Hi everyone, this week I finally received the new ANyONe Relay! Force feedback demo Force feedback is when joystick is pushing on your hand when something is pushing on the robot arm. Feeling the force - so much helpful to control the robot, that done well it allows you to do tasks even without visual feed. You can make an experiment: close your eyes - you can easily get the headphones out of the case. Also, visual information is often not enough. For example, you're trying to pull out a usb connector, but you pull it at the wrong angle, causing it to get stuck. Visually, nothing changes, but the pressure is intense and you can break the connector. Surgical robots have been using force feedback for years, and there are also 3D styluses which use this feature, proving that the technology works and is useful. But in modern robots with AI, it's hardly ever implemented. Although it's useful for both teleoperation and AI model. That's one of the reasons why we are building our robotic arms starting with off the shelf motors rather than taking the whole off the shelf arm. There are still a range of easy wins that can be made iterating robot hardware.

Hi FGC friends. I picked up a Brooks Wingman FGC 2 myself from to test some older sticks on PS5 cause of issues using them on PS5 for some games. Did a quick Firmware update through their website here: (Hold the side buttons while plugged into PC and grab the latest update) I then tested all of these myself that didn't work in game for Avatar before that are now working instantly. Hopefully a patch comes out before the event for legacy controllers but I wanted to test this as a backup option while I chat with Brook Converters directly about getting some loaners for pools at the event. So far no issues, timeouts or anything so this may be your a good option for the mean time to use all of your sticks/controllers on PS5 in general. If you're having issues please let me know what controller/stick you're trying to use and I'll see if I have it to try myself. Yes I'm one the greatest TOs of all time that goes through all the details when needed.

It is spectacularly easy to get shadowbanned on X One wrong reply and your reputation can go up in flames Luckily there are a few steps you can take to reduce your odds of getting banned by 10x 🔶First step: Don't reply from notifications Notifications are a minefield because hidden, spammy replies are shown to you as normal replies It's never worth replying from here. You risk replying to low reputation accounts without even knowing it Just reply normally from the posts so you know what's marked as spam 🔶Second step: turn off sensitive content in your settings Engaging with sensitive content could hurt your reputation score Little do you know, but a ton of content that’s not actually sensitive, gets marked as sensitive Turn off sensitive content in your settings, then become shocked when you see how much innocent content is marked as sensitive (tutorial video below) 🔶Third Step: Check for following/follower ratio before hitting reply Easy check to take before every reply This is brought up in the code 100 different times as a reputation destroyer Make sure to hover over people’s name before replying and check for their ratio 60% followers to following is the ratio cut off point 🔶Fourth Step: Don’t feed the trolls There are 100+ labels for toxic behavior in the code Engaging with anyone with these labels hurts your reputation For some of these labels they can be applied just for “insults” Best not to engage with any trolls (also good for your mental health) 🔶Fifth Step: Get the blue checkmark The easiest step of them all It’s coded into the algo that if you have the blue checkmark you can’t be marked as spam Yes it costs money, but if you have any serious interest of growing on this platform, it’s a must have 🔶🔶🔶🔶🔶 I've said this before, but it absolutely stinks you have to take all these steps just to get some reach At times, it can be like walking in a minefield It doesn't exactly make a social media platform feel very 'social' I have high confidence Elon is working to fix this.
