This is the reason why civic education is very important..but it has been suppressed in Kenya and other African countries...to continue making the people less informed..so that they can be ruled and controlled easily.

Democracy doesn't align with African values, values that led us to the selection of noblemen as elders were ruined by colonization. Those values should have been the basis of our laws in Africa. We have imported ideas without the foundation to back it up.

I remember when I had just learned jurisprudence back in law school, how politically agitated I was like this young man. I have since come to realize, the educated are the worst, they ignore facts and act ignorant as long as it fits them. Democracy is a stupid idea all in all.
