Very badly dubbed on the video, not a lip sync issue, that isn't the original audio at all, anyone with no shit in their ears can hear it.. where's the background noise from the flame cannons or the audience for that matter...

So today, I’m issuing a challenge to Randy: four debates, one in each congressional district. Let’s take our ideas directly to the people of Iowa. If you’re not willing to confirm debates by next week, I’ll head to Rob Sand’s office and challenge him to debate instead. Iowans deserve to hear from the candidates. Let’s do this.
