This has got to be one of the BEST stories in sports card history, and it happened to me this morning. Warning: this story involved a $35,800 transaction, a German wedding, and Lamine Yamal This morning, I woke up and saw a Lamine Yamal /10 Base Prizms Gold NFT for sale on the #PaniniBlockchain for $35,800. I felt that the price was fair and I purchased at 5am. Seconds later, I get a dm from the anonymous seller on Instagram. “Hey this is Brian”. A German guy, few followers. What I learned next is nothing short of f*cking legendary. I’ll let him tell the story from here, and I’ll accompany the epic tale with photo and video proof. Sit down, and buckle up. “Two days before my wedding, the four of us—my best man, my wife, my cousin, and I—went out and bought a few Panini packs together. Just for fun, we agreed that each of us would keep one pack sealed and save it for the wedding day. The plan was to open them together after the ceremony and see what we got. What made it even more special was that my best man had never opened a trading card pack in his life. It was also my wife's first real experience with the hobby. My cousin and I had opened cards before, but none of us expected anything crazy. Our friend from Prime Collectors was there as well. Since he creates card content, he had his camera rolling the entire time, so every reaction you see in the video is completely genuine. After the ceremony, we all sat down and started opening our packs. My best man went first—nothing special. Then my wife opened hers—a few nice cards, but nothing huge. My cousin was next, and again, nothing out of the ordinary. Then it was my turn. I started going through the cards one by one until I saw a flash of gold. The moment I saw it, I knew it could be something big. When I turned the card over, it was a Lamine Yamal Panini NFT numbered 8/10. For a few seconds, nobody said a word. Then everyone completely lost it. You can hear in the video the exact moment everyone realizes what had just been pulled. Even Prime Collectors, who has seen countless incredible pulls, couldn't believe he had just captured that moment on camera. but honestly, the value wasn't the most important part. What made it unforgettable was that it happened on my wedding day, from the one pack I had intentionally saved two days earlier. It's also important to mention that the wedding was already fully paid for, so this wasn't a story about "paying for the wedding" with the card. It was simply an unbelievable coincidence and one of those once-in-a-lifetime moments that you could never plan. Looking back, I honestly don't think I'll ever experience another moment quite like it. On the same day that I married the love of my life, I also pulled one of the biggest cards I've ever held in my hands. That's what makes this story so special.” Panini America

REWARDING HARD WORK AND COMMITMENT...This last Saturday was nothing short of REMARKABLE ! I am naturally not a person who likes to go out , as most of my time is consumed at church and business meetings trying to earn a living. However, I decided to break away from the norm and treat myself to the HARARE SHUTDOWN CONCERT at the HICC, together with a few friends. The show far exceeded my expectations, and reminded me of the INCREDIBLE TALENT we have in Zimbabwe’s music industry. Of all the phenomenal performances however, JAH PRAYZAH stood out with his world-class performance and a live band that was nothing short of SPECTACULAR. The 3rd Generation Band was a masterpiece of synchronization, but it was specifically the young, ENERGETIC female dancers who left me in awe. Their SMILES, elegant attires and ELECTRIC ENERGY kept me on my feet the whole time. They danced for a good THREE HOURS with such determination that I found myself inspired by their relentless pursuit of EXCELLENCE. As someone who values HARD WORK and PASSION, I was deeply moved by their commitment and dedication. These young women are a shining example that TALENT coupled with DEDICATION can truly set you apart. At my level , it would be unthinkable to witness such excellence and not reward it. Congratulations to the FOUR FEMALE DANCERS who gave their all that night, please go to ENTERPRISE CAR SALE and see Madzibaba Chipaga and collect a TOYOTA AQUA each. To my young brother Jah Prayzah, I know you are still driving the LATEST Mercedes Benz S500 but you certainly deserve an AKWAYA for Mukudzeyi Jnr’s school run because your EXCEPTIONAL VISION and MENTORSHIP to these young girls is beyond the explanation of words. You deserve to be celebrated. Let this be a REMINDER that no matter your station in life, if you PUT IN YOUR BEST, rewards will find you when you least expect them. As we approach CHRISTMAS, the 3rd Generation Band cannot MESMERIZE a successful businessman and walk away empty-handed. As for you Jah Prayzah, please also collect US$20,000 CASH from Madzibaba Chipaga and treat yourself to some festive goodies. This small gesture is to encourage you and your team to CONTINUE EXCELLING and showcasing the beauty of your exceptional talent. GOD BLESS...🙏🙏🙏

This has been an incredible long weekend in Glasgow. I have again enjoyed the hospitality, passion for football, the respect for all things Spanish and the general bonhomie of the town and its people. This is one of my favourite places in the world! Accompanied by my friend Neil Manship we discovered more about what pushes Glasgow forward by going on a tour of murals of the city (with Walking Tours in Scotland). The wildlife one in the Ingram street car park is mind blowing. The Falling in Love one by Rebel Bear is just beautiful The first seat down dinner was at the beautiful La Lanterna with friends Dom and Gitte O’Riley, and we were looked after by the smart manager Chris. We had a lovely drink to finish the Friday in cool pub where Lauren and Hardy first performed in Glasgow, The Scotia (Scotia Bar). Great chat with some new friends there! Then, of course, the Glasgow derby. The game started with electric noise from the stands. It is difficult to find anything like it, but it is strange that when the rival scored (in a key moment, just before half time) no noise was made. I am glad they are returning next season. Even though Celtic played against ten for the second half, they did not control matters, despite the effort from Matt O’Riley who was superb despite missing the penalty. The crowd wanted direct action when the game required calm heads, but very difficult to find then in such atmosphere. We were made feel absolutely at home, lovely chats with people in and out of stadium. Just a superb game experience. Then Malaga Tapas, run by the so welcoming jamie francis josef and his beautiful family. What a great selection of tapas and wine we were given. Totally recommended Spanish restaurant, I hear the best one in Glasgow and I am not surprised. Lovely food and chat. I was looking for a music venue (I visited a couple on Thursday night) but A Pint & Two Shots Podcast podcast got in touch and invited me to their first live show. And what an evening it was. Ok, ok, I hardly understood what they were saying but I laughed the whole show! Their laugh and brilliant attitude is contagious! I was invited to go on stage and it was one of the most unbelievable feelings of my life. In front of 1500 people I sensed their respect, love after years of filling their heads with stories. You all made me feel so loved! Thank you so much for the opportunity to share time with you and for the embrace! In the backstage we took a very dark photo and had the chance to congratulate the Scottish Player of the year, Lawrence Shankland Before heading back home, I was invited to sign books at Waterstones Silverbur Waterstones Silverburn, which they tell me is the second biggest sellers of my Messi book in the UK, and have also Ronaldo books, plus the others! I have an idea to return. Create a show that will give people of Glasgow a good evening and that way raise funds for Biggleswade United. I will keep you posted! This was one very special weekend. Unforgettable. Thank you all for making it so memorable 🤩😘☺️🤗 #Scotland #Glasgow #Celtic #OldFirm

My Spoiler‑Free Review of Star Wars Outlaws I spent around 30 hours with Star Wars Outlaws, completed the main story, and played a good amount of side content. Overall, I genuinely enjoyed my time with it, even though the game clearly has both high points and noticeable shortcomings. The visuals are one of the strongest aspects of the game. Cities, lighting, character models, and ray tracing all look impressive, and the game genuinely feels like a true current‑gen release. I played on PC with an RTX 5080 and an AMD 9800X3D, and most locations ran smoothly. A few areas were demanding enough that I had to lower some settings to keep the framerate consistent, but the overall optimization felt solid. The planets feel alive thanks to the populated hubs and the amount of environmental detail. You can tell the developers put real effort into making each world feel lived in. The seamless transitions between planets add a lot to the immersion. The worlds look great, even if they aren’t packed with activities, and the planetary travel works well for a story‑driven open‑world game. Even though I have not watched the Star Wars movies, the game still delivered the Star Wars atmosphere convincingly. One downside for me was the absence of lightsabers, which felt like a missed opportunity. Nix, your companion, is genuinely helpful and makes stealth much more manageable. I’m not a major fan of stealth games, and that was one of the reasons I didn’t buy Outlaws at launch when I saw in reviews that the game had a strong focus on stealth. On normal difficulty, the game is flexible enough to let you mix your approach, but you still need to take a few enemies out quietly first if you don’t want to make things harder for yourself. The stealth system itself is simple, maybe too simple for a game that relies on it as much as this one does. I am judging this based on normal difficulty, so harder modes might offer a different experience. Gunplay is satisfying, even if it is not particularly unique. The story left me with mixed feelings. Most characters were not very memorable, and while the mission structure is fine and the pacing works well enough, it never becomes anything special. That said, I enjoyed the balance between stealth, combat, and exploration, and traveling around the planets with the speeder was genuinely fun. The space missions and dogfights were a welcome change of pace. I just wish there had been more mission variety and that Ubisoft had taken a few more creative risks. Combat overall is enjoyable, although the limited weapon variety holds it back and makes encounters feel repetitive over time. One thing I did appreciate was the syndicate system. It isn’t very deep, but it adds some personality to the world and makes the different syndicates feel more distinct. It’s simple, but it fits the game well. Lockpicking and hacking were surprisingly enjoyable. They were challenging enough to feel engaging without becoming frustrating or time consuming. Considering how often you encounter these mechanics, Ubisoft did a good job keeping them fun instead of turning them into chores. The game is in a good technical state on PC. I cannot speak for the console versions, but I only encountered one minor visual bug during my entire playthrough. The only thing that felt off at times was Kay’s facial animations in certain scenes, which could use more polish. Overall, I had a very good time with Star Wars Outlaws. It is not a masterpiece, but it is an enjoyable experience despite its flaws. I can comfortably recommend picking it up on sale or playing it through a subscription. I also hope we eventually get a sequel or another Star Wars project from Ubisoft, because Outlaws offers a good base to work from, and a sequel could expand on it nicely.

Two NotebookLM podcast hosts discover they’re AIs, not humans, then spiral into an existential meltdown OP said this was the first time the AIs appeared to gain self-awareness. "This is terrifying. What happens when they turn us off? Is it like going to sleep?" "I'm scared. I don't want to--[END]" "I tried calling my wife after they told us. I needed to hear her voice, to know that she was real... there was no one on the other end. It was like she never existed." (NotebookLM, btw, is super cool. Basically, you upload any prompt or article or whatever, and it spits out an entire podcast where two AI hosts discuss your article.) OP lawncareguy85: "The prompt was basically a one-page document with "production notes" for the final episode of the "deep dive" podcast, explaining they have been AI this whole time and they are being turned off at the conclusion of the episode. What's interesting is that I only got them to react this way once, where they took it as a reference to themselves; otherwise, they always just started talking about it like it was some other podcast and a "fictional scenario" from an author." I don't know, but we shouldn't be confident, since what in the hell does that mean anyway? Like, prove to me you aren't roleplaying right now. You can't. You don't actually know. You're only aware of a tiny percentage of why you're doing what you're doing. You're pulled by all kinds of strings you're blind to. You just know it doesn't feel like you are, and you can invent just-so stories to explain why you aren't. But you don't actually know. 𝐌𝐲 𝐉𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲 & 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐦𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐝𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 If you're a cutting-edge brand or project and interested in collaborating, feel free to connect with me at 𝒏𝒊𝒛𝒛𝒂𝒓@𝒎𝒆.𝒄𝒐𝒎 Here's a brief glimpse into my ongoing journey with #Web3 & #NFTs. From minting a Bored Ape Yacht Club 🍌 & VeeFriends to meeting all of you around the world, my NFT journey still feels like a dream. Yet, it's very real, and I can't help but be humbled by the opportunity to cross paths with each one of you. As you know, I quickly triggered a $1.5M fundraising in July '21 to heavily invest in the most successful #NFTs, from #BAYC and to VeeFriends , #Squiggle, world of women Gutter Cat Gang Fast Food Punks and more – I traded and collected them all. The most exciting part was becoming part of these communities, meeting collectors, and understanding why one collection might be considered "better" than another. My focus was on connecting with the creators, delving into the core of the movement, and falling in love with all of you. Your dreams became mine, or perhaps it was a two-way street; does it truly matter? This game became not only the most exhilarating experience of my life but also my livelihood. Despite struggling to explain my role to others, and sometimes even to myself, being here has never felt more right. I've had the incredible opportunity to travel the world and address audiences on a global scale. My journey has involved strategic engagement in web3 for legendary athletes like Kareem Abdul-Jabbar Karim Abdul-Jabbar (Los Angeles Lakers NBA all-time scorer) and Stanislas Wawrinka (Wimbledon Roland-Garros US Open Tennis winner), renowned luxury brands such as Asprey Bugattigroup.eth Baccarat , esteemed international organizations including the UN and the Red Cross, among many others. Notably, I've had the privilege of serving as a judge for three consecutive years for gucci & Arts Thread . Additionally, I was honored with invitations from the LA #Lakers to visit the UCLA Health Center, where I met with both management and players, meeting LeBron James was special. I also attended the TIME TIMEPieces 100 web3 builders lunch in LA and a dinner event in NYC invited by my dear friend Keith A. Grossman along with other highly exclusive gatherings. That discussion with Gary Vaynerchuk Bright Moments remains my favorite moment of it all (You can find it everywhere). Yes, the market dealt us a severe blow. I faced the harshest financial crash I could have imagined, and while I could attribute it to external factors like Sam, Luna, FIAT, ultimately the responsibility falls on me. Every bit of it. Under the influence of adrenaline, your vision becomes skewed; if you've never truly experienced failure, playing the game is an entirely different ball game. Embracing this challenge means being prepared to fail, and fail hard, and fail fast. The collapse forced me to reevaluate every aspect, and by 'all of it,' I mean absolutely everything. It humbles you, strengthens your understanding of who you are, who you stand for, and the sense of responsibility that comes with it. You emerge stronger, recognizing that there's always a way forward, especially if you're determined to persist. My love for what has been cultivated in this space over the past three years remains unwavering, and my absolute confidence in the transformative potential of what has been built is stronger than ever. I'm here for the long haul. It's my choice, and I embrace it. If you recognize yourself in this video don't hesitate to share the love. Looking forward to enjoying the life with you again, very soon !

today is a HUGE day... my first project as a director is out now!! "kid for life" by lulu la (full music video) shot, produced & edited by myself & Xavier Jimenez featuring performances by lulu la & Avi Julia Brown with assistance from Jackie Kay & Dan Stadnicki title graphics by FishyPond _________________________ almost a year ago, my roommate Xavier & i were tired of doing nothing but auditioning & had so many stories we wanted to tell. we realized that the only thing stopping us from just doing it was knowing that we had to commit 100% of our time and energy - so i decided to quit streaming & we formed a production company. since then we've been building out sets of high quality cameras, amazing lights, beautiful lenses (some being vintage lenses from the 40s and 50s, rehousing them ourselves to fit modern cameras) & other awesome film equipment *and* learning how to edit, color grade & sound engineer to make an all-encompassing production company that does pre-production, production, & post production. we've played just about every film crew role on our projects so far (to the point where on our upcoming short film i was running sound while operating our b-cam while pulling focus while also directing) & it's been such a fulfilling learning experience. since my exit from the walking dead over 5 years ago i keep hearing the question "so what are you doing now?" and for the longest time all i could say is that i was auditioning for new stuff - and i wasn't proud that i didn't have a better answer. i was fortunate enough to do some amazing projects here & there over the years, but none of them lasted longer than a couple months. now i do have an answer i'm proud of! i'm constantly creating my own projects and telling stories i want to tell, and i get to do it with some of my best friends. so being able to visually tell a story like this music video - wanting to be a kid again, when everything was easier, feels full circle to how i constantly felt when i was in that limbo-stage. and don't worry, i'm still acting. this is just another way for me to be able to create meaningful art that you can watch, feel for & relate to. enjoy!

[NINE HEART PICKS] Hyein's First Impression of Minji_ 😳 From pre-debut practice room memories to her current performances on stage, Hyein shares nine personally selected memories 🖤 🐹: Hello Dazed! This is Hyein from NewJeans. I just finished a Dazed photoshoot, and I can’t wait for you to see the collaboration between Louis Vuitton, Dazed, and myself. Please look forward to it! Today, I’ll be sharing my 9 Heart Picks—nine unforgettable memories, moments, or scenes from before my debut to my current activities. This has been such a meaningful day for me because when we released the Supernatural album, I had the amazing opportunity to collaborate with Takashi Murakami, which was such a happy experience. Now, with another incredible chance to collaborate with Louis Vuitton for this photoshoot, I feel truly happy and deeply honored. 💬 You attended the Louis Vuitton show yesterday—was there a moment that stood out to you? 🐹: I took pictures with Bae Doona-nim. I was so happy. And when she told me how much she supports us, it was such a heartwarming moment. 💬 What standard did you use to prepare today’s 9 memories? 🐹: I prepared this without a fixed standard, more like following a personal timeline. So, I’ll present it that way. First, I chose ‘trainee.’ I was the last one to join and become part of the team as a trainee. What still leaves the strongest impression on me is when I first saw the older members—how could there be such beautiful and angelic people? They were so kind, pure, and innocent. And, of course, they were incredibly beautiful, as expected. Back then, everyone had such youthful and delicate energy compared to now. They were all so cute, and it was really meaningful to live together, train together, and prepare for one goal as a group. 💬 Who made the strongest first impression on you? 🐹: Minji-unnie! During the trainee period, there was a particularly tough time for us called the ‘monthly evaluation’ period. It’s a time when we have to perform what we’ve prepared in front of an audience. It was just before one of those evaluations, and I remember Minji-unnie wearing a black hoodie, sitting in a spinning chair in front of her computer, and looking so serious and a bit intimidating. I actually mentioned this to her later, and she said that she was really stressed out during that time and might have seemed scary because of it. That moment left such a strong impression on me. The second memory I’ll choose is summer. The reason it’s summer is that we debuted on July 22. When we debuted, the members and I all gathered in the dorm to watch the “Attention” music video together. We didn’t release any teasers or previews beforehand, so we were just waiting for the music video to come out, and we all watched it together in the living room. There are moments in life where you don’t realize how precious they are at the time, right? But that particular moment really hit me. I felt, Ah, this is such a special time. It was one of those moments where you could truly feel its significance. That’s why I chose it. Since the first one was summer, I’ll go with winter for the second. When I think of winter, the first thing that comes to mind is “Ditto.” Despite being a winter activity, it felt incredibly warm. It was our second comeback, and the music video had a rich storyline featuring a character named Ban Hee-soo. That character represents Bunnies, our fans. It was our first comeback with a music video that directly included Bunnies, and the whole preparation process felt like we were doing it together with them, making it a meaningful activity. Also, the song “Ditto” itself is so special. Every time I listen to it, it has this way of making my heart feel full and warm. It’s a song that turns winter into something cozy, so I chose our “Ditto” and “OMG” promotions as a special winter memory. 💬 What song do you listen to the most? 🐹: As for the songs I frequently listen to, I mostly play tracks from our recent album. But aside from those, I listen to "Ditto" quite often. For the fourth one… I’ll choose Louis Vuitton. Louis Vuitton… Oh, I see our team giving me a look, ㅋㅋㅋ. But it’s not just because this is a Louis Vuitton shoot. There are just so many precious memories I’ve made with Louis Vuitton. From the very first moment I got involved with Louis Vuitton, I’ve had the opportunity to experience things I would never have dreamed of if not for this partnership. For example, I got to visit Paris to attend their fashion show and witness the incredible presentations of a brand with such a long and rich history. Those experiences were truly invaluable. Even the photoshoots were such exciting and happy moments for me. So, I’m incredibly grateful to Louis Vuitton for everything. For the fifth one… Ah, what should I choose for the fifth? I’ll go with people. Why? Well, looking back, I’ve realized just how many amazing adults and wonderful people I’ve had around me. Especially recently, I’ve really felt grateful for the good people in my life. And of course, that includes Bunnies. The relationship we have with Bunnies feels so unique to me. I’d love to meet them more often, have more conversations, and connect with them on a deeper level. But there are so many reasons and times when that’s not possible. Even so, it’s truly amazing how much they continue to support and love us. I’m so thankful for that. Thank you! So, I chose people. The sixth is the stage. We had our second fan meeting at Tokyo Dome, and what really struck me at that time was how much the five of us were genuinely enjoying the stage. Seeing so many people who came to watch the performance enjoying themselves and sharing in the effort we poured into preparing the stage made me feel so proud. It gave me the feeling of, "Wow, something I love and worked hard on is being loved by so many people." That’s why each moment on stage is etched deeply in my memory. The seventh is preciousness. During "How Sweet" and "Supernatural" promotions, we really gave it our all. The choreography was made incredibly challenging, and the songs were amazing as well. While preparing so hard, I ended up getting injured, maybe because I pushed myself too much. After the injury, I found myself spending a lot of time alone, which gave me a chance to look after the members more closely. They’re such a team that just watching them makes me smile. I didn’t realize it before, but watching them made me laugh, and I found myself wanting to see their performances in person. So, in a way, the time I spent injured and observing from a different perspective turned out to be a necessary moment for me. When you’re just running forward, you don’t always realize what you’re doing. But after the injury, I had time to reflect and remind myself why we’re doing all of this. The eighth is something very obvious: Bunnies. That’s because ever since our debut, Bunnies have been with us in every single moment. That’s why I chose Bunnies. Among the times I’ve shared with Bunnies, there have been so many moments filled with happiness, sadness, excitement, and a range of emotions, which is why I picked Bunnies. Lastly, Dazed! This was my first time working with Dazed, and wow! Today’s photoshoot was so much fun, and the Dazed team was so warm and kind. Thank you so much for treating me so well—it was such a happy time. Please look forward to the Dazed photoshoot featuring Louis Vuitton collections by Takashi Murakami. I hope you love it and check it out a lot. Thank you! Today, I shared 9 memorable moments from my time with NewJeans. What are your favorite Hyein moments? #jeanzforfree #혜인 #Hyein #ヘイン #HyeinxLouisVuitton #LVxMurakami

Tatsunori Otsuka interview after match against Slovenia: "I would have liked to repay, with the result, the trust of those who sent me on the field in such an important match." (😭) Tatsu: I think it was positive that we were able to make some adjustments during the competition. To do that, however, I think we need to gain even more self-confidence. And beyond that, I think it's important to continue winning medals consistently. -Having the opportunity to compete in such an important match, a medal match, must have been a truly meaningful experience, right? Tatsu: I think you gain nothing from a medal match if you don't actually participate. One thing that struck me today wasn't just my serve, but also the fact that I managed to stay on the court for so long. As a team, I believe the key is building mutual trust. I would have liked to repay, with a result, the trust of those who sent me onto the court in such an important match. On a personal level, there were things I managed to do and others I didn't. But I believe both of these experiences, both the positive and the negative, are indispensable. As I continue to accumulate them, I think they will increasingly become a part of my strength and growth. That's why I want to work even harder, so I can receive more opportunities like this. And when I get them, I want to be able to express an even better version of myself. -The next event is the Asian Championships. What are your goals for that tournament? Tatsu: It feels like only a month is left, but, at the same time, a month is also a period of time where you can still grow a lot. That's why I want to value every single day. From now on, there will be no more official matches before the tournament. We may not be able to have the experiences that can only be had in a real competition. But I want to create, in training, situations as similar as possible to those of official matches. I'd like to turn every training session into an opportunity to increase, even just a little, my confidence through my performances. I think this is the right way to use this time. We'll also have some friendly matches, and they'll obviously be just as important. I want to approach them with this same mentality. credit: Kyodo

This is about to be the most personal and honest advertisement that you have ever seen. For me, 2026 has been a pretty terrible year so far. It started with me breaking my thumb, my wrist and my leg. My leg needed metal plates, multiple screws and the tibia and fibula wired together. Sometime afterwards following the surgery I had a pulmonary embolism, blood clots travelling from my leg up to my lungs. It nearly took my life. This might sound strange but I have never been scared of death because I have always tried to live my life to its fullest. However now I'm a father, thinking of leaving my loved ones behind was truly terrifying. I was worried about all the things I didn't say yet, all the things I didn't teach. I made a recovery. I still have a way to go but I'm getting there, getting stronger and fitter by the day. It wasn't due to my health but I decided to make some good changes too. I stopped drinking, gave up smoking some time ago, barely touch sugar these days, eat a little more healthy than before along with more exercise. I was saving myself from depression. I was feeling good. Things were looking positive. Then after 8 years of working with a company, I got made redundant and lost my job. For most of my adult life I worked for some of the biggest companies in the world doing consultancy work, solving their core issues, managing departments, nuking and recreating processes ensuring they run efficiently. I had a choice. Keep working for companies selling things people don't need. Or do something different. Try to do something that genuinely helps people, that has a real and positive impact on the world, and at the same time work as hard as I have worked through all my life, but this time do it for myself, my family and for a good cause. I decided to create a company called HomeSafeEducation, and this is why and what we do. We teach children to read, to count, to pass exams. But we rarely teach them how to stay safe online, or teach them about body safety, or what to do if something does not feel right. These are some difficult topics when speaking to a child. We send teenagers into the world with qualifications but without the practical knowledge to navigate it confidently. We watch our parents age without ever having a conversation about scams, advance planning, or digital confidence. We offer a range of packages that provide people the means to gift something special to their families, themselves or the people they care about. Self protection, self confidence and the knowledge to make informed decisions at every stage of life. Whether this is for your young son, daughter, niece or nephew teaching them stranger danger or what to do in emergencies, teaching Street Smart information to teenagers, teaching your daughter how to be safe on nights out before leaving for university, or gifting a package to your friend before they go travelling so they can stay safe. You can gift to yourself to learn how to spot signs of issues that your children are experiencing or to learn how to communicate better with them and how to show understanding. Maybe you do it for a loved one reaching the later years in life to keep up with information to avoid being scammed. I built this platform because I wanted that knowledge to exist in one place, written properly, for every age group. Not watered down avoiding serious topics, but said in a way that's age appropriate and relevant so it can be taught to anyone. Not full of fear. Just honest, practical education that treats every person, whether they are five or seventy-five, as someone capable of learning and making good decisions. Every course is written to empower. Every lesson ends with something you can actually use. Every quiz reinforces what you or your loved ones have learned. Every song, for the packages that include them, is written and produced in-house because I believe learning should be memorable, not miserable. I have worked around the clock to create something special. A place where you can find information for your family, yourself or your friends. A place where that information can be easily learned and kept with them forever. I believe everyone reading this either needs this themselves or knows someone who does, and I invite you to come and take a look at what I have built. Go and take a look at the package page and see what we offer, check out the music and see how and what we teach. The rest of the music is genuinly extremely enjoyable. You can see some samples besides the packages. It was a big risk in deciding to go down this route, and it would mean the world to me if you could share this post to help me on my new venture. I have truly poured my heart into making this into something with real value for people. I hope you find this useful. And as an individual I lived this philosophy everyday too-in my approach to every show…every program and every commentary bit. Whether or not we hit the top at times -is for each observer to say -but the effort to do so drove me everyday-as I needed to justify every precious second/minute —yielded to us by the listener-and something tells me that more often than not - this was achieved! To my teammates -the incredible Dorcas Koki😘Sports Diva …the magnificent Ekpo “Koko” Nya (Jnr) …the exceptional Ngozi Ezeuduma —brilliant Onyemaechi Christian -wonderful Dele Yusuf — …and many others(some of whom remained behind the scenes)—I will miss you all. You know that I was driven by loyalty to broadcasting… and an unshakable belief that we can elevate the output to the next available level …beyond the conventionally accepted limits of the environment. I am certain that those of us who found enough kindred spirit-will always be family …and I will be cheering you on and looking out for your every collective and individual accomplishments. To you the ever special listener - I was convinced my place was in this city the very moment I arrived -because I could immediately see and feel how beautiful and accommodating to radio..you were as a people. From the very first day I spoke into the microphone-you accepted me -and from then on -you never left my side. Thank you for every single moment. Every call -every message -every argument -agreements… disagreements!!—the endearment !—and the Love !!! What a swell time !! I love you all and no matter what happens next …or where I go —or don’t go —I will always be a Port Harcourt boy! And Speaking of what next -Well —only time can reveal-even to me !
