The Lore for those interested: Its a container, where the AI ATLAS saves confiscated human artefacts underground (bit like a underground car parking lot). If you give the "Vault" some of the machine blood, the currency essentially, it will spit some useful objects out.

hell yeah, its gonna be the way to get weapons but also all kind of items, and maybe even some eastereggs:D
