tomorrow, the Judiciary Committee is supposed to vote on Todd Blanche's nomination to be Attorney General. 2 months ago, I told Blanche that while he may have the title of acting-AG, he is still acting like Trump's personal attorney. And that is still true today.

The establishment talking point that Attorney General Ken Paxton is going to hurt down-ballot Republicans is wrong. We have a candidate that Republicans are actually excited to get out and vote for. That's what you need when President Trump's name isn't on the ballot.

.Attorney General Todd Blanche: There's this constant effort by the media and Democrats that working to ensure free and fair elections is somehow a bad thing. Everybody should want free and fair elections — and that's exactly what we're working to achieve.

Dr. Jay Augustine, Senior Pastor of Big Bethel AME Church, in response to SCOTUS’s ruling on voting rights: What can we do to make sure we protect the fundamental right to vote? Vote. Especially in this election… This election, I believe, is more important than any that has occurred in the past, because now all hands must be on deck to make sure people are voting in 2026, because if we don't, we may not be able to vote at any time in the future.

.Attorney General Todd Blanche to Bloomberg on Election Integrity: “We’re not making this a partisan issue. The people that we have charged with illegally voting—I don’t know whether they voted for Republican or Democrat. The point here is that you can only be a citizen and vote. You cannot be here illegally, and you cannot be an LPR and vote. So, it’s a big focus of what we’re doing, and we’re going to keep on doing it.”

CNN’s Kasie Hunt: “The president recently signed an executive order to build a state-by-state citizenship list of eligible voters. What is DHS going to do with voter information?” DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin: “We’re going to make sure that our constitution is upheld, meaning that ONLY citizens of the United States are voting. That’s the most important thing we can do to protect the integrity of our elections.” “It’s what SAVES America... That we’re not having GAMES like you might see in Sanctuary cities… Why wouldn’t we want to make sure it’s safe?” “The ONLY people that should be voting in federal elections are true American citizens.”

I’m off to the House floor to vote for the SAVE Act, which simply ensures that those voting in U.S. elections are U.S. citizens. American elections are meant for the American people to cast their vote and have their voice heard. This is common sense.

🚨 CNN IN FULL MELTDOWN MODE OVER ELECTION INTEGRITY CNN crying that President Trump is “derailing” the GOP agenda by demanding proof of citizenship and real voting reforms via the SAVE America Act. Translation: They’re mad Republicans are finally listening to the American people who want secure elections. No more excuses. • Non-citizens voting = theft of American votes. • Election integrity isn’t optional — it’s foundational. Trump is right to hammer this. The American people deserve to know their votes actually count. CNN can clutch pearls all day. Patriots know: Secure elections = secure country. Pass the SAVE America Act. Prove citizenship. Restore trust.

Attorney General Todd Blanche announces that 10 foreign nationals have been indicted for illegal voting and voter-registration offenses in Minnesota. The charges include allegations of illegally voting in the 2022 and 2024 general elections, as well as the August 2026 primary elections. One illegal vote in our elections is too many. Prosecute them all.

MacFarlane: Is there any concern that opposition to the SAVE Act may give the perception that your party is against voter ID, which has some popularity across the country? Also, what do you make of the president voting by mail, as the SAVE Act seems to stop voting by mail? Jeffries: We have made clear repeatedly that we support voter ID laws. Here in this country, elections are administered by states and localities, and each state and locality has the ability to determine what is the most appropriate form of voter ID that should be required for their citizens to participate in voting in that state. New York State has very strong voter ID laws, which I support, and which facilitate voting in a way that allows for maximum participation by citizens while, at the same time, ensuring that elections are free and fair. This is a states’ rights issue. What happened to the days when Republicans actually supported states’ rights? These people are phony, and the example right now, among many, is the fact that for years Donald Trump has been railing against voting by mail, only to turn around and vote by mail in the special election taking place today in Florida.
