Added support for Cosserat rods to Jolt Physics. This is a stick constraint with an orientation that can be used to attach geometry. Can be used e.g. to simulate vegetation in a cheap way.

Normally, riggers try to avoid physics parameters hitting their limits during motion to prevent a jolting feel, but this characteristic can also be used intentionally to create movements that fit a retro electronic aesthetic. I also used blendshapes to control the visible range of different effects. Overall, this effect would be much easier to achieve with keyframe animation, but animation would never stop. What I found fun about rigging this part was actually achieving it through physics-driven behavior. #Live2D #Live2DWIP
