Virtually all African countries that are doing well are the ones that are not are no longer receiving aid. the problem in africa is that they like to party, dance, find a lover (even if they already have a partner) and loiter. They waste a lot of time doing that. Additionally, they are not a high trust society which makes it difficult to do business with them.

@Rothmus Ethiopia is a bad example because despite not being colonized it was attacked by italy & lost its coast to what is now Eritrea, so almost certainly it would be better off today otherwise. Also it is rocky as shit, which helped them survive an invasion but has downsides.

Does he know Africa is a continent with 54 countries? Does he know aid is used to control leaders and gain access to the resources, you think colonisation is not one of the root causes?
