What many fail to understand is that majority of SAns are not bona fide members of certain parties. Mashaba is addressing what those people are complaining about and he is going to get their votes, whether or not he delivers those promises remains to be seen. JHB needs a mayor like Mashaba, who is direct about what he is going to do about what people have been complaining about.
