Thought Ryan Preece said some pretty smart and informed things about the Next Gen car on short tracks yesterday and how he thinks it's only going to get better - Mentioned how it's helped the outside line be more of a factor - Likes what Goodyear is doing with the tire, doesn't think a smaller tire will make a difference - Mentioned how you're always going to have aero effects even in super late models, modifieds, etc. and the difference in Cup is the quality of engineers/personnel who know how to optimize things - While the Xfinity Series product on short tracks has proven more popular than the Cup one, Preece said he doesn't think it's that great and that they're just knocking each other out of the way This was all from a line of questioning from Matt Weaver

This guy called a detailing shop and asked what their price was for detailing the inside of his car. He was told $150 so he drove down there. After seeing the car the guy at the shop said we can do the $150 detail but to really get it clean it’s going to cost $300. The car, as you can see is filthy. The owner of the car got mad at the $300 price. Honestly, I think that is a great deal. Do you think that $300 was a good deal to clean that? Think it should me more or less? Do you think the owner of the car had a right to be upset?

This instructor says that when you come to a stop, if you can’t see the tires of the car in front of you then you are too close. Many said they do not leave that much space because it is an invitation for others to cut in front of you. I’m always worried that someone is going to hit me from behind and push me into the car in front of me. (It’s happened before) Many said they can’t even see the headlights when cars are behind them, that they are up way too close. Do you leave this much space between you and the car in front of you when you are at a stop ? Do you think tailgating is a huge problem?
