Manaketta @AmazonHelp they scheduled 4 return pick up already and from pick courier end they keep on cancelling without calling. For 700 rs shoe also they are delaying for pick and refund. So, need to have a youtube channel to get justice @amazonIN

I too got a refund in a similar fashion. They have conducted enquiry and then accepted for refund. But, @amazonIN flagged my A/c and whenever I'm putting an order, they are accepting the order, taking payment and then cancel my order citing I've violated usage rights. Pathetic.

@amazonIN same happened with my laptop exchange tooo.. I bought a laptop with wrong specs but i asked for return, then next min i found it out..but they denied and restricted my amazon account stating I have made many returns previously. But this was my 1st one.Kindly check this.

People should not buy electronic items through @amazonIN & @Flipkart Beacuse they are just mediating brokers between seller n buyer Every brand has own store or multi brand stores available. Even if u have to pay 2k extra will go to the store and get it. This gives satisfaction.
