Jensen Huang: the character of a company is the most important thing “The character of a company is what makes it ultimately successful,” Jensen begins. “How resilient is it? How does it deal with adversity? How does it deal with learning when it’s presented with new assumptions? If the conditions change, how agile is the company?” Jensen elaborates on how you instill these values in a company: “You talk about it. You teach it. You live it. Nvidia’s really fortunate because we suffered so greatly in the beginning. For the first 15 years of our company, it was one adversity after another. Maybe 5-7 times it was existential.” It ultimately comes down to the character of the people. “It’s the people’s resilience,” He argues. “A company is made of people. It’s not made of the document that describes the culture. It’s not the inscription of the core values on the building. That’s not what makes the company’s culture. It’s the people and how the company overcame existential crises or incredible adversity — the agility, cleverness, creativity, ingenuity, will power, and incredible ability to suffer extraordinary pain — that is the corporate character.” Jensen once remarked, “my will to survive exceeds almost everybody else’s will to kill me.” He elaborates on what he meant by this: “It’s pretty hard to discourage me, and if I believe in something, I’m just going to keep doing it until it’s done and until we’re great at it. Winning and losing at games and sports matter .. way too many 8th place trophies 🏆 have ruined a lot Of futures - the 12 years I’m talking about is this special 4-16 where soooo much is being developed and I implore parents to re-think completion .. that shit is the best and teaches how to actually live life .. life is about winning and losing and knowing how to deal with shit when you lose .. this is why so many parents are taking care of their kids emotionally from 22-32 in society .. didn’t prep them for truth of life … we can do better.. it starts with loving that kids care enough to cry when they lose .. promise … take the alternative perspective on this and find a foundation that will help your kids ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ the punch to the face was tongue and cheek before someone gets “lit up” .. 😂

I hear so often from the Dommes I work with that they struggle with people online fetichizing them and simply seeing them for how sexy and beautiful they are. They project their fantasies and their desires onto you. That stops immediately once you move the attention from you to them. From 'look at me' to 'I see you'. What does that look like? When you create content, think of them and what this scene or that narrative is evoking. What will they learn from you? What they want is not to passively watch how sexy you are, but for you to train them, to give them instructions, to teach them, to guide them, to be in charge, to command them. This is not being an object but the main subject. The Authority figure. How is your content already doing that. The sexy photos can still be there, they are important to already capture des attention. But what you do with that attention once you have it, is where the power dynamic is established. Positioning yourself as more than a stunning Goddess, but actually a woman who has a voice, opinions, perspective, a philosophy, a way to doing things, teaching them what you like, how you like it, why you like it, already makes them want to be that for you. You hold the attention, you hold the power, so you direct it. And for that, you want them to know you get them and you know what lives within them... that creates the desire for you to be the one exposing it. You instantly build trust. Not because you demanded it, but because you earned it: you showed them you know what you are doing. You have experience, you understand them.
