Every building is required to leave a margin space. Technically, this space is meant to remain open so that in case of an emergency, fire vehicles or other assistance can access the premises. However, in this particular case, the margin is along the roadside. The road itself can serve the purpose of emergency access. So practically speaking, the margin here does not add any real value. Still such unnecessary laws are made so that agencies can bring cases against you out of thin air. Now considering that this law already exists and we cant do much about it; the margin space must strictly be maintained, the only condition under UDCPR is that it must be kept “open to the sky.” In this case, it was open to the sky. The only modification made was a change in flooring, where slabs of different heights were designed on the ground floor by the cafe. I have read the UDCPR carefully, and nowhere does it mention that variable flooring design is prohibited in such open-to-sky margin areas. Therefore, this demolition does not appear to be entirely justified. It seems arbitrary and possibly driven by ego of PMC Care officers, especially if the café did not comply with unofficial expectations of bribe. Facial reconstruction of a 5,500-year-old man from Middle Irtysh, Kazakhstan Based on the era and geographical proximity, it is likely that this individual belonged to the ANE-rich West Siberian Hunter-Gatherer/WSHG genetic cluster. The skull was described by (Konstantin Solodovnikov, Anatoli Bagashev, Tur Svetlana, A.V Gromov, 2019) as follows: The facial portion of the skull with the mandible of an adult individual comes from the destroyed Neolithic burial ground of Zhelezinka. The originally incomplete cranium was studied by V. V. Ginzburg, who identified it as belonging to a mature-aged woman. It was noted to have a moderately sloping forehead, a supraorbital region developed above average, and markedly protruding brow ridges. The face is low, of medium width, moderately projecting in the horizontal plane, with deep canine fossae, moderately high orbits, and a strongly projecting, medium-wide nose. Despite some flattening of the face, the anthropological type of the skull was defined by the author as Proto-Europoid, possibly close to the Afanasievo population type of Southern Siberia. One of the authors has previously noted that the Zhelezinka skull, judging by the structure of the preserved facial part, is characterized by a narrow forehead, a wide, medium-high, moderately flattened face, rather high orbits and nasal region, a high nasal bridge, and a moderately large angle of projection of the nasal bones. By these traits, it is more similar, for example, to a male skull from a Neolithic burial at the Shiderty-3 site in Pavlodar Oblast (according to L. T. At the present level of accumulation and interpretation of materials, the Zhelezinka skull is extremely difficult to consider as an ancestral form for the Andronovo Proto-Europoid morphological variant; however, its similarity to another pre-Bronze Age skull from the same region deserves separate consideration. For this reason, the incomplete cranium from Zhelezinka was re-examined at the Peter the Great Museum of Anthropology and Ethnography (Kunstkamera) of the Russian Academy of Sciences using a standard program, with the addition of the angle of horizontal curvature of the forehead. Based on the scale of sexual dimorphism of ancient populations of Northern Eurasia, we determined the sex of the individual as male. Visual assessment indicates a tendency toward mesognathism of the facial region; its height is small, bordering on medium values for upper and total facial height. The mid-facial width falls within the medium size category, while the upper facial and biorbital widths are large. The width of the alveolar arch is small, and that of the palate is medium. Given the very large orbital width measured from maxillofrontale, this yields a chamaeconch index, whereas measured from dacrion the orbits are mesoconch. 1/ Wednesday, 31 December 2025, my wife and I were part of the three thousand five hundred guests or so who attended the Celestial Chorus Soirée, Third Edition, a Thanksgiving Year-End Event hosted by Dr K.R. and Mrs S. Tagwirei at the Harare International Conference Centre. Preceding the main event was a dinner banquet characterised by a lot of feasting, eating, song, and dance. Guests were served with a wide range of cuisine - Italian, French, Chinese cuisine, you name it. Being a Seventh-day Adventist event in the main, missing from the menu were alcoholic beverages. The dinner was served outside the Rainbow Hotel building, on the north side overlooking Samora Machel Avenue, in a specially designed construction complete with floor and roof, and well lit to the extent that you would mistake it for a permanent structure or appendage to the hotel building. I am short of words to describe the grandeur of the banquet, save to borrow from Johanne Masowe eChishanu. Guests were treated to a “Sapatina” to the accompaniment of serenading music - calm and light music. Of the music, to share, I took photographs of what impressed me the most, namely the three ladies dressed in angelic style, with immaculate dresses flowing to the floor, standing on raised platforms and belting out music from musical instruments as guests arrived. On the floor, as part of the cast, were girls donning angelic wings, waving and flowing with the music. After “the Sapatina, the food of angels”, guests trooped to the HICC Main Auditorium. As we strode into the auditorium, what immediately caught my eye, or rather what I looked at in amazement, was how the stage was set. It blew my mind off. Just in front of and below where I was sitting on the terraces was the full cast of an orchestra symphony. Right ahead was the illusion of a hill/mountain to climb, with performers dressed in white at different heights of this illusionary hill/mountain. In between the orchestra and the illusionary hill/mountain lay two platforms, with the one immediately next to the orchestra serving as a platform for presenter-singers, and the platform immediately in front of the illusionary hill/mountain serving as the location of the Director of Ceremonies and the pianist. The Director of Ceremonies, the very talented Everton Mlalazi, doubled up as director of ceremonies and presenter-singer. On either side of the singers’ platform, as part of the stage, were white-robed singers/dancers. As guests, we were treated to an unforgettable night of gospel music, with performers and audience coming from Zimbabwe, South Africa, Uganda, Nigeria, Zambia, Tanzania, etc. The gospel music performances took us to midnight and into the New Year, 2026, when guests trooped outside the hotel to watch the spectacular drone fireworks display. You typically don't talk about gross capacity in a deployment like this 2. If it would be gross capacity, the GPU hour rate at IT level would be crazy high (at PUE 1.2, $680m / 50 = 13.6m/MW) 3. At 60MW IT load, and ~14kW draw at DGX server level, we can get to ~4,286 DGX systems with 8 GPUs per. 4. Based on this we can conclude that 60MW of IT load can run approximately 34k DGX B300. 5. 34k DGX B300 at $680m/yr, would represent a GPU hour price of $2.28 Now this is the problem with not disclosing your GPU quantity. You purposely make your business model look bad, because by approach, you get to a GPU hour price that would imply a payback period of 4 years, where only the last year of the contract is 100% margin. But of course, we can also take "the glass is half full" approach. IREN has ordered 50K B300s from Dell. They have 2 purchase orders for this, 1 between Dell Canada and IE CA Leasing Ltd for 4 phases, and 1 between Dell USA and IE US Hardware 1 Inc (amended from IE US Hardware 4 Inc on April 27, 2026). The order for Canada is divided in 4 phases, and are going to Mackenzie for 80MW of gross capacity, which happens to be 4 buildings of 20MW. The order for Childress is divided in 2 phases, and are going to DC35 and DC36, (as depicted in the earnings presentation) and those are 50MW gross. The purchase price of the order for Childress was $1.2B, and for Canada it was $2.3B If we go with 50,000 B300s for a total of $3.5B then $1.2 would represent 34.285% of the 50,000 GPUs, or 17,140 B300s rounded down. For this calculation I will consider that $IREN will deploy 17,140 GPUs in 50MW gross capacity in DC35 and DC36 of block 3 in Childress.. That would imply at 1.2 PUE, IREN can run 17,140 B300s in 41.67MW IT load. Now by that ratio, they can run 24,680 GPUs in 60MW IT load — a massive difference with 34k units through the Nvidia DGX reference calculation. If common sense is applied, you can still get to 2 completely different outcomes, that show a difference of more than 9k GPUs. The GPU hour rate at 24.68k GPUs would be $3.145 per B300, as MASSIVE difference from the earlier calculated $2.28. Sure, the DGX system may be a factor here. And I'm sure that the reality is somewhere in the middle. But I personally hate this as an investor, to be unable to calculate profitability on unit economic basis. After all, contracts are signed on a $/GPU hour basis. Why hide this from your investors? Not being able to calculate payback periods, unable to calculate ROIC. And most importantly, we cannot properly assess the $NVDA deal on a contract basis. I really hope the payback period of this contract is not 4 years. I want the glass to be half full, but by starting to censor the purchases, IREN is taking a step in the wrong direction. Not a fan of this.

This mentality contributes to the high fatality rate on highways in Uttar Pradesh After driving on these roads for around 14 years, I’ve developed the habit of honking while passing trucks and buses, ensuring a margin of braking distance for sudden maneuvers by riders spitting paan, cattle appearing out of nowhere, people crossing without looking and of course, wrong-way driving Notice the timestamps between the two clips - such incidents occurred twice in five minutes during a 6 hour drive. If I were to compile all these instances, it would be like watching a short movie Though the speed may appear slow in the video, it was mostly around 100 km/hr.
