For anyone claiming I’m lying about the call, here is the sequence, and it’s all reflected in my call log. At 6:12 PM, Aidan called me from a random number. Once I realized it was him, I answered, told him not to contact me again, and hung up. He immediately called back from the same number. After that, a mutual friend reached out to me saying he was not doing well mentally and was asking me to please talk to him. Reluctantly, and out of concern, I agreed and unblocked him. I knew I could never trust him and had to be extremely cautious speaking to him. He then called me again at 8:52 PM. We spoke for over an hour. The call ended because he refused to take full accountability for his actions, and I hung up. He called me again at 10:06 PM. I did not answer. That’s the full timeline. No embellishment. No gaps. Just facts.

The confusion about whether former Eagles OC, Kevin Patullo, was fired or not isn't that confusing. They never used the word fired. In short, they care about him, value what he has done for the organization, and are allowing him to weigh his options and decide if he wants to come back in a different role. Philadelphia, & their entire front office, are a class org. They value people, respect them, and treat them right. They also know what he has meant to their 2 Super Bowls runs, despite not working out at OC. The players who praised him all season and after the wild-card loss do so with sincerity. It is not lip service or professionalism. They genuinely respect him. Almost every player was asked about him after their loss, nobody wavered in their praise for him. Bros will do every cable back exercise they see on tik tok… But avoid the ones that actually work🤷‍♂️ Real talk… Few exercises have added density to my back the way bent over rows have. Yes, I love a good cable back exercise as much as the next optimal bro…and I do my fair share. But I will say, there’s a certain quality in the back you just can’t get unless you’re slinging around some heavy rows. Not saying don’t use good form, or don’t use machines, but I’m saying as far as bang for your buck goes…barbell rows are still top shelf in my book.

I’m asking for all the prayers, love, and support you can send my way right now ❤️ About eight days ago, my husband left me. After years of battling abuse, I finally found the courage to kick him out and not take him back. Now I’m trying to pick up the pieces of my life, stand on my own two feet, and figure out what’s next. I’m left dealing with severe health issues that have landed me in the hospital from dehydration and neglect since he walked away. I have no help, I don’t know my legal rights (like whether I can change the locks), and I’m trying to find the right attorney to move forward. I feel completely helpless, but I still have a roof over my head — thank God for that. If it wasn’t for Him, I wouldn’t even be here writing this.
