In a compelling discussion, Shawn Ryan asked biohacker Gary Brecka about ways to cleanse the blood or detox the system after vaccinations. Brecka, a renowned human biologist, shared cutting-edge insights on purging harmful substances, including spike proteins, from the body. Here’s the breakdown: - Therapeutic Plasma Exchange (TPE): Brecka described this advanced procedure as transformative. "They pull your blood out, run it through a machine, separate your plasma, and replace it with sterile albumin," he explained. This process removes mold spores, mycotoxins, viral pathogens, heavy metals, glyphosate, microplastics, and spike proteins from the plasma, which can be pro-inflammatory and cause long-term issues. Brecka, who’s undergone TPE, said it "feels amazing" and is highly effective, though expensive. - Over-the-Counter Spike Protein Detox: For an affordable option, Brecka highlighted a formulation by Dr. Peter McCullough containing nattokinase, bromelain, and thymulin. These natural compounds bind spike proteins and flush them out. "You can see urinary spike protein levels drop after taking these," Brecka noted. Available without a prescription, these detox capsules are practical. Search "spike protein detox" for high-quality options, and consider pre- and post-urine tests to track results. - Blood Filtration (Offshore): For severe cases, like long-haul COVID, Brecka discussed blood filtration, a dialysis-like process offered in clinics outside the U.S. (e.g., Tijuana). Blood is filtered through carbon or heparin-binding filters to remove toxic chemicals, then returned to the body. While not FDA-approved, Brecka has seen compelling clinical evidence and plans to try it for longevity in December. Why It Matters: Plasma can harbor toxins that drive inflammation and health issues. From high-end plasma exchange to accessible detox supplements, Brecka offers options for reclaiming vitality. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting any detox protocol.

Helion energy is building what will be the world’s first commercial fusion power plant, scheduled to be finished in 3 years. Great interview by Lex Fridman with David Kirtley (CEO of Helion). Most power plants are heat engines. You burn fuel or run fission, boil water, spin a turbine, and get about 35% electricity while the rest leaves as waste heat. Helion flips the flow. The fusion reaction makes charged particles that push back on a magnetic field tied to a capacitor bank, so you get direct electricity instead of a steam loop. That path can reach about 85% efficiency from fusion energy to electrical output, which means less conversion gear and tighter control over power delivery. 🧪 How the machine works A giant capacitor bank drives coils that both accelerate and squeeze plasma. Two plasmas, deuterium plus helium‑3, are launched from opposite sides and collide in the center. By rapidly reversing the magnetic field in about 1 microsecond, the plasma self-organizes into a field‑reversed configuration that traps itself. Then the machine compresses it hard. Fusion happens, new charged particles appear, and their pressure pushes the magnetic field so the system dumps energy back into the capacitors. It is pulsed, up to 100Hz in tests, so each shot is a clean measure of input versus recovered electricity. 🛡️ Safety and waste There is no chain reaction. The device only holds about 1 second of fuel at any time, so stopping the drive stops fusion. X‑rays and some neutrons exist during operation, so you use shielding and standard controls, similar to particle‑accelerator facilities. When the pulse stops, the radiation source stops. 🖥️ Why data centers care The output is high‑voltage DC sitting on capacitors. You can invert to AC for the grid, or route DC with fewer conversions into rectifier buses for racks. That cuts losses and simplifies backup. The company is targeting 2028 for a first grid-tied plant for a large buyer, which lines up with growing AI power needs. 🧩 What is still hard Helium‑3 is scarce on Earth, so you must produce it or source it. This fuel also likes higher temperatures, roughly 200M-300M degrees, so the pulsed magnets and power electronics must be very fast and very tough. Stability is managed by giving the plasma enough “spin” and length so it behaves like a fast top that stays upright, plus thousands of synchronized switches that fire with microsecond timing. If this architecture keeps showing pulse gain and high‑efficiency recovery, you get a compact generator that skips steam, feeds a capacitor, and delivers clean power in the exact format modern compute wants.

Gary Stevenson, "I become obsessed.. I didn't realise how much money people made in the city (of London)" "In 2010 I saw an older generation who could afford to own their own properties and I saw my generation that would never be able to afford that" "I could see what we had was a structural crisis of growing inequality that's getting worse and worse" Richard Madeley, "You were making your fortune off the back of other people's misery" Gary Stevenson, "I was very poor growing up, we just wanted to make money. Then I go on a trading floor, with the rich people, who also want to make money" "In 2011 I became a multi-millionaire by betting the economy would collapse. They just paid me millions of pounds and said: do it again" "The traders and the politicians do not get hurt when inequality increases" Charlotte Hawkins, "If you were Chancellor what would you be doing?" Gary Stevenson, "This is not a temporary recession. If we do not deal with this crisis, there will be worsening inequality. The super rich will get richer. The welfare state will shut down. Ordinary families can't buy a home" "We currently have a tax system which taxes ordinary people 30%, 40%, 50% while billionaires like the Duke of Westminster inherit £10 billion and pay nothing" "We need to change the tax system so we tax ordinary people like your viewers less and tax the rich and super rich more" Richard Madeley, "What kind of wealth tax would you introduce?" Gary Stevenson, "When I talk about a wealth tax, it's not about income, its not about work, it's not about bankers, lawyers, youtubers or TV presenters, it's about 2% on assets over £10 million" Charlotte Hawkins, "Countries tried wealth taxes, but scrapped them and millionaires are leaving the UK" Gary Stevenson, "This data about millionaires leaving is a bit dodgy" "People like me campaign to tax the rich. When it comes in the rich lobby the politicians and get loopholes put in" "I always remember when the Conservatives put a tax on second home buyers and they put an exemption for people who buy more than 7 at once. Then Jeremy Hunt went and bought 7" "I know it's difficult to tax the rich but if we don't do this our society will collapse"
