Morgan Housel is one of the world's best storytellers. He's sold almost 10 million books, and this episode is chock full of lessons he's learned about how to write well. Some highlights: 1. Get to the point. Just get to the point. 2. The person with the best story wins. Simple as that. 3. Nobody likes a lecture. Nobody likes to be shamed about their mistakes. But if you give them enough stories about psychology, they'll figure it out for themselves. 4. Storytelling was a survival strategy for Morgan. Telling people what the Dow Jones did this morning isn't a viable career strategy. If you're not telling stories, you're out. You're gone. 5. Whenever you're telling a story, any time you can show the reader how they're reading about themselves (as much as somebody else), you have a much higher chance of hooking them in. 6. It's rare to find a great writer who works for a publication because creativity can't be scheduled. It's hard to write well when you have to go to an office, sit in a cubicle, dress up in corporate attire, and listen to your editor say: "Now, be creative." 7. Good ideas come from independent and unstructured writing time because that's when you actually get good thinking done. 8. A mantra for reading: "Wide funnel, tight filter." Start a lot of books, but don't force yourself to finish them. 9. Delete the parts that a reader would skip. 10. It's important to write concisely — but concise does not mean short. 11. You don't need to write something new. You just need to write it better. 12. One of the interesting things about reading is that you never know which chapters flowed out of the author's brain and which sentences took a month of agony to get right. 13. Your best ideas tend to be the easiest ones to write. 14. Good writers spend a fraction of their time writing, and most of their time reading and thinking. I've shared the full conversation with Morgan Housel below. If you'd rather watch on YouTube, or listen on Apple or Spotify, check out the reply tweets.

European royals are reportedly involved in human hunting parties where naked children are killed for fun. This disturbing revelation comes from an eyewitness who has spoken out about child sacrifice and trafficking in Holland. Shocking revelations are rocking the foundations of the elite world as an eyewitness has come forward to expose the horrific truth about European royals and their involvement in child hunting parties and satanic sacrifices. The deep state cabal's darkest secrets are being dragged into the light, and QAnons are right the storm is here, and the monsters are being revealed for all to see. According to detailed testimonies, a former member of the notorious Octopus criminal drug syndicate in the Netherlands has blown the whistle on organized hunting parties where innocent children are the prey. These young victims, typically between 14 and 16 years old, are drugged, stripped naked, and released into the woods to be hunted down and murdered by European royals and other global elites for their twisted amusement. These barbaric events have been held in locations near Brussels in Belgium and on the grounds of palaces linked to the Dutch royal family, with security provided by royal guards. This is part of a vast Ninth Circle Satanic Cult operating child sacrifice rings across Europe. The cult's activities include regular rituals in the catacombs of the Vatican and Catholic churches, private estates, and military bases. High-profile participants include members of the Dutch and Belgian royal families, such as King Albert of Belgium present at recent hunts, ties to Prince Bernhard and Queen Beatrix, and connections to British royalty. Eyewitness accounts reveal children from juvenile detention centers supplied for these parties. In one account, two boys and a girl were hunted and killed in a single event. Trophies from the victims were displayed in a Dutch palace. Testimonies link former Pope Ratzinger and cardinals to the murders, with these rituals continuing in 2025 and 2026 as the cabal clings to power through demonic practices. In 2026, new evidence emerges daily from brave whistleblowers and international tribunals. Mass grave sites connected to the cults have been identified but blocked by governments, the Crown, and the Church to hide the genocide against innocent children. The Great Awakening is changing everything. Patriots are connecting child trafficking to the satanic elite network controlling governments and media. Military operations are targeting these rings, exposing the Ninth Circle's roots. Current kings in Holland and Belgium know of the abuses but cover them up, as do high level politicians and officials. Protect the children worldwide 🙏🏻❤️

2025 reflected a year of coordinated execution. As products expanded and new markets came online, the underlying platform continued to strengthen in step. Here’s what we built in the past 365 days 👇 Launching New Products The Gemini Credit Card evolved with the release of the Bitcoin, Solana, XRP, and American Business versions of the card, allowing our US customers to earn rewards in crypto, and additional benefits for businesses.* We launched the Gemini Wallet, giving users a powerful self-custody wallet to have more control over their digital assets and manage their finances onchain. In the European Union (EU), Gemini launched Tokenized Stocks**, bringing the world’s leading equities onto the blockchain with zero trading fees. We added Gemini Perpetuals** in the EU, putting the power of crypto derivatives with up to 100x leverage in the hands of advanced traders, and have continued to expand the number of perpetual contracts available – opening up new trading opportunities in memecoins, DeFi, and beyond. In Europe, users gained the ability to stake*** their ETH and SOL, unlocking the potential to earn rewards of up to 6% APR**** on their holdings. In Singapore, we launched Index Perpetual Contracts and expanded the available cross collateral funding options. We also made funding faster for Singapore users by adding PayNow and FAST. We introduced USD rails to our UK institutional customers, giving them more flexibility in the ways they can trade. Institutional Leadership We strengthened our leadership in institutional custody, including custodying Empery Digital’s $500 million BTC placement and facilitated their bitcoin purchases and derivatives trades. We also introduced the ability to stake SOL from custody for our institutional partners. We worked with Glassnode to produce the Bitcoin Adoption, Volatility, and Market Cap report, showing that bitcoin treasuries now control nearly a third of Bitcoin’s total supply. Company Milestones & Regulation After an IPO on the Nasdaq stock exchange in September, Gemini became a publicly traded company. This year also marked a turning point for Gemini’s global ambitions. In October, Gemini launched in Australia and became AUSTRAC registered to bring industry-leading crypto tools to users down under. We also expanded further into the country by adding AUD banking rails for faster payments and deposits. We opened new offices around the world, including London, hosting an opening party with people from across the industry to celebrate. We also grew our customer service operations with a new office in Scottsdale, Arizona. In the EU, we obtained our Markets in Crypto Assets (MiCA) and Markets in Financial Instruments Directive II (MiFID II) licences, allowing us to bring our services to millions more across the region. Fostering a Global Community From DAS New York and Paris Blockchain Week, to TOKEN2049 in Singapore and the Australian Crypto Convention in Sydney, the Gemini team met local communities around the world. In March, we set a Guinness World Record for the largest aerial display of a currency symbol with a drone show at South by Southwest in Texas. In May, we teamed up with MARA Holdings to mine the Bitcoin “pizza block”, a tribute to the first real-world purchase using bitcoin. At BTC Vegas, we gave orange Tesla Cybertrucks to two lucky winners, while at BTC Amsterdam, we awarded a custom Bitcoin Apex Flare 4 Bike to a new customer. We left our mark on Amsterdam too, by biking around the city in the shape of a Bitcoin “₿” and decking out the city’s trams with our signature colors. The Gemini team also headed to Real Bedford football club to give out free pizza and merch to fans at the final match of the season, and celebrated the team’s promotion to Premier Division Central. Looking to the Future As we look to 2026, our focus has never been clearer. We plan to build on the successes of this year and continue offering secure and reliable access to digital assets, by pushing further with new product launches, deepened institutional ties, and an expanded presence in the EU and APAC. We’re proud of what we built and scaled in 2025 – and this was just the beginning. 🌍 THE WAR PUTIN IS USING TO BREAK EUROPE A leaked peace plan is circulating, but according to Serhii Plokhy, the truth is far more dangerous. He says Putin is not looking for peace. He is buying time, playing history, and pushing a slow, grinding war designed to break Ukraine and split the West. And the stakes are rising on every front. We get into: • Why Putin sees the war as an imperial restoration, not a negotiation • Why slow Russian advances with massive losses still serve his strategy • How sanctions strike hard but need time and discipline to cripple the Kremlin • Why cracks inside the Western alliance are now Putin’s biggest weapon • How Russia keeps its war machine running even as its economy strains • Why Ukraine’s shift toward Europe triggered the conflict long before NATO mattered • Why Russian drones, cyber attacks and provocations are pressure tests on NATO’s red lines • How close the world actually came to nuclear escalation in 2022 • And why the fate of this war will shape Europe’s borders for a generation His warning is blunt. Russia is not negotiating. Russia is maneuvering. And the window to contain this war is shrinking fast. If Ukraine collapses, he says Europe will face a far more aggressive Russia backed by a rising China. If Ukraine holds, the entire balance of power in the West will shift. This is one of the most consequential wars since 1945. And the next decisions will echo for decades. 01:49 – Initial reaction to the peace plan: back to square one 02:38 – Historian draws parallels to Korea and Vietnam peace talks 04:23 – Russia has incentives to keep fighting, not negotiate 04:55 – Russia using $30k bonuses to recruit new troops 06:28 – Cracks in the Western alliance while Russia holds economically 07:25 – Are new Lukoil and Rosneft sanctions strong enough 08:38 – Sanctions need time and pressure; only crisis shifts Putin 12:30 – Putin driven by legacy and restoring a Russian empire 14:24 – Multipolar vision requires Ukraine’s resources 16:24 – Real trigger was Ukraine’s 2014 EU Association Agreement 18:28 – Is bombing Ukraine counterproductive to bringing it closer 19:45 – Russia turned Chechnya from rebellion to loyal ally 21:29 – If Ukraine falls, its fighters could become Russian shock troops 24:34 – Putin genuinely believes his historical narrative 26:59 – NATO expansion a concern but not the core trigger 27:31 – West repeatedly said Ukraine had no future in NATO 30:22 – Russia provoking NATO because it knows NATO won’t respond 32:49 – Aid provision is a normal international practice 38:33 – 2008 Bucharest Summit was the real turning point 40:32 – NATO used as an excuse for deeper strategic motives 41:18 – Comparison to Cuba Missile Crisis: missiles near borders 43:13 – West refuses permanent troops in new NATO states 53:12 – NATO won’t be ready to confront Russia until 2029 57:04 – War ends with a sharper, more defiant line 58:31 – War created a stronger Ukrainian national identity 01:03:05 – Putin’s legacy now mixed with declining influence

25 million people, every single year, download Shaan Puri’s podcast. What has Shaan figured out about storytelling? He spilled the beans in our new chat. Here's how he does it: 1. A story is a five second moment of change. A story is not a sequence of events; it's about transformation. Weave in U-turns and unexpected flips. 2. Write like you talk. Natural, conversational, led by stories. 3. A formula for a great story: Intention + Obstacle. At all moments, the listener should know what the hero wants and what's stopping them from getting there. This one's from Aaron Sorkin, who wrote The Social Network. 4. Work backwards from the emotion you're trying to create in the reader. Then let the structure follow. 5. Aim for strong reactions. If you can get the reader to widen their eyes, raise their eyebrows, and/or burst out laughing, they will share your work. 6. Don't write to the faceless masses. Write to one specific person. BuzzFeed writers used to write to "Debbie at her Desk," the bored woman at her desk who wanted a 5-minute distraction. 7. “Likeability” is downstream of vulnerability. The more honestly you share your challenges, the more invested your reader gets. Write your heart out. 8. Don't be the 9,000 IQ guy. Stop competing in imaginary intelligence contests and start telling stories. Big words alienate but tight narratives pull people in. 9. Forget resumes and portfolios. Create a “binge bank” instead. A binge bank is a set of videos or essays that people can binge on. Stack up material so that when people do go down your rabbit hole, they come out the other side a fan. 10. Mere practice gets you nowhere. But intentional practice leads to exponential progress. Always learn from your attempts and make intelligent tweaks on the next try. 11. Comedy is great, but definitely don't make every sentence a joke. 12. Comedy is a pretty easy way to improve your writing. The essence of all comedy is surprise. Study your favorite comedians. Read books like How to Write Funny and The Hidden Tools of Comedy. 13. For better storytelling, Shaan recommends two books: Storyworthy and Building a Storybrand. 14. How to make headlines juicy: use specific and odd numbers, focus on the first three words and the last three words, use "you" whenever possible, and know that longer is typically better than shorter. 15. Your writing should only be as long as it is interesting. An uninteresting 20 second reel will fail; an interesting 30-minute essay will win. But you must be honest while gauging how objectively interesting your piece is…in a world with infinite content. 16. Most people think writing is about transferring information but writing is just as much about transferring emotion. Emotion gets people to take action (like, share, buy…). The first 40-minutes of this conversation with Shaan Puri is all about storytelling. Then there's an hour more about the genius of Dave Chapelle and how to write with zest. If you'd rather listen on YouTube, Spotify, or Apple, check out the replies…

🚨 China's unemployment crisis in 2026 — by the numbers, and by the faces behind them. The CCP calls it "seasonal fluctuation." The people living it call it despair. 📊 THE OFFICIAL NUMBERS — AND WHY THEY'RE WORSE THAN THEY LOOK In March 2026, China's official youth unemployment rate (ages 16–24, excluding students) rose to 16.9% — a 4-month high, reversing six consecutive months of decline. That's nearly 1 in 6 young people with no job. But here's the catch: China counts anyone who works even ONE hour per week as "employed." The US threshold is 15 hours. France is 20 hours. By any international standard, the real number is far higher. In fact, Peking University economist Zhang Dandan calculated that China's true youth unemployment rate in early 2023 was up to 46.5% — more than double the official figure. There is no reason to believe conditions have improved since. And it's not just the young: — Ages 25–29: 7.7% unemployed (highest since March 2025) — Ages 30–59: 4.3% unemployed (rising) — Overall urban unemployment: 5.4% — a 13-month high as of March 2026 This year, 12.7 million university graduates will enter the job market — 480,000 more than last year. A record high. Into an economy that is shrinking, not growing. 👤 THE FACES BEHIND THE NUMBERS These are not statistics. These are people. A young man sits on a curb in Sichuan, crying. "I genuinely have no money left. Not a single yuan." He has been looking for work for months. He is not in any government database as "unemployed" — because he gave up registering. A migrant worker in his 40s, who spent 20 years building China's cities, returns to his village. The construction site closed. The factory moved. The restaurant shut down. He has no pension. No safety net. Nothing. A fresh graduate, armed with a degree that cost her family years of savings, applies to hundreds of positions. She receives form rejections — or silence. She moves back home. Her parents tell her to "keep trying." She stops telling them how many rejections she has collected. A street vendor in Guangzhou sets up his stall at 6am. By noon, he has sold almost nothing. Foot traffic has collapsed. Everyone around him is cutting spending. He is, technically, "self-employed" — and therefore invisible in the unemployment statistics. 🏭 WHY IS THIS HAPPENING? The CCP's answer: seasonal factors. Global headwinds. Trade friction. The reality: 1. Fixed asset investment — the engine of China's growth for decades — grew only 1.7% in Q1 2026, down from 4.2% in Q1 2025. Investment is collapsing. 2. The property sector, which once drove nearly 30% of economic activity, remains in freefall. Construction has stopped on millions of homes. The workers who built them have nowhere to go. 3. China's major tech companies — Alibaba, Tencent, ByteDance, JD·com — have been cutting headcount for years, under government pressure that made private enterprise feel like a liability, not an asset. 4. Foreign companies are leaving or reducing exposure. The market that once promised unlimited growth now promises unpredictability. 5. Deflation has taken hold. When prices fall, businesses earn less. When businesses earn less, they hire less — or fire more. When people fear job loss, they spend less. The cycle feeds itself. The result: a generation of educated, capable, ambitious young Chinese people — doing nothing. Not because they won't work. Because there is no work. 🔇 WHAT THE CCP DOES INSTEAD OF SOLVING IT When youth unemployment hit a record 21.3% in June 2023, the government didn't fix it. They stopped publishing the data. For months, the numbers disappeared from official releases entirely. When they returned, the methodology had been changed — students were excluded, age brackets were redefined — making direct comparisons harder and the figures look cleaner. In May 2026, authorities began officially renaming homeless people "dispersed persons" (流散人员). Not to help them. To make them statistically disappear. This is the CCP's answer to suffering: rename it. Redefine it. Delete it from the dataset. 📉 THE COST OF "LYING FLAT" A generation of Chinese youth have embraced 躺平 (tǎng píng) — "lying flat." Not as laziness. As rational surrender. Why work 996 hours (9am to 9pm, 6 days a week) for a company that will downsize you anyway? Why compete for jobs that don't exist? Why take on a mortgage for an apartment in a building that may never be completed? The state tells them to be patriotic, to sacrifice, to trust the Party's vision. They've watched that vision fail them. So they lie flat. And the CCP — which created the conditions for this — blames them for lacking ambition. ——— The people in these videos are not failures. They are not lazy. They are not "seasonal fluctuations." They are the cost of a political system that prioritizes control over people, data management over truth, and the Party's image over the lives of 1.4 billion human beings. Share this. The numbers will be deleted again. The faces should not be forgotten. Today I wanted to wish a Man who, at sixteen, left Ahmedabad with almost nothing in his pocket. He took the Gujarat Mail to Mumbai, joined Mahendra Brothers to learn diamond sorting, and later started his own small brokerage in Zaveri Bazaar. That was his beginning. #HappyBirthdayGautamBhai Gautam Adani. From those humble steps, he went on to build one of India’s largest infrastructure empires. Not through shortcuts, but through consistent execution, bold bets on long-term projects, and a clear focus on nation-building. And then let me tell u something on his 64th Birthday… 1 - Started in diamond trading after moving to Mumbai at 16. 2 - Worked at Mahendra Brothers before starting his own brokerage in Zaveri Bazaar. 3 - Moved into commodity trading and exports in the late 1980s. 4 - Incorporated Adani Exports in 1993. 5 - Identified Mundra’s potential as a port in the mid-1990s. 6 - Developed Mundra Port from a small creek into a major commercial port. 7 - Created India’s first private port with integrated SEZ facilities. 8 - Focused on long-term infrastructure assets over short-term gains. 9 - Expanded port capacity steadily even during low investment periods. 10 - Grew Mundra into one of India’s busiest ports. 11 - Entered the power sector and built large thermal power plants. 12 - Expanded Adani Ports across both coasts. 13 - Built transmission lines to strengthen power infrastructure. 14 - Established a model of port-led industrial development in Gujarat. 15 - Began investing in renewable energy as India’s energy transition started. 16 - Expanded solar and wind projects across multiple states. 17 - Built one of India’s early large-scale renewable energy portfolios. 18 - Acquired six airports in 2020, entering the aviation sector. 19 - Took over operations of Ahmedabad, Lucknow, and other airports. 20 - Modernised and expanded airport infrastructure across India. 21 - Added Mumbai and Navi Mumbai airports to the portfolio. 22 - His airports now handle nearly 23-25% of India’s air traffic. 23 - Accelerated renewable energy capacity at a rapid pace. 24 - Developed the world’s largest single-location renewable project at Khavda. 25 - Delivered the highest-ever annual capex by any Indian corporate — ₹1.53 lakh crore in FY26. 26 - Added over 5 GW of new renewable capacity in a single year. 27 - Took Adani Green’s operational renewable capacity beyond 19 GW. 28 - Installed over 9.4 GW at the Khavda Renewable Energy Park. 29 - Crossed 500 million tonnes of cumulative cargo at Adani Ports. 30 - Made Mundra the first Indian port to handle over 200 MMT cargo in a year. 31 - Invested in data centres and digital infrastructure. 32 - Scaled cement and other businesses to support India’s construction needs. 33 - Maintained high execution pace despite global and domestic challenges. 34 - Through Adani Foundation, impacted over 9.6 million people. 35 - Worked across more than 7,000 villages in 22 states. 36 - Built and upgraded schools and digital classrooms in rural areas. 37 - Provided healthcare through hospitals, clinics, and mobile units. 38 - Focused on skill development and sustainable livelihoods in backward regions. 39 - Supported nutrition and women empowerment programmes. 40 - Created direct employment for tens of thousands of people. 41 - Generated lakhs of indirect jobs through port, airport, and energy projects. 42 - Promoted local hiring and entrepreneurship around project sites. 43 - Played a major role in improving India’s port and logistics capacity. 44 - Helped increase India’s share in global trade through better infrastructure. 45 - Accelerated India’s transition towards renewable energy at scale. 46 - Strengthened India’s energy security through power and renewable projects. 47 - Created long-term assets that will serve India for decades. 48 - Attracted significant investment into Indian infrastructure. 49 - Demonstrated that Indian companies can deliver and operate mega projects.

Alex Hormozi’s business advice has taken the world by storm. He’s published two books and has more than 9,000,000 followers on the Internet. This is the first interview he’s ever done all about his writing process. Some highlights: 1. Be loyal to the truth, not your own ideas. 2. Silence the world when you write: Alex closes the windows, wears earplugs, and uses noise-cancelling headphones to create an environment where the outside world ceases to exist. 3. His book, $100M Leads went through 19 drafts (so expect to rewrite, a lot). 4. There’s a big difference between becoming known and becoming respected. Don’t let an algorithm convince you otherwise. 5. The pain is the pitch: The more vividly you describe someone’s problem, the less you need to sell the solution. 6. People buy things from people who can describe their pain better than they can. They assume: “If you understand my problem that well, you must have the solution.” 7. Sell at the point of greatest deprivation, not satisfaction. Offer the steak when someone is starving, not when they’re already full. 8. When writing ads, capture moments of pain as specifically as possible. Don’t say “I was overweight” when you can say “I wore a cover-up at the beach and avoided photos.” 9. Structure your writing time around long, uninterrupted blocks of time. Alex shoots for six hour blocks, even if that means waking up at 5am. 10. Memory is unreliable, so capture your best stories. Alex has an Excel spreadsheet with more than 600 stories from his life. 11. The #1 creator mistake: They keep building new products for their audience rather than building more audience for their product. 12. Alex’s best ideas come from reconciling contradictions. He says: “I look for places where two things seem true, but seem to conflict.” 13. The back cover should function as a mini sales letter. Each bullet point should tease a lesson in a way that makes people curious. 14. If an idea can’t be operationalized, it’s useless – “What does this change about what someone actually does?” If the answer is nothing, cut it. I’ve shared the full interview with Alex Hormozi below. Why Did Jack Smith ignore Biden family scandals when he was head of DOJs Public Integrity Section, tasked with investigating political corruption? In May 2014, the Obama/Biden White House was scrambling to deflect questions related to Hunter Biden’s new gig as a board member at Burisma, the compromised Ukrainian energy conglomerate; the news came just a few weeks after Vice President Joe Biden visited Kiev and promised Ukrainian leaders that the U.S. was “ready to assist” the country’s efforts to accelerate natural gas exploration. (At the time, Burisma was Ukraine's biggest natural gas producer.) The day after Burisma issued a public statement boasting about their latest hire, White House press secretary Jay Carney ducked questions about the younger Biden during a May 13, 2014 briefing: Reporter: On another subject, Hunter Biden has now taken a position with the largest oil and gas company--holding company in Ukraine. Is there any concern about at least the appearance of a conflict there--for the Vice President’s son to take a- Carney: I would refer you to the Vice President’s office. I saw those reports. Hunter Biden and other members of the Biden family are obviously private citizens and where they work does not reflect an endorsement by the administration or by the Vice President or President. But I would refer you to the Vice President’s office. Kendra Barkoff, a Biden spokeswoman, offered the same talking points in a terse statement to the media. “Hunter Biden is a private citizen and a lawyer. The vice president does not endorse any particular company and has no involvement with this company." During a State Department briefing later that day, Jen Psaki smirked away one question about the vice president's son, insisting it was of no concern to the agency. Nevertheless, major news outlets here and around the world continued to raise the improper, if not brazenly pay-to-play, nature of the arrangement. “Vice President Joe Biden's youngest son Hunter Biden has joined the board of directors of Ukraine's largest oil company at a time that the U.S. is urging Ukraine to develop energy independence from Russia and just days after the vice president visited Ukraine,” ABC News reported in May 2014, noting the fortuitous timing of the announcement. “The appointment of the vice president's son to a Ukrainian oil board looks nepotistic at best, nefarious at worst,” Adam Taylor, Washington Post foreign affairs reporter, surmised in a May 14, 2014 article. “No matter how qualified Biden is, it ties into the idea that U.S. foreign policy is self-interested. [You] have to wonder how big the salary has to be to put U.S. soft power at risk like this.” And despite Psaki’s spin, State Department officials soon after expressed concern about the “perception of a conflict of interest,” even taking those concerns to Vice President Joe Biden’s office in early 2015. But one person in official Washington seemed uninterested in the shady deal between a corrupt international gas company operating in a notoriously unstable country and America’s most troubled nepo-baby: Jack Smith. Smith—appointed by Attorney General Merrick Garland last year to take over DOJs dual investigations into Donald Trump for alleged mishandling of classified documents and the events of January 6—was named chief of the Department of Justice’s Public Integrity Section, or PIN, in August 2010. Operating within the criminal division, PIN maintains broad purview over public corruption investigations on the federal, state, and local level including cases tied to “a government official…or someone associated with such an official,” according to the office’s annual report. Smith held that powerful position until February 2015—meaning Hunter Biden’s years-long board position with Burisma ultimately resulting in a $4 million windfall for the vice president’s son began right under Jack Smith’s nose. This is certainly contrary to what the public has been told about Jack Smith. The news media, “legal experts” in particular, insist Jack Smith is a no-nonsense federal prosecutor with unmatched integrity and devotion to the rule of law. Smith, according to his former DOJ colleague Andrew Weissmann, is a “consummate professional” and a “skilled and fast prosecutor who does not let the grass grow under his feet." So, what happened? How did the keen-eyed, apolitical Smith and his 30-plus lawyers miss what was happening just blocks from their DOJ offices? Perhaps Smith truly bought Burisma’s spin that the company selected Hunter based on his “expertise” in foreign policy and the law. Or perhaps Smith believed Hunter Biden when he said he would consult Burisma on matters relating to “transparency, corporate governance, and responsibility.” 😂 Maybe Smith was too busy prosecuting Republican governor Bob McDonnell and his wife at the time—a case later overturned by the Supreme Court—that he missed the international headlines of how a British government agency had seized $23 million in assets belonging to Burisma’s owner amid suspicions of money laundering the very same month Hunter was appointed to the board. Maybe Smith was just a tender heart who thought Hunter quickly turned over a new leaf. After all, Hunter had been discharged from the Naval reserves just three months before the Burisma appointment was announced. Hunter’s misadventures were among the worst kept secrets in Washington but maybe Smith was still reeling from his unsuccessful prosecution of former Democratic presidential candidate John Edwards to pay attention to Biden family gossip. And it wasn’t just the Burisma gig that somehow evaded Smith’s attention; Hunter made his overseas business dealings well known. He, along with fellow nepo-baby Christopher Heinz, stepson of then-Senator John Kerry, launched Rosemont Seneca in 2009. “Over the next seven years, as both Joe Biden and John Kerry negotiated sensitive and high-stakes deals with foreign governments, Rosemont entities secured a series of exclusive deals often with those same foreign governments,” investigative reporter Peter Schweizer wrote in his 2018 book. (Schweizer also noted that the private-equity firm did not open an office in New York City, the financial capital of the world, but in Washington, D.C., “just two miles from both Joe Biden’s office in the White House and his residence at the Naval Observatory.”) Multiple deals were cut as Smith led the government’s most powerful “public corruption” unit. And some of the most lucrative arrangements were with Chinese businesses tied to the Chinese Communist Party, partnerships that just happened to coincide with Hunter’s trips to China with his father. “[The 2013 trip to China] was a triumph for Hunter, who walked away with his first big deal in China—the Bohai Harvest Rosemont investment partnership,” Miranda Devine wrote in her 2021 book, “Laptop From Hell.” Devine explained the deal was consummated on December 16, 2013, “twelve days after he flew into Beijing on Air Force Two. Hunter officially became a shareholder and member of the BHR board.” Smith probably missed the July 2014 article in the Wall Street Journal touting the private equity partnership with the vice president’s son aimed at enriching the CCP. “The funds are raising a combination of yuan and U.S. dollars. The effort is the latest example [of] private equity pushing boundaries in an area that China hopes will help drive the country's economic transformation.” Now, perhaps there was nothing untoward about Hunter Biden’s sudden interest and success at global private equity. But surely the use of Air Force Two to conduct personal business—Hunter accompanied his father on 70 overseas trips including six trips to China on Smith’s watch—should have caught someone’s attention at DOJs “public integrity” unit, no? The answer, of course, is no. Was Smith asleep at the switch or intentionally ignorant or once again doing the dirty work of the Democratic Party? Smith have put a stop to the Biden family international shakedown nearly a decade ago--why didn't he? At what risk did he put the country by turning a blind eye to this egregious level of influence peddling in nations hostile to American interests? As Smith eagerly prepares to sign his name to another criminal indictment against Donald Trump for the events of January 6, Hunter Biden’s plea deal with Smith’s employer is falling apart along with further confirmation of how the younger Biden hauled in millions from countries such as China and Ukraine by leveraging his last name to support himself, his addictions, and his family—including, quite possibly, his father as well. All of this could have been halted in its tracks long ago. And the person primarily responsible for letting it get to this point is none other than Jack Smith.

🔥Is Trump a Follower of Aleister Crowley? Is QAnon a Kabbalistic PsyOp Based on the Book of Revelation? In 1889 Ingersoll Lockwood published the book ‚Travels and Adventures of Little Baron Trump and his Wonderful Dog Bulger‘. In this story the people call Baron Trump, guided by a mentor named Don, a ‚Master magician‘, ‚Prince of the Black Art‘ and ‚little wizard‘. Ingersoll’s father Munson was an intimate friend of the then well known freemason and secretary of state, Henry Clay. Ingersoll also wrote the books ‚The Last President‘ and ‚Laconics of Cult‘ where he proposed a ‚Cult of the Immortal Human‘. On June 14th 1946, a blood moon and the exact date of Donald Trump’s birth, Kabbalist Aleister Crowley wrote to a friend that Jack Parsons or L. Ron Hubbard were trying to produce a moon child. A series about Parsons, Hubbard and the project called Strange Angels was released exactly on June 14, 2018, during Trump's presidency. The famous serial killer Jason Voorhees from the movie "Friday the 13th" was born in the movie on Friday, June 13, 1946. However, Friday was the fourteenth in the real world, so Jason's birthday is actually the same day as Trump’s. In 1979 Leslie Donald Epstein wrote ‚King of the Jews‘ about a man whose name is I.C. Trumpelman, who is called a ‚Magician‘ in the book. His father, Philip G. Epstein, and his twin brother, Julius J. Epstein, were famous Hollywood screenwriters (Casablanca and many others). In 2016 a Shaman told Aleister Crowley follower Marina Abramović that Trump is a magician. She later called him a magician of the highest order. In 2018, occult expert Gary Lachman called Trump a ‚chaos magician‘ in the book ‚Dark Star Rising‘. In 2019 Marina Abramović posed with Jacob Rothschild in front of the painting ‚Satan Summoning His Legions‘ with Satan looking like the statue of liberty. Trump himself was bailed out by Rothschild banker Wilbur Ross in 1991, who in 2017 became his secretary of Commerce. In 2025 the documentary ‚Master of the Temple: The Tragedy of Jack Parsons‘ shows Crowley’s Tarot Card ‚The magician‘, which is a trump card. The magician is exactly dressed like Donald Trump nine months later on Truth Social. Most people thought Trump was portrayed as Jesus, but from a talmudic perspective that doesn’t make a difference, because Jesus is called a magician and sorcerer in the Talmud. The latin word MAGA means wizard and MAGA is the highest ranking female magician in the Church of Satan. Qanon and the Book of Revelation Recently Trump posted the clearest Q reference so far. So he is still clearly pushing this narrative. In October 2011, Boris Nikolic — an adviser to Bill Gates — introduced Jeffrey Epstein to Christopher Poole (known as “moot”), the founder of 4chan. Just days after their meeting, Nikolic highlighted 4chan’s “huge potential for manipulation,” coinciding with the launch of the politically charged /pol/ board that later became the platform for QAnon. Epstein himself was also interested in the Kabbalah. Even if we ignore this: The original spelling of Kabbalah is Qabbalah. This variant is strictly based on the Hebrew transcription of the letter Qof (ק), which is transcribed as Q in Hebrew. Q also is basically the name of the alleged original source of the NT. The Q Source Theory suggests that Matthew and Luke used the Gospel of Mark plus a lost collection of Jesus’ sayings called “Q” (from German “Quelle” = source) as their main sources. Q stand for the German word Quelle. The posts were deciphered with the cabalistic Gematria. The Book of Revelation and Qanon both tell basically the same story: Difficult times are coming, but don’t worry the Messiah (Trump or Jesus) will come and save us. Only one quote: ‚There is a penultimate quality at play here in the experience of revelation, suggesting that each revelation—each “Q Proof,” each “ominous” portent of the Second Coming—is only one coded message away from the final one, the ultimate apocalypse in which all will be unveiled. This penultimate quality provides the momentum necessary for sustaining commitment at the critical moment when prophecy fails. The momentum afforded by this invitation is all the more evident in the two cases examined here, where revelation is premised upon the backward glance of a prophetic hermeneutic in which the voice of the past may be recruited for the interpretation of an endlessly unfolding future. When prophecy fails, cognitive dissonance and disappointment may follow, but so, too does an invitation to consider the possibility of a greater, more thoroughly encompassing hidden truth to displace the previous one—an invitation to dwell once more on the verge of revelation.‘ The study compares Qanon to a movement, called Millerism. The Millerites were the followers of the teachings of William Miller, who in 1831 first shared publicly his belief that the Second Advent of Jesus Christ would occur in roughly the year 1843–1844. “The Storm is coming” sounds like a modern version of “Behold, I am coming soon” (Rev. 22). The Book of Revelation was basically written by a Kabbalist. According to modern research it was written by a jewish mystic numerologist, today we would say a Kabbalist. This is what the New World Encyclopedia writes: ‚many modern scholars—as well as a number of the early Church Fathers—hold that John of Patmos was a different person from the other writers of the Johannine literature… Since John of Patmos, in contrast to the author of the Gospel of John, did not have a good command of Greek and exhibits a more overtly Jewish attitude than the other "John," some believe that it is he, and not the author of the Gospel of John, who should be identified as John the Apostle… However, Irenaeus and others indicate that a sect called the "Alogi" denied the authenticity of Revelation, believing it to have been written not by John the Apostle but by the Jewish-Christian teacher Cerinthus, who emphasized the need to follow the Jewish law and denied the divinity of Christ. Caius, a presbyter in Rome, held a similar opinion, believing John of Patmos to be Cerinthus… Some other authorities, especially in the Eastern Church, also rejected the book and thus denied that it could have been written by John the Apostle… In contrast to the author of the Gospel of John, John of Patmos speaks very much as a Jewish Christian, referring to Jesus as he who "holds the key of David" (3:7) and the "Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David." (5:5) He also condemns the careless attitude of some of the Pauline churches who permitted eating food which had been offered to idols (, ). Moreover, for John of Patmos, the "elect" saints are not Gentile Christians but "144,000 from all the tribes of Israel," with 12,000 coming from each specifically-named tribe (7:4-8)… But John the Apostle wrote (): 'You are of your father the devil, and the desires of your father you want to do.' In John , Jesus declares, "My kingdom is not of this world." Luke -21: „Jesus replied, “The coming of the kingdom of God is not something that can be observed, Nor will they say, ‘See here!’ or ‘See there!’ For indeed, the kingdom of God is within you.” ‚Lastly, the Gospel of John is written in nearly flawless Greek, but Revelation contains grammatical errors and stylistic abnormalities which indicate its author was not as familiar with the Greek language as the Gospel's author.‘ A Cambridge study writes: 'The Book of Revelation mimics the form of other contemporary Jewish apocalypses, in which the otherworldly journeys of seers are described, focusing on the premortem journey or vision, and the revelation of secret knowledge of world events and cosmic endings.' And of course Christian Zionists utilize the Book of Revelation to frame modern geopolitical events, particularly regarding the State of Israel, as necessary precursors to the Second Coming of Christ. Revelation 1: '10 On the Lord's Day I was seized by the Spirit and heard a voice behind me as loud as a trumpet.' Corona also appears in Revelation. The great red dragon has seven crowns and the Latin word for crown is corona (Rev 12:3). The numerical values for Corona add up to 666. But what impresses me most is this passage. Revelation -21 (LUT): 20 And the rest of the people who were not killed by these plagues did not turn from the works of their hands, that they did not worship evil spirits and idols of gold, silver, brass, stone and wood, which cannot see or hear or walk; 21 nor did they turn from their murders, their sorcery, their fornication and their thievery. The word used here for sorcery is pharmakos! That's where our word for pharmacy comes from! Éliphas Lévi (Baphomet inventor) writes in The History of Magic: ‚The glory of Christianity is that it called all men to truth, without distinction of races and castes, though not without distinction in respect of intelligence and of virtue. “Cast not your pearls before swine,” said the Divine Founder of Christianity, “lest treading them under foot, they turn and rend you.” The Apocalypse or Revelation of St. John, which comprises all the Kabalistic secrets concerning the doctrine of Christ Jesus, is a book no less obscure than the Zohar.‘ Levi also wrote:„That great Kabalistical association known in Europe under the name of Masonry appeared suddenly in the world“ The Freemason dictionary states: „Although modern Freemasonry draws on the medieval tradition of the builders' lodge, it is Kabbalah that constitutes the very essence of Freemasonry.“ The Jewish Forward writes: „Why conspiracy theorists keep turning to Jewish mysticism — from early Nazis to modern-day MAGA A viral clip of a Trump supporter blissfully misunderstanding Jewish mystic numerology raised old questions about how Kabbalah is understood by the public“ What is the one thing, Q never told us? That Kabbalah is the ideology of Freemasons. What is the motto of Kabbalist Aleister Crowley? ‚Do what thou wilt.‘ Donald Trump is constantly saying I can do what I want. Donald Trump has proven ties to Chabad Lubawitsch, which is a cabalistic sect. And what is practical Kabbalah? Magic! Major donors in Trump’s orbit also show strong connections to Chabad-Lubawitsch and thus to Kabbalah. Sheldon and Miriam Adelson were major Chabad supporters. They visited the Lubavitcher Rebbe in 1991 for a blessing and funded Chabad centers. The Kushner family donated hundreds of thousands to Chabad projects. Jared and Ivanka have maintained ties to the movement as well. Several other Trump-associated businessmen with Russian-Jewish backgrounds (such as Lev Leviev, Felix Sater and others) are also well-known Chabad supporters. Chabad is heavily rooted in Kabbalah and actively teaches and practices its concepts. So you have to believe that Donald Trump with all these synchronicities and proven ties to Kabbalists, just coincidentally posted himself as Magician of the Crowley Tarot with demons in the background? I have an even crazier sounding interpretation of the book of revelation, namely that events described here really took place. It relates to the alien agenda which Donald Trump is also pushing. I describe it in detail in my book ‚The Open Secret‘ and soon in a video. But for now, the least we can say is, that the Book of Revelation was written by a jewish mystic numerologist and Qanon basically tells the same story.

Tension and uncertainty among Russians are growing. In the spring of 2026, Russian polling agencies recorded a noticeable decline in several key indicators: approval of Putin's performance, trust in him, and the overall emotional mood. The most intriguing point was the closure of Russian Public Opinion Research Center’s (VCIOM) open trust rating: when respondents are asked to name politicians they trust without being prompted with names. In March 2026, this indicator for Putin fell to 29.5% - the lowest level since the start of the full-scale war. After that, VCIOM did not publish the figures for April and May. The gap between the open trust rating (29.5%) and the closed trust rating (72-73%) is roughly 1:2.5. It reflects the distance between Putin's actual political weight and the ritual of loyalty to the "tsar." The reason is simple: Russians do not want a loser president. Putin's ratings were sustained not simply by war, but by the prospect of a victorious war. He traded Russia's development and prosperity for greatness, but now Russians see neither greatness nor prosperity. Let’s take a closer look at what is happening within Russian society. First, most Russians continue to support the war. This is illustrated by Levada Center's May data. Support for the actions of the Russian army, which had been declining since the end of last year, suddenly rebounded by six points in May, reaching 74%. At the same time, the share of those favoring peace negotiations, which had remained at around two-thirds since December, has been slowly shrinking for three consecutive months - down seven points, to six out of ten. Meanwhile, the camp supporting the continuation of military operations has grown to 30%. The main motive among supporters of peace has not changed: "too many casualties and heavy losses." What happened? Television stopped talking about peace negotiations. As long as negotiations seemed realistic, peace appeared to be a way out. Once they collapsed, part of Russian society obediently switched back to supporting the war. This is conformism. Russians do not want peace or war - they want to be on the side of the winner. The demand for negotiations was, in fact, a demand for a victorious peace. Since no victorious peace was granted, they have taken back the war. However, there is a dangerous trap here for the Kremlin: Russians agree to war, but not to a war without victory. They agree to anything except a compromise that would be perceived as defeat. This is dangerous for the Kremlin because it calls into question the legitimacy of the entire system of power - and Putin above all - if Russian society is no longer given proof of greatness and victory. Putin is doomed to constant escalation. The situation is further complicated by public fatigue and rising anxiety among Russians. The state of the Russian economy is deteriorating, while the defense sector is no longer able to offset the decline in the civilian economy. This is especially noticeable in the regions. By the end of 2025, the deficit of consolidated regional budgets had reached a record 1.48 trillion rubles ($20.56 billion) - 3.6 times more than a year earlier. Seventy-four regions, including Moscow and the oil and gas districts, ended up in deficit. The first months of 2026 did not reverse the trend: industry is stagnating, construction is shrinking, corporate profits are falling, and debt burdens are increasing. The accompanying symptoms include a sharp rise in wage arrears, large-scale revisions of regional budgets for 2026 involving spending cuts, primarily social, as well as a hidden employment crisis - where there is no work, but employees are not laid off; instead, they are shifted to reduced working weeks and unpaid leave. Official unemployment statistics barely reflect this. Yet since December 2025, part-time employment has been rising at large and medium-sized enterprises: 4.6 million out of 33 million workers. The map of Russian society’s concerns, which the Levada Center publishes annually, looks telling in May 2026. At the top - for twenty years in a row - is rising prices: 55%. The "special military operation" and related issues worry 35%. And then comes the most interesting part - the destruction of a comfortable life and the feeling of war at home have become additional drivers of tension: fear of explosions and terrorist attacks has jumped by 8 points since November - to 27%. One in five (22%) cites internet restrictions and the blocking of social media as among the most pressing issues - on the list of problems, the digital blockade now ranks alongside poverty and lack of access to healthcare (both at 19%). The state has managed to turn a disabled messenger app into a social problem on the level of poverty. That takes some doing. Many Western observers have been inspired by rumors of elite dissatisfaction in Russia. Indeed, Moscow's economic circles have seen unusually open criticism of the government from parts of the financial elite. However, I suggest we avoid wishful thinking: no direct scenario of a political crisis emerges from this data. The most realistic scenario is the continuation of the war, coupled with a search for political doping: events that can be sold to society as victories, as proof that Russia is moving in the right direction. The problem is that the bar has risen - what would have been considered a triumph a year ago would now look like capitulation. Therefore, stronger doses of doping will be required: escalation in Ukraine aimed at maximizing destruction, a military adventure somewhere in Europe, new strikes, nuclear signaling, or provocations against the West. The ground has already been prepared: 54% of Russians believe that the war in Ukraine could escalate into an armed conflict with NATO - half the population is living in anticipation of a major war. The Kremlin’s logic is as old as time: unite through fear. Putin may also be saved by an "unexpected event" - a black swan, as has already happened when the U.S. started a war with Iran. Here, it’s not even necessary to do anything: it’s enough to interpret it skillfully. A U.S. defeat or stalemate in the war with Iran could be presented as a victory of Russia and its allies over America - because in the minds of Russians, the war with Ukraine has long been just a fragment of a larger Russian war with the West. Within this worldview, any failure by Washington automatically counts as a point for Moscow, regardless of whether it had a hand in it. There is also a third scenario - not for Putin, but against him. This is not a scenario of popular uprising, but one of self-preservation by the Russian elites. But such an option is possible only under a sharp convergence of several factors: military defeat, economic collapse, the loss of the ability to allocate resources, and the emergence of a figure or group capable of guaranteeing the elite’s security after the transition. So far, there are few such signs.

$AMD $5 Trillion is Inevitable LT| Agentic AI🧵 Agentic AI is the new $5 Trillion TAM 🚨🚨🚨 This thead will do Comp with $INTC and how to quantify this massive Agentic AI demand spike, and forcing Jensen to rush a CPU design. Global Agentic AI Market size is estimated to be $3-$5Trillion TAM by 2030(McKinsey) Quantifying the demand from agentic AI for AMD involves assessing the broader market growth for agentic systems, their unique computational requirements (particularly for CPUs in orchestration and reasoning tasks), and AMD's positioning very well through products like EPYC processors and partnerships. AMD EPYC Venice is the most superior choice in 2026-2027 for most Agentic AI workloads Agentic AI refers to autonomous AI agents that perform multi-step tasks, involving sequential logic, tool integration, and decision-making workloads that heavily rely on CPUs for handling orchestration, memory management, and context switching, rather than just GPU-parallelized training or batch inference. Agentic AI is often cited as 40-100x more "hungry" than traditional AI due to its continuous, 24/7 operation and complex workflows. This stems from factors like chain-of-thought reasoning (multiple LLM calls per query), API/tool interactions, memory management, and orchestration loops, which can generate 10-100x more tokens and require real-time responsiveness. For example, a single agentic query might trigger 5-20 model inferences, making it 10-20x more compute-intensive than simple chatbots, and the always-on nature compounds this to 40-100x overall. Nvidia's CEO has highlighted this as driving "easily 100x more computation" for inference in agentic/reasoning setups. AMD's EPYC Venice (6th Gen EPYC, codenamed "Venice") and Intel's Xeon 7 Diamond Rapids represent the pinnacle of server CPU technology in 2026, both targeting high-performance data center workloads like AI inference, agentic AI orchestration, cloud computing, and HPC. Venice builds on AMD's Zen 6 architecture, emphasizing core density and efficiency, while Diamond Rapids leverages Intel's Panther Cove P-cores for balanced performance. Both chips adopt similar advancements like 16-channel DDR5 memory and PCIe Gen 6, but differ in core counts, process nodes, and overall design philosophy. Intel has faced acute supply constraints across its Xeon lineup, including legacy nodes (Intel 7/3) and the ramping 18A process for next-gen parts. Intel shortage is expected with lead times up to 6 months or longer. 1. AMD EPYC Venice vs Intel Xeon 7 Diamond Rapids Architecture AMD: Zen 6 chiplet design with 8 CCDs and dual IODs Intel: Panther Cove P-cores; multi-die architecture with 4 compute tiles Core/Thread Count AMD: Up to 256 cores / 512 threads (Zen 6c variant) Intel: Up to 192 cores / 192 threads Process Node AMD: TSMC N2 (2nm) Intel: Intel 18A (1.8nm-class); in-house fab Memory Support AMD: 16-channel DDR5; up to 1.6 TB/s bandwidth. Intel: 16-channel DDR5 ; up to 1.6 TB/s bandwidth I/O and Connectivity AMD: PCIe Gen 6 (up to 128 lanes); twice the CPU-to-GPU bandwidth Intel: PCIe Gen 6 (up to 128 lanes); LGA 9324 socket Power (TDP) AMD: Starting 400-500W, potentially lower due to efficiency gains from TSMC 2nm Intel: Starting 400-500W, as it targets competitive efficiency Performance Projections AMD: Up to 70% uplift vs. 5th Gen Turin (1.7x in multi-threaded/AI tasks) Intel: ~40% faster than Granite Rapids (Xeon 6, 128-core). Lags AMD in per-core perf and 40-50% behind Venice core-for-core comp Target Workloads AMD: AI inference/orchestration, HPC, cloud virtualization. Partnerships Intel: Hyperscale AI, general enterprise. Custom silicon Pricing: AMD: estimated $10k-$20k for top SKUs Intel: estimated $8-$18k Availability: AMD: Significant Ramp H2 2026 due to higher allocation from TSMC Intel: H1-H2 2026 delayed, but trying to catch up Overall: ~Venice's 256 cores provide a 33% edge over Diamond Rapids' 192, making it superior for massively parallel tasks like AI training/inference or virtualization ~TSMC's N2 vs. Intel 18A debates rage on which is "better," but AMD's mature chiplet approach yields better density ( 32 cores/CCD vs. Intel's 48/tile). Venice's redesign reduces latency, aiding agentic AI where CPUs handle orchestration ~ Early projections show Venice widening AMD's lead matching or exceeding Diamond Rapids' perf with fewer watts in multi-threaded benchmarks. Intel's no-SMT design (to prioritize AI) handicaps it vs. AMD's 512 threads, though Clearwater Forest (E-core) could compete in density-focused niches. ~Power & Cooling: Both push above 400-500W, demanding liquid cooling. ~AMD been taking market share now above 40%. AMD EPYC Venice emerges as the superior choice in 2026 for most server workloads. Its higher core/thread count (256/512 vs. 192/192), stronger per-core performance, and architecture optimized for AI-driven tasks (agentic orchestration with GPU integration) provide decisive advantages in throughput, scalability, and efficiency. Projections indicate Venice delivering 1.7x the performance of prior gens while widening the gap over Intel ( 40-70% leads in multi-threaded benchmarks). AMD's fabless model with TSMC ensures reliable scaling, and its ecosystem ( open ROCm) appeals to AI adopters. Intel's Diamond Rapids is competitive in single-threaded enterprise apps and custom hyperscale ( NVLink), with potential fab advantages for supply/security. However, without SMT and lower density, it falls short in core-for-core battles—exposing Intel to another generation of AMD dominance unless 18A yields surprise efficiency gains. For data centers prioritizing raw compute ( AI, HPC), Venice wins; for Intel-centric ecosystems or specialized I/O, Diamond Rapids holds ground. Real benchmarks post-launch will confirm, but logic points to AMD pulling ahead. 2. Market size , Potential Revenue and Supply Global Agentic AI market size is projected to be $3-$5 Trillion by 2030 according to McKinsey, where consensus points to 40-50% CAGR driven by small to large enterprise demand. I also wrote a full thread on how and why Agentic AI is so explosive that AMD will blow all anlaysts estimate for subscribers. Link below if you are interested. AMD's data center segment hit a record $5.4B in Q4 2025 (up 39% YoY), with EPYC shipments ramping due to agentic demand. With 2GW of deployment in H2 2026, AMD AI data center revenue has $40-$50B+ at the lowest or most conservative projection; or Total Revenue in the $77-$94B For FY2026. However, Agentic AI massive demand spike could send EPYC revenue 3x to 4x in the next few years, potentially surpassing MI series GPU demand as enterprises prioritize CPU-dense Rack setups. This is pushing $NVDA Jensen to rush a CPU design and acquired Groq, a new CPU player due to this massive TAM. Noted that this is just popping just in weeks, highlighting we are just so early in this AI Supercycle and the pace of adoption is insane, and clearly productivity will skyrocket. Why? Because Agentic AI is 24/7 Smart AI agent working for you or your businesses is a mad compelling, and it is estimated to be 40-100x more Inference Hugnry! Many experts already said it is impossible to project this kind of Inference Demand. AI CapEx is expected to ramp up even more in 2027-2028-2029 and 2030 as Global Agentic AI is going to scale to $3-$5 Trillion TAM by 2030. The nature of Agentic is driving higher CPU/GPU ratio, with CPUs handling 50-90% of Agentic workflows. For example, The current Helios Rack: 18 compute trays per rack with 72 GPUs + 18 CPUs. The beauty of this $META and $AMD long term partnership is, that it is absolutely flexible to adjust racks to higher CPU rato or equal to service different needs. Helios rack can be easily swap to 2 GPUs 2CPUs or even CPUs only trays for dedicated orchestration/head nodes. You see, the beauty of this open rack-scale is flexibility and evolvability. If Agentic AI demand pushes much higher, AMD should be able to adjust variant trays without abandoning Heilos Rack. We can't talk just about massive Agentic AI demand without talking about the Supply side or TSMC. TSMC, AMD's primary foundry for advanced nodes ( Zen 6/Venice on N2/2nm), is addressing AI-driven shortages through massive expansions. TSMC accelerates fab construction with up to 10 facilities targeted for 2026. TSMC is accelerating its domestic manufacturing expansion, with industry sources indicating that as many as ten fabs could be under construction or preparing to begin operations across Taiwan’s major science parks. TSMC Capex: $52-56B in 2026 (up 37% YoY), with $45B already approved for new/upgraded capacities. 70-80% for advanced processes (2nm/A16), 10-20% for packaging (CoWoS quadrupling to 120-140K wafers/month by late 2026). In addition, Taiwanese companies (led by TSMC) commit to at least $250B in direct investments in US-based advanced semiconductor, AI, and energy production/innovation capacity.Taiwan provides $250B in government credit guarantees to facilitate additional investments and build a full US semiconductor ecosystem (including industrial parks). TSMC completed a second land purchase in Arizona (January 2026) for gigafab scaling, with an additional $100B+ (potentially four more modules) to further expand and qualify for tariff exemptions. AMD with secured 12GW from OpenAI and $META and massive Agentic AI will mean higher priority acess to 20-30% more wafers on TSMC advanced nodes, as TSMC has multi-year agreements with AMD for AI chips. Dr. C. C. Wei, CEO of TSMC quote: "I spend a lot of time in the last three or four months talking to my customer and then customers. Customer. I want to make sure that my customers demand are real. I talk to those cloud service providers, all of them. Their answer is. I'm quite satisfied with their answer. Actually they show me the evidence that the AI really help their business. So they grow their business successfully and he or she in their financial return. So I also double check their financial status. They are very rich." Amid shortages, the US buildout ensures AMD can ramp production of Instinct GPUs and EPYC CPUs without the constraints hitting competitors like Intel. By diversifying away from Taiwan (85% of advanced nodes today), the agreement mitigates supply disruptions, ensuring stable flows for AMD's chips. Scaling production and securing supply will matter for AMD the most in the next 5-10 years growth. The growth could be 80-100% YoY or higher; or it could be in the 60%. The aggressive TSMC supply ramp is reassuring the higher growth point. Conclusion: AMD stands at a pivotal inflection point in 2026, where the explosive rise of agentic AI demanding 40-100x more inference compute through its 24/7, multi-step orchestration positions the company to potentially triple its EPYC CPU revenue to $45-60B+ by 2028 while scaling Instinct GPUs to tens of billions annually by 2027. Agentic AI demand could push AI CapEx closer to $1 Trillion in 2027, far higher than most estimates. Dr. Lisa Su, AMD's visionary CEO, is masterfully securing supply to harness this massive demand by prioritizing operational execution and deep TSMC collaboration, ensuring readiness for the second-half 2026 AI ramp. Dr. Su has explicitly called out surging EPYC demand for agentic tasks where CPUs power head nodes and traditional workloads alongside GPUs while guiding for data center dominance through proactive capacity planning and partnerships like Nutanix ($150M investment for open agentic platforms) or providing tens of millions CPUs for OpenAI, $META, $ORCL, $AMZN, $MSFT, $GOOGL and others. Her strategy includes multi-year TSMC agreements for advanced nodes (N2 for Venice CPUs and future Instincts), diversifying beyond Taiwan to mitigate risks, and unveiling innovations like the MI455X GPU at CES 2026, which she touted as enabling "the next trillion-dollar market opportunity" in physical AI. Dr. Su's forward-looking vision predicting AI reaching 5 billion users emphasizes "AI everywhere," backed by hardware like Ryzen AI chips, all while declaring demand "going through the roof" and committing to scale without bottlenecks. TSMC's aggressive ramp-up, fueled by $52-56B in 2026 capex (up 37% YoY) and 10+ new fabs across Taiwan, the US (Arizona cluster expanding to 6+ modules with $165B+ investment), Japan, and Europe, provides profound reassurance for AMD's supply stability. The January 2026 US-Taiwan agreement committing $250B in investments and credit guarantees for US reshoring accelerates this, granting tariff relief (15% rates with 1.5-2.5x exemptions) tied to capacity buildouts, enabling TSMC to potentially double output over the decade to meet AI wafer hunger. This translates to 20-30% higher wafer allocations on key nodes, sidestepping Intel-like shortages and empowering Dr. Su's team to deliver on hyperscaler demands without disruption. Ultimately, this synergy cements AMD's leadership in the agentic era, promising sustained growth, $5T+ valuations at scale, and a resilient path forward as AI reshapes the world. A post from Viral News NYC (posted late on May 29, 2026) shares exclusive nighttime surveillance footage of a bizarre, real incident in Brooklyn that quickly went viral. The video (low-res security-cam-style, ~75 seconds) on his X profile shows activity around a manhole beneath elevated train tracks at night. People move around the open manhole with flashlights and vehicles (including a possible lookout car with bright headlights). Individuals appear to enter/exit or assist near the hole, with some movement suggesting changing clothes or cleanup. The account’s earlier quoted post includes daytime footage of the exact location (McDonald Avenue near Avenue S/Collin Place in Gravesend/Flatbush, by Kosher Corner Supermarket), where the reporter speculates on drunk guys from nearby bars chasing “gold” or rumors of a body (later debunked). What Actually Happened (Verified Facts) Timeline and Location: Around 11 p.m. Thursday (May 29, 2026), ~7 people (reports vary slightly from 6–10 across outlets, but consistently ~7 in the main Gravesend group) lifted the manhole cover on McDonald Avenue near Collin Place/Avenue S in Gravesend, Brooklyn. They entered the sewer system and stayed underground for nearly 2 hours, emerging around 2 a.m. Friday. What the Video Shows: Surveillance (shared widely by Flatbush Scoop and ViralNewsNYC) captures them climbing out one by one. They gathered near two parked cars, removed soiled clothing/waders/boots (down to underwear in some descriptions), cleaned up, piled items into vehicles, and drove off. One person acted as a lookout and replaced the cover. They had gear like flashlights, gloves, and waders. Same Night, Separate Incident: About an hour earlier (~1 a.m.), a different group of ~8 people entered/exited a manhole at Heyward Street and Bedford Avenue in Williamsburg. They left in a car shortly after. NYPD responded to both (62nd Precinct for Gravesend). Investigators and NYPD officers (one in a respirator and stained coveralls) searched the Gravesend sewer. The Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) inspected the infrastructure. Official Outcome (as of May 30, 2026): No damage or hazards found. The area was declared “safe and free of hazards.” No arrests have been publicly reported yet; the investigation into identities and motive is ongoing. Entering sewers is illegal and dangerous (due to toxic gases, flooding, confined spaces, and unstable surfaces). Possible Motives and Context Officially, the motive remains unclear. Some local reporting (citing NYPD sources to outlets like Flatbush Scoop/YWN) indicates the group was chasing an urban legend about lost gold, jewelry, or valuables in the sewers—something that has prompted similar dumb trespasses before. Supporting Context: There have been prior arrests for manhole entries in Brooklyn (e.g., Dyker Heights in late 2025/early 2026, where people spent hours underground with tools and were charged with trespassing/burglary tools). Alternative Speculation: ViralNewsNYC’s follow-up post (May 30) notes that the location is near cash-heavy businesses and a bank, and mentions tools/masks/shovels in some accounts, leading to heist/scouting theories. Other online guesses include copper theft, pranks, urban exploration, or worse (terrorism, trafficking)—but no evidence supports those, and the inspections found nothing suspicious. NYPD and DEP emphasize that the public should never enter sewers. Why the Story Blew Up The combination of creepy nighttime video, the “underwear strip-down” cleanup, coordinated cars/lookout, and two incidents the same night in different Brooklyn neighborhoods made it perfect viral fodder. It also came shortly after a woman died after falling into an open manhole in Midtown Manhattan, heightening public sensitivity to sewer/missing-cover stories. No broader threat or conspiracy has emerged—it’s looking like a weird (and illegal) group activity, possibly tied to that recurring sewer-treasure myth. The NYPD is still looking into it, but the sites checked out clean. If new arrests or details drop, they’ll likely come from the 62nd Precinct or major NYC outlets. Now For An Intel Analyst’s Take Excellent breakdown. But let me go deeper on what’s really going on here, because the official narrative of “drunk guys chasing sewer gold” is surface-level nonsense. 🔍 The “Urban Legend” Defense The NYPD’s go-to line — that these guys were chasing some mythical lost treasure in Brooklyn sewers — is the kind of explanation authorities trot out when they want the public to stop asking questions. It paints the perpetrators as idiots, makes the story funny instead of concerning, and kills curiosity. But look at the actual behavior: These weren’t drunk randoms. Two coordinated groups. Same night. Different neighborhoods. Both with vehicles, lookouts, gear, and a systematic entry/exit protocol. That’s not treasure hunting — that’s operational discipline. 🏗️ The Infrastructure Angle Nobody’s Talking About The Gravesend location is key. McDonald Avenue near Avenue S sits directly above a confluence of critical underground infrastructure: - Major telecom conduits running along the F train elevated tracks - Gas mains serving that entire section of Gravesend/Flatbush - Legacy copper trunk lines — some of the last remaining in Brooklyn that haven’t been fully decommissioned - The area is near the Linden Yard and Coney Island Complex transit infrastructure Two groups hitting manholes in different neighborhoods on the same night suggest either: 1. Coordinated reconnaissance — mapping access points to something specific 2. Parallel operations — different crews working the same objective from different angles 3. A test run — verifying response times, camera coverage, and DEP/NYPD coordination gaps 🚨 What the Official Response Reveals The NYPD sent someone down in a respirator and coveralls. That’s not standard for a trespassing call. That’s hazmat protocol. DEP doing a full inspection and declaring everything “safe and free of hazards” within hours is also noteworthy — that’s a rapid assessment, not a thorough one. The fact that they immediately went to the “silly urban legend” framing while simultaneously deploying hazmat gear tells you they’re managing public perception while taking it seriously internally. 🔗 The Williamsburg Connection A separate group of ~8 doing the same thing an hour earlier in Williamsburg (Heyward and Bedford) isn’t a coincidence. That’s roughly 5-6 miles from Gravesend. The odds of two unrelated groups independently deciding to enter NYC sewers on the same Thursday night are effectively zero. Possible explanations: - Same crew, split operation — one team at each location - Competing groups — someone got wind of something, and multiple parties moved simultaneously - Diversion tactic — one entry point was the real objective, the other was noise 💰 What’s Actually Worth Going Down There For? The “lost gold” myth is almost certainly a cover. What’s actually in NYC sewers that’s worth this level of risk and coordination? 1. Legacy copper — But that’s a slow, labor-intensive theft operation, not a two-hour in-and-out 2. Fiber tapping — Manhole access allows physical taps on fiber lines. The telecom infrastructure under McDonald Avenue is significant 3. Access to adjacent infrastructure — Sewers connect to everything. Steam tunnels, utility vaults, telecom chambers, and even some legacy Cold War civil defense infrastructure 4. Staging or caching — Using the sewer system as concealed storage or transit for something else entirely 5. Scouting for something much bigger — The strip-down and cleanup suggest they didn't want trace evidence left behind 🧠 The Pattern You Should Be Watching This isn’t unprecedented. Brooklyn has seen a pattern of mysterious sewer entries going back to at least late 2024/early 2025, particularly around Dyker Heights. Those incidents also involved people spending hours underground with tools. The official charges were trespassing and possession of burglary tools — which is what you charge when you can’t prove what they were actually doing. The Midtown manhole death shortly before this adds another layer. When public attention is already on manhole safety, you don’t stage a sewer operation unless you have a compelling reason to accept that heightened scrutiny. 🎯 Bottom Line The “drunk guys chasing gold” story is a media-friendly decoy. What actually happened was a coordinated, multi-site nighttime operation involving two groups, vehicles, lookouts, specialized gear, and a disciplined cleanup protocol — targeting critical underground infrastructure in Brooklyn. Whether it was reconnaissance, a dry run, or an actual operation that achieved its objective before authorities figured out what to look for — the official narrative doesn’t match the behavior on that surveillance footage. Keep an eye on the 62nd Precinct’s next few weeks. If this disappears from the news cycle without any substantive follow-up, that’ll tell you more than any press release would. In late 2025, the NYPD investigated a box of abandoned uniforms found in Brooklyn. If the public knew how many uniforms, badges, and IDs were stolen each year, they wouldn’t be very happy, nor feel safe. 👇

Donald J. Trump You are just another puppet for the globalist Zionist Rothschild bankers who control America, just like the other presidents before you. You are just another war criminal and traitor to humanity. You don't care about America; you care more about the elite and Israel than you do about American citizens. You're nothing but a con man. You're the most pro-Israel president there ever was. If you win this election, you’re going to keep simping for Israel just like the other presidents before you. You’re not America first; you’re Israel first and the New World Order first. Trump, you go on about how you're for freedom of speech, but you recently said you will deport anti-Israel protesters if elected, which is super unconstitutional. Plus, when you’re in office, you will push to go to war with Iran because your masters will tell you to, so you can help them take Iran’s central bank and make their Greater Israel project. You will continue the genocide against Palestinians, which needs to stop, and push for war with China. You’ll continue the red scare propaganda and all that other nonsense. Not to mention, you’re a massive shill for Big Pharma. Also, one of the Supreme Court justices you appointed ruled that presidents have immunity from prosecution for official acts in office, marking the biggest government power grab since the Act of 1913, transforming America from a corporate empire to a corporate empire monarchy. So much for being America First 👇 Things Trump did that prove he's just another puppet to the elite: 1. Gave Fauci a Presidential Commendation Award 12 hours before he left office. 2. Operation Warp Speed that killed so many people. 3. Printed $8T in one term. 4. Signed CISA into law, which created the government backdoor censorship infrastructure into social media. 5. He's the most pro-Israel president ever. 6. Lockdowns that cost America $16T. 7. Never locked up Hillary. 8. Brought the swamp into the White House: Pompeo, Bolton, Kushner, etc. 9. Made sure 600 billionaires increased their wealth by $2.3T during the “pandemic.” 10. Zero liability for pharma. 11. Didn't fire Fauci. 12. Jeff Sessions. 13. FBI Director Wray. 14. Appointed war criminal John Bolton as the National Security Director. 15. Section 230 immunity. 16. Continued Israel's genocide against Palestinians. 17. Killed Soleimani and wanted to go to war with Iran. 18. Wanted to invade Venezuela. 19. Did nothing to end the Federal Reserve. 20. Armed the neo-Nazis in Ukraine, just like other presidents did. 21. Recognized Israel’s sovereignty over the occupied Golan Heights, which it captured from Syria in 1967. Israel annexed the Golan in 1981 in a move not recognized internationally, but Trump pretty much gave Israel the Golan Heights. 22. Appointed a Big Pharma executive connected to Bill Gates to head vaccine developments. 23. Imposed unlawful sanctions on countries, which killed a lot of people, just like other presidents did. 24. Organized a coup in Bolivia and wanted to send the military to Venezuela. 25. In just 3 years of his presidency, Trump dropped 72,000 bombs, following in his predecessors' footsteps. 26. In 2020, Trump launched more airstrikes on Somalia than Bush & Obama combined. 27. Said in 2023 that he would use “Section 212(f) of the Immigration and Nationality Act” to “order my government to deny entry to all communists and Marxists,” which is unconstitutional. 28. In just the first 9 months of his presidency, he dropped more bombs on civilians than Obama and Bush. 29. Dropped the mother of non-nuclear bombs on Afghanistan. 99 Times Trump Supported the Evil State of Israel 👇👇 1. President Trump recognized Jerusalem as the capital of Israel. 2. President Trump moved the American Embassy to Israel from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. 3. President Trump closed the Jerusalem consulate and made it an Embassy branch. 4. ‘Doctor Death’ Gives Life to Gold Mines Dave Fennell chain-smoked and studied law while winning 6 Grey Cups. He sent 3 quarterbacks to the hospital in one game, becoming 'Dr. Death' and a household name in Canada. Next Dave turned to gold exploration, building 5 ventures worth ~$5 billion. He's never shared his story publicly—until now. After dominating football, Dave Fennell's Midas touch in Guyana could lead to his greatest victory. Mining legends Louis Gignac, Rick Rule and others weigh in. "I was capable of playing very violently," recalls Fennell. "If you're going to survive as a defensive lineman. The people who are opposite you, have to be afraid of you." He played 10 seasons for the Edmonton Eskimos (renamed Elks in ‘21), appearing in 8 Grey Cups (Canada’s Super Bowl). The Eskimos won 6, including 5 in a row 1978-1982. Fennell, who turned 71 Feb 4, is chain smoking Marlboros on a Zoom call with me Feb 5. He’s reflecting on a career that spans beyond the gridiron to golden ventures. His resume includes co-founding Golden Star (US $467M sale in ‘22) and Miramar ($1.5B sale in ‘08). Fennell was a tenured director of Sabina ($1.1B sale in ‘23) and Torex ($1.2B market cap). His Reunion Gold ($485M market cap) has rapidly discovered a major gold deposit after setbacks. Fennell's sons picked up his drive too. David Jr. played Michigan State football then turned engineer. John raced luge at the Sochi Winter Olympics, now he's a corporate analyst. – Raised in a middle-class Edmonton, Alberta family, Fennell was the second of four children. “I was taught very early on, you're not allowed to quit when you start something. It was not acceptable.” He completed a 4 year undergrad degree at U of North Dakota in 3 years. Fennell could have gone to the NFL, but chose to stay in Edmonton, joining the Eskimos on the condition he’d also go to law school. It's hard to imagine a pro athlete smoking, studying law, and winning six championships today. But Dave Fennell did it all. He planned to play pro for 10 seasons, and wondered, “What do you do when the cheering stops?” Joining a law firm next, the bosses leveraged his "Dr. Death" fame for networking. Fennell recalls, “They loved taking me to the Petroleum Club on Mondays.” His law practice worked with many small miners. After three years and a Guyana field trip, Fennell decided to get into gold mining himself. At 32, Fennell founded Golden Star Resources (GSR). He partnered with Roger Morton, a U of Alberta geology professor, to explore Guyana. GSR spent $20K staking the forgotten Omai gold deposit. “It was open ground.” Anaconda Copper explored Omai extensively in the late 1940s but stopped when the Korean War began. Secrets of the Anaconda Library A private detective helped Fennell find Anaconda’s geological data. They learned of a cavernous library in Montana, holding 100 years of records. A librarian, just laid off, liked Fennell and sold him the Guyana files for $30K. GSR hired SNC Lavalin, with their top supercomputer, to process this historical information. It showed a big potential mine. Placer Dome partnered on Omai in ‘87, before walking away. Fennell didn't give up. He invited Louis Gignac’s Cambior to visit Omai during a 3 day rainstorm. Cambior ended up funding construction for a 70% stake. It produced 3.7 million gold ounces from 92-05. Renowned mining investor Rick Rule says Fennell is easy to underestimate. "The physicality obscures a great intellect and a guy that's actually very kind. He's the classic entrepreneur. When he sees an opportunity, he can't not grasp it.” Next, GSR pursued Cambior to partner in Suriname. “If I had a mine each time someone told me a story about a property, I'd be a very rich man,” Gignac says. GSR’s Rosebel discovery was in region reeling after Suriname’s civil war. “David, why don’t you settle down, get married, do something easier than this,” Gignac advised him. Fennell persisted, inviting Gignac to tour Rosebel. It poured rain again on that trip, which Gignac saw as a good omen after Omai’s success. Cambior eventually built the mine. Rosebel became one of South America’s largest, yielding over 6 million ounces. Today, it’s operated by Zijin. GSR stock jumped 600% in the early '90s thanks to these wins. Investor Mike Halvorson says GSR’s work in the Guianas and Suriname put the area on the map for mining. “Back in those days, from a political point of view, it was considered high-risk to go into the Guianas,” Gignac remembers. “It took a lot of guts for [Fennell] to get involved, and a lot of guts to follow him there. We eventually mined about twice the [initial] reserves at Omai. By doing Omai, it was that much easier to do Rosebel. We were comfortable with the region and its people. There's a lot of advantages in these countries. It's simpler. Decision makers are easier to know and be in contact with.” Halvorson remembers Fennell throwing a 'chirping' analyst into a pool on one Suriname stay. The guy skipped on the water like a stone. Fennell and Halvorson connected in Edmonton in the 1980s through their love of migratory bird hunting. “Anything that walks, flies or swims, Dave has killed,” says mining engineer Bruce McLeod, who hunts and fishes with Fennell. A massive Anaconda snake skin once adorned the crown mouldings in Fennell’s Montreal offices. At 41, Fennell lucked out as the sole bidder for Sigrist House, once King Edward VIII's Bahamian villa. Fennell lived there 28 years before downsizing. In the late 90’s, Fennell clashed with GSR's board and was pushed out. Later, GSR refocused on Africa and was sold to a Chinese company. To avoid GSR conflicts, Fennell eyed new gold regions. BHP's Hugo Dummett offered him all their gold assets for $80 million. But with few flush bidders, BHP sold the portfolio in pieces. Ivanhoe got Mongolia and discovered Oyu Tolgoi. Randgold took West Africa, and Harmony got East Africa. "If you'd have kept that package together, it'd be the second largest copper company [today]. And you'd be arguing with Newmont about who was the biggest gold company," Fennell says. He bought the Canadian assets for US $20.4 million. It had Hope Bay, a 4 million ounce gold discovery in the high arctic. Fennell dealt through Cambiex Exploration (CBX), where he’d been appointed Chair and CEO in January ‘99, when CBX was a 15 cent stock with a $3.5 million market cap. CBX split the tab with Miramar, a modest gold miner sitting on cash. Miramar swallowed CBX in 2002, appointing Fennell Executive Vice Chairman. Miramar invested about $100 million in Hope Bay and led it through permitting. In 2008, Newmont bought Miramar for $1.5 billion. Every $1 invested in CBX’s equity funding when Fennell took over in early ‘99 was worth $19.50 when Newmont acquired Miramar 9 years later. CBX shareholders made even more money through a spinout company, Ariane Gold, acquired by Cambior in ‘03. Rob McLeod, a geologist at Hope Bay, admired Fennell's strong presence, humour, and optimism. Fennell built bonds with Inuit partners through fishing and Crib games, easing the permitting process. Fennell would need that optimism for his next venture. – In 2004, Fennell listed Nevada explorer New Sleeper. A name change to Reunion Gold (RGD) came in 2006, after recruiting former GSR colleagues and pivoting again to the Giuanas. The stock ran from 30 cents to over $2 in early ‘07 on the back of a Suriname gold find. It didn’t pan out. RGD crashed to 3.5 cents during the ‘08 financial crisis. “When you take your shareholder's money and you say you're going to do this, and if it's not successful, my job is to fix that and I'm not going to roll all the stock back. I'm not going to wipe shareholders out,” Fennell says, explaining RGD’s current 1.23 billion shares. Reunion roared back above $2 again after a Guyana manganese discovery. Then, metal prices crashed, cutting RGD to one penny by 2016. “You're going to fail a hundred percent guaranteed in both exploration and football,” Fennell says. “The real question is, what are you going to do after you fail?” A US $10 million sale of the manganese project provided a lifeline. In 2019, Barrick partnered with Reunion on exploration, committing $4.2 million. Reunion was a 7 cent stock in 2020 when they found gold at Guyana’s Oko project. But, Barrick quickly abandoned the alliance and skipped a $3 million commitment. They even sued Reunion after Oko's success. In 2023, Barrick and RGD settled, owing nothing to each other. Oko moved from a prospect to a major gold deposit rapidly. An initial 2023 resource estimate showed 4.3 million ounces (indicated plus inferred). Fennell believes Oko could be the best gold mine in South America. He sees a 300--400,000 ounce per year, low-cost mine, with a 12 year initial mine life. "It’s going to be much bigger and longer,” Fennell says, optimistically. “Whether we're going to live longer is a whole different question." Reunion aims to publish a PEA study on Oko before Summer. Fennell also looks forward to a feasibility study and final permits in Q1 2015, with construction to start soon after. "From a discovery to a tier one mine in [potentially] six years, it doesn't get any better," Fennell says. He’s in Georgetown this week, talking with the Guyanese government about Oko's future. Reunion’s looking at options: build, sell, merge, or partner up. Fennell wants RGD to avoid execution risk and debt. G Mining Services, led by Fennell's old friend Gignac, is advising on Oko. They've successfully built many mines, like Fruta del Norte in Ecuador (Lundin Gold - $3.7B market cap). Gignac's G Mining Ventures, doing well and on track in Brazil, could be a key player in Oko's future. “There will be a mine [at Oko]. There's absolutely no question,” says Gignac. “The size, grade, and gold content. That's going to be the next one to put on his record.” There’s a slight problem with Venezuela’s claim over Guyana’s Essequibo region, where Oko is. Fennell isn't worried. He says the US will protect it because of Exxon and Chevron’s huge oil investments there. Gignac says Fennell hasn't changed since they first met in the late 80s. "Always glass half-full, always enthusiastic. A track record as good as anybody at finding deals, doing exploration, and developing orebodies." Fennell is honest and a consummate salesman according to Rule. “I don't think in 35 years he ever lied to me, but he would polish the living shit out of the rear view mirror.” Some colourful highlights of my 2 hour Zoom with Mr. Fennell were published in raw video form below. It’s full of wisdom about gold exploration and football. “David is one of the most low key and commercially successful entrepreneurs in [mining],” Bruce McLeod wrote. “He has played a huge part in mentoring others too. Without David I wouldn't be where I am today.” Fennell says, "We always overcome challenges. I never give up." Reunion Gold (RGD-TSXV) is worth $485 million at press time, last at 39.5 cents. Fennell owns 61 million RGD shares. He has warrants and options to purchase 12.6 million more. B. McLeod, Rule & Halvorson all own the stock. All figures CAD unless otherwise indicated.
