👤 I want to ask about the fan meeting. Right now, why does it feel like there’s no movement with the fan meeting anymore? 🔮 Yes, right now it really is a funding issue. There’s no way to push it forward. I’m taking on all kinds of work right now, so that after I save up enough money, we can continue pushing it forward. That’s the first issue. The second issue is, for a fan meeting, we definitely need new songs, right? So we have to produce the new songs first, and then have the money to book a venue, and then keep the whole rehearsal team’s costs covered. So this is a very long process. FT Spurs 2 -2 Man City. What a game this was! How many thought that at HT ? We came into this game with such little hope because of our injuries, and that was realised very quickly. Talk about a game of 2 halves! Nobody can doubt the commitment in pulling it back level . Early doors, Vicario had to save well from Semenyo. Cherki started to terrorise a clearly not match-fit Dragusin, scoring the first and making Vic pull off a brilliant save. Bissouma looked like he was back on the ball with his distribution. Again, another mistake playing out from the back cost us a second. Rodri and Silva controlled the half if only our special guest Vertonghen could play for us today. Romero off at HT injury ? We changed formation to a back 4 and pushed forward. A sublime pass by Simons set up Solanke to score, but Guehi got there first. Simons looked very good in this half, demanding the ball and using it well. Palhinha was immense at the back made some fantastic interceptions to keep us in it. Solanke’s scorpion kick! Wow, what a goal seriously 🔥🔥 City started to lose their heads. Our boys believed they could win this. Great second-hand fight back. Very Proud of the players today.

Because if you look back through Russian history, defeat in war could certainly be disastrous for tsar. And in fact, if you look at World War I, the war that Putin never talks about, it was implosion of tsarist regime that forced Russia to pull out of the conflict. Steve was focused on products, products, products. not the stock price, not the org chart. everything came back to what you were actually making. 2. he taught me that making things simple is far harder than making them complex. anyone can add. the real work is stripping something down. 3. the biggest products came from the smallest teams. the first ipod team was tiny. the iphone team was tiny. small teams can do amazing things. 4. hire people who challenge you. surround yourself with people who have skills you don't have. then be confident enough to actually want that. 5. don't get married to your past views. steve could change his mind in an instant when new evidence showed up. most people can't do it, because their pride won't let them. 6. he loved to debate. he wanted you to push back. you could always change his mind if you had the better idea, and he'd change yours. that's why it worked. 7. i was taken aback by how fast he could switch positions. then i became enamored with it. very few people have that skill.

Anna Vocino is fun to talk to, and very easy to listen to. Partly because she's a professional voice actor with a long list of credits you'll be familiar with, and the proud owner of a smooth, comforting alto. But also, because Anna is filled with passion, enthusiasm, credibility, experience, and actual knowledge about one of the few topics we all still have in common - food. I've been looking forward to this conversation ever since I met Vinny Tortorich on the podcast several years ago, who told me repeatedly that I would love what Anna has to say about our collective addiction to chewing and swallowing things. He was right. Aside from her many excellent Eat Happy cookbooks, which I've been using for years, Anna Vocino is launching a food company that's making all sorts of sugar free, yet oddly delicious offerings.
