I like to “jump rope” without a rope. Gives my mind something to focus on and I can make it through a couple of minutes without tripping over the rope. I maintain form and consistency, which does help once I have the rope in hand.

500 jump shots per week should do the trick.

Mick Jagger is 81 years old, and he has been bouncing his entire life.

This is jumping …. the audio is talking about rebounding they are not the same.

Jump rope every day (5-10 minutes) in combination with TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) keeps you healthy and strong 👍 A group of people practicing TRE® TRE® (Dr David Berceli) is an innovative series of exercises that assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma. The exercises safely activate a natural reflex mechanism of shaking or vibrating that releases muscular tension, calming down the nervous system. When this muscular shaking/vibrating mechanism is activated in a safe and controlled environment, the body is encouraged to return back to a state of balance. Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises (or TRE®) is based on the fundamental idea, backed by research, that stress, tension and trauma is both psychological and physical. TRE®’s reflexive muscle vibrations generally feel pleasant and soothing. After doing TRE®, many people report feelings of peace and well-being. TRE® has helped many thousands of people globally.

Does it have the same effect as skipping?

In india it's common. Everyone do this daily..... What NASA has discovered now...is an old theory of Indian living...

👍

I’ve always done this during my workouts because it would relieve tension in between sets. I never knew it was a thing
