If Lindsay Clancey declined to take the prescribed medications, many people claim she made the wrong choice. If she "voluntarily" took the medications, other people claim she made the wrong choice. Do we really expect individuals who are seriously mentally ill to make informed, rational choices? This case is not about whether or not she made rational decisions with regard to following the directions of her medical care providers. In accordance with the Court's instructions, the jury must decide whether or not the prosecution proved beyond a reasonable doubt that, at the moment she killed her children, she had the substantial capacity to appreciate the wrongfulness of her actions. If the prosecution failed to prove she appreciated the wrongfulness of her actions, the jury is obligated to acquit her.

lol. you had the audacity to read my post, which accused you of distorting the views of those who disagreed with you, and then you went and totally distorted what i said in my post. You are not honest.

You have a large following so I would like to post this here: 2023: Lindsay Clancy pled not guilty to the murder charges and that hasn’t changed 2025: Reddington decided to pursue an insanity defense March 2026: Reddington requested bi-furcation and the judge denied it April 2026: Reddington gets Lindsay to formally stipulate. The proposed stipulation was NOT a guilty plea, but an admission/stipulation strategy Current Day: The Commonwealth must prove beyond a reasonable doubt both that she committed the crime AND that she was criminally responsible. Give the glaring incompetence of the investigation and the debacle that was the prosecution, I think you’re going to see some serious deliberation by this jury. AGAIN: Her plea HAS NEVER changed! Her defense’s trial strategy did

Kim, you are assuming that a patient is fully capable of "making a decision" to take medications when seriously impaired, being treated in a hospital, and simply told the medicines will help. You simply don't have enough experience with how things work in psychiatry. Guilty mayb

Can you imagine your wife telling you “I have postpartum depression and thoughts of harming the children and I’m on all of these medication’s to try to take away all of those thoughts”… and then just leaving your children with her.

What ever you want to say it's just a slop shop- this is orchestrated division and the denigration of women- and it really highlights that you maybe are not as honest of actor we would wish that you were.

It finally makes sense to me. Feminists have transferred their innate need to have their husband make decisions for them to having professionals do so. They need a man of authority to come in and say, “No more meds!” None did. No doctor said “no” to her. Thus, not her fault!

@dido_corleon I’ve practiced criminal law for 24+ years, and find the DA’s decision to charge her after one day, after a perfunctory investigation very troubling. Not to mention the MA state crime lab’s history of testing errors and corruption.

You're thinking clearly. Those fans of a psychopath refuse to see anything other than a victim. Which is weird. You want victims? Well we f'n got 3 dead kids and a devastated father. It's not enough for them. It doesn't fit their already set in stone worldview.

Depression is not solved through pills. Its solved through lifestyle and perspective change. This generations depression is a product of laziness, expecting change to come to them instead of working for it. Over worked and hijacked dopamine centers and limbic systems.

Society is approaching WW3 from social norms causing a domination addiction targeting those perceived as vulnerable, such as a victim of psychosis. It goes far beyond political actors & cries to "get", control, steal assets or dominate a victim of psychosis is an example.

The most important question is why does the media push this case? There are about 500 cases of filicide yearly in the US But they choose this one... because it keeps us fighting Just like Austin Metcalf About 9 teens kill teens daily They need us divided and distracted

What I find so interesting is that the same exact case happen in Ireland in 2023 same date January 24th the kids even have the same initials CDC. The women have the same job, nurses both of them jacked up on the ssris. It's almost like it's a psyop or something

100% agree with you, Kim!!! And I’m willing to bet that every person defending her behavior while drugged up is the first one in line to condemn anybody for misbehavior when drunk, as “no excuse the alcohol, just let them be who they really are.” it took like 4 min each child.

You're hilarious, adorable, smart and just dead wrong. Showing compassion for the person who, out of desperation, took prescribed meds that caused her to become homicidal is not misplaced sympathy. The psychiatrist and the drugs are clearly at the root of this.

Your own emotionality belies a deeper reason why this gets to you so much. We all have compassion for the poor children of this woman. They should be alive. She’ll either be in a mental ward or in jail. Either is fine with me. No dog in this fight. Someone had a bad mama…

Completely agree in most of your points, but Lindsey was in the medical industry herself, specifically- during Covid. It's very easy to drink the Kool-Aid of what your corporate overloads are telling you when you no longer have sovereignty to begin with. We have to start understanding where the subject came from vs. fitting them in our neat bubble almost 4 years after the fact. She is guilty of killing her children, but she trusted a corporate entity she was part of for many years as well. We can't expect her to be smarter than the corporation, especially when she's struggling mentally.

On this Kim, I agree with you. Yes, she was medically mismanaged, but every murderer has major mental problems. Including Lindsay, and you don't get to blame those mental problems and think you deserve freedom. Sorry Lindsay, you life is shit now, but you will be imprisoned forever. You ruthlessly, methodically, and painfully slowly killed your 3 children.

Please go check out the recreation on tik tok using Bratz Dolls. Its very compelling. After watching it, if you go back and listen to testimony, it appears the defense attorney may be suspicious of the husband. He did marry a girl who looks exactly like Iike Lindsey.
