I went. I lived. I know folks who fell off the Alpine Slide.

Worked there 3 years. Still have a shirt

Literally this was when we were there. No rules. Lifeguards and workers could give two shits. I remember the 4 man tube and anything went. And the alpine slide. Motoring. No helmet and getting all scrapped up. I read they didn’t even have engineers test anything. Worker

Ah, Class Action Park. I can still smell the weed, asphalt, mercurochrome and unregulated danger.

If you didn't leave without an injury, you weren't having fun. lol

That water when you come out of cannonball was legit glacier level cold. Also Tarzan swing was right there and all first timers face planted immediately which was hilarious.

Watch the documentary. It’s great.

The GOAT water park. Went many times as a kid

coldest water in America

Class Action Park.

Where you paid to have fun and injured at the same time😂

Two broken fingers, a nose and a sprained ankle and I still kept going back. That place ruled! Should have been called "Lord of the Flies Park"

Fracture Park. Real rides, real danger. Like it should be. The 80’s were fun, but safety was never guaranteed.

Place would still be opened if they didn’t allow drinking. Everyone that got hurt was drunk. Loved this place

I got stuck in the tube ride 3/4 of the way down that dumped you in the mini pond. Had to extricate myself; jump off into the pond and then swim the length to the other side. The water was so cold that if I had to swim further, the cold water would have gotten me. True story. ‘85

An incredibly popular place when I was a kid. And equally dangerous. Which is why it eventually closed.

"You play at your own risk" at Action Park.

That place was awesome, we went multiple times. Traction park!

So much fun everyone came home with bruises

“Accident Park” core memories

So jersey - drainage pipe water park 😭

Always a blast.

I was probably there at day and had my sneakers stolen. I was about 10 here. I just missed being able to be a drunk at action park that would've been scary shit. Watching the teams get smashed their was wild when they started getting hurt.

I still have scars on my legs from the Alpine slide

A fucking nightmare

I was NOT ALLOWED to go there!! I wanted to go SO BAD, as a teen. No worries! Got my 2nd degree burn scars FLYING off Camelback's Alpine Slide, instead. Good times.

I still can't believe that place was even legal.

This place rocked

Best park of all time. Wish I could go back!

About once a month someone was found at the bottom of that wave pool

Class Action Park, thanks for this!

The tanks were my favorite.

Alpine slide!

Traction Park
