Once again, a lot of past students at KNUST and other technical schools have over the years conceived brilliant ideas for products that solve real problems. Some have even gone to the extent of providing prototypes of them. But the ordinary Ghanaian doesn’t believe in a fellow’s dream

I go talk say our teachers and nurses are basically students who failed to enter universities and settled for the lesser alternatives... people bore me waa.

How come computing is not a core subject in our basic schools? Her speech answers it all........Yes, in Ghana, we're programmed to pass exams but not to find solutions to problems.

Everything in the country including this is as a result of leadership. You can argue it in every angle, it still rests on leadership.

Thats why i left the university!!! I was even smarter than the lecturers, all questions were from mathlab, i was programming softwares whiles my professor couldn’t evn run “hello world”, yet we regard someone who had a degree than a self taught or someone who didn’t gt a degree

Since we don’t use our language for everything, we will never like anything about ourselves. The Chinese like everything about China🇨🇳, the Iranian like everything about Iran🇮🇷, the Russian like everything about Russia🇷🇺, the Italian like everything about Italy🇮🇹, it’s only us😏

One thing I like most about Dr Adutwum’s time as education minister is the introduction of the TVET and STEM curriculum to our public schools. I hope we continue to invest more in that field as a country if we want to stand a chance in the modern world.

Now we know our problems How do we solve them ??

This has been the problem with Ghana. Leaders know problem of Gh but don’t know how to fix them Educationist knows issues in the sector but don’t know how to fix it Agriculture, electricity, transportation, health etc. all issues are know but solutions can’t be implemented

This has lead to people not believing in certification like before
