how does the pressing the strong descending thrust button feels like now that we can do proper aerial bounces, is it still as awkward as before or makes sense now?

It makes a LOT more sense now. It definitely felt weird before with how they changed button placement but now it makes a lot more sense

All the different combo potential is so fucking amazing now, the instant drop to immediately start combing, the spiral launch slash into decent into a kinsect burst BACK INTO A COMBO. Like idgaf about what anyone says "IG back to doing no damage" LIKE IG ISN'T DOING INSANE COMBOS
