The funny part is she tryna be funny & this video prolly already got her dumbass fired

These companies turn yall into minion army enforcers for 16/hr…..

If you advertise a drink at a size and I request no ice, I expect that amount of liquid. If your menu board does not explicitly state I'll receive a different amount, you're not honoring your sizing. Go ahead and process my refund.

It’s her job, no ice doesn’t mean you get extra free drink, some of yall are babies You want more then pay for it

Minimum wage workers really out here earning that hate.

Starbies greatest soldier

I choose no ice because I don't trust any of these companies to properly clean their ice machines on the schedule they should. I can't count the number of times I've gone into a place and walked out because there is mold on their ice machine. It's one of the most overlooked things in restaurants.

I mean, they can literally get written up for it so yeah it basically is cuz they can get fired or have their hours cut

Considering it would come between her & paycheck. Yes. I’ve worked for Starbucks before. You fill to the third line & add a venti scoop of ice. No ice doesn’t change that it only gets filled to the third line

People who say this amuse me because these companies will fire anyone for anything. So yes it is her paycheck at stake

Acting like this and still expecting a tip

Ice dilutes the drink and makes it unpalatable. I don't care if you put the same amount of liquid in, but deliberately decreasing it because someone doesn't want ice would make me see red.

As a former barista, literally all we have to do to make more summer berry (the blue stuff) is pour a pre-mix into the pitcher. It isn’t difficult or even really extra work. She’s just sucking up to a corporation that doesn’t care abt her bc her brain doesn’t function

After I found out how much they get paid, I would never be on the Internet defending this company.

No tip -no tip- no tip. Okay. You expecting a tip. Na you an’t getting that. Here’s you no tip right here. Ya.

Clerk hops counter after a customer becomes overwhelmed after finally purchasing the PS5 he had save for

I just hate ice in my drinks I'm not trying to pull one over on anyone when I ask for no ice 😅

6-year-old got welcomed back at school after beating leukemia.. 🥺

"No ice" is to avoid listeria. Ice machines, and the scoops and buckets they use are nasty. If you are on the road or working remote sites, no ice. Or just buy bottled drinks to be sure.

Do you ask for a vodka no ice at a bar and expect a full glass of vodka? You’re paying for an amount of the LIQUID INSIDE. Why should she risk losing her job because you’re broke.

This little kitten was seconds away from being crushed in a scrap grinder… until real heroes stepped in 🙏❤️

but youre also paying for a specific volume of your beverage. the cup is only bigger to compensate for ice. you dont get more drink for no ice.

She OD. As a former barista, fill them ppl cups up, weirdo

I’d laugh in her face and tell her fill my shit up 🤣🤣

If we pay for a certain number of ounces then there should be that many ounces in the cup. If it's 16 ounces, don't give me 8 ounces in a 16 ounce cup and fill the rest with ice. I pay for a 16 ounce and don't get that. Duh.

@Thebosskenn this is why @Starbucks is closing stores now

If the drink is advertised 24oz and I say no ice I still expect 24oz If you did that to me id sue your business for false advertised orders and stealing from customers Fuck Starbucks

Idk she might have a point 😭

A regular customer's heartwarming reaction to a free cake on her birthda... They got her a gift, too! ♥️

Kindness is priceless ❤️

Choosing the right spouse is exactly that, big-hearted man, I stand up and applaud you.

You notice how she poured the same drink back into the container instead of pouring it out and refilling the cup? That’s why some people ask for no ice. No self awareness of cross contamination

People are just not understanding that people aren’t paying $8 or more for mostly ice, they are expecting mostly liquid and THATS what they are ordering. Starbucks is the greedy one here, not the customers.
