Something I really admire about Taeyeon is how genuine she is as a person, not just as an idol. She never feels like someone who's constantly trying to maintain a perfect image. If she's happy, she'll show it. If she's upset, frustrated, or disappointed, she doesn't pretend otherwise. She's never been afraid to show those emotions, even in front of fans. She allows herself to be human. She doesn't force herself to smile all the time just because she's an idol. Instead, she expresses what she genuinely feels and allows herself to experience every emotion without hiding it. I think that's one of the reasons fans understand and respect her so much. It never feels like she's putting on an act, it feels like she's simply being herself. She just feels real. ⭐️: When we sang Choose (at BST), I went up for the first time to sing and I really wanted to take a picture. I even thought about asking the staff for my phone so I could take a picture. I seriously debated it a lot. That’s how beautiful it was, it almost felt too much just to take with my own eyes. It was a really happy moment. I think it might have been the best festival I’ve been to recently. And I’ve been thinking this since the concerts, when I look at the audience I wonder, “Will a moment like this come to me again?” So I try to sink into that moment. Honestly, sometimes doing the same stage over and over can be tiring, but when I finish the performance and look at the audience during the goodbyes, when I look at ATINY’s faces, the Lightinys and all the lights, they all feel so precious #SEONGHWA #성화

It is the first time in her career that she cancels a performance due to health reasons. “I tried to do this show from the very beginning even though I’ve been sick. I’ve had, like, really severe food poisoning and I tried to push through until the end, but I’m feeling extremely unwell. I’ve been throwing up backstage, and I really want to give the best show, and I’m basically on the floor trying my best. I can try to continue, but at some point I might have to stop. I’m extremely sick, and I’m really trying, I’ll push as much as I can, but if we have to stop, we might have to if I physically can’t continue. I’m in pain.”
