We need to be very careful with this. Due - rightfully owed All persons here legally are entitled to, and we as a society owe them, the same treatment by our legal system per the constitution. Invaders are not "Due" anything but expulsion and human rights treatment while doing so. That being said, if the person's claim is that they ARE here legally, it is the court system's function to determine that, not the Executive. If there is no claim of legal presence, then expell.
