Acting on a complaint, Task force team has inspected the below establishment on 20.02.2025. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶, 𝗦𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗸𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗶 * FSSAI license was not displayed at a prominent place. * FBO was found to be preparing mayonnaise using raw eggs which is banned by Government of Telangana. Approx. 1 kg... of prepared mayonnaise was destroyed. * Synthetic food colors were being used in the preparation of food. * Marinated raw chicken (15kg) was found to be stored for more than a week in the refrigerator which is rusty and unhygienic with blood stains. * Refrigerator is highly infested with cockroaches. The walls of the kitchen, electric pipes, switch boards and raw material were highly infested with cockroaches. * Kitchen was found highly unhygienic with open dustbins. * There are no pest control records. * Medical records for food handlers, FoSTaC certificates were not available. * Cooking oil found used repeatedly for preparation of food. @TelanganaHealth Travesty in the name of inspection/raids. IF REAL, TAKE PUNITIVE MEASURES. TELL THOSE OWNERS/STAFF TO EAT WHAT THEY COOKED THERE. 99% of Old City & 90% of Greater Hyderabad's restaurants-eateries, esp. muslims, are disgustingly unhygienic & have been serving filth over decades.

@TelanganaHealth You exposing them for not following the guidelines is fine but how stringent are the punishment for the offences? They keep doing this because they think they can get away with it with small amount of penalties! We need stronger action for offences like this!

@TelanganaHealth If this was in US UK CANADA they would have cancelled the license immediately and have filed criminal cases for playing with public health.
