The soil of Singur has always inspired me. My journey of struggle is deeply intertwined with this land, and I am truly moved by the warmth and affection with which the people of Singur embraced me today. First and foremost, I extend my heartfelt condolences to the families of those who lost their lives due to the unplanned SIR. I am also deeply saddened by the untimely demise of Maharashtra’s Deputy Chief Minister, Shri Ajit Pawar. I pray for the eternal peace of his departed soul and convey my sincere condolences to his family. From the soil of Singur today, I inaugurated Phase II of the Banglar Bari (Gramin) housing scheme, fully funded by the State Government. In this phase, 20 lakh families will receive ₹1.20 lakh each to build their homes, with a total outlay of ₹24,000 crore. In Phase I, 12 lakh rural families had already benefited at an expenditure of ₹14,400 crore, enabling homeless and families to secure dignified pucca homes. Across both phases, the State Government is investing ₹38,400 crore to benefit 32 lakh rural families. Alongside this, I inaugurated the Ghatal Master Plan for flood control and drainage improvement across flood-prone regions of Paschim Medinipur and Purba Medinipur. Nearly 10 lakh people will benefit from this ₹1,500 crore initiative, covering 801 sq km. I also flagged off 50 Sufal Bangla vehicles and initiated the disbursal of compensation under the Bangla Shasya Bima scheme for crop losses caused by natural calamities during the Kharif 2025 season, amounting to ₹80 crore. Over 2.35 lakh farmers will receive direct financial assistance in their bank accounts through DBT. I also inaugurated 150 agricultural machinery hiring centres and 603 machinery hubs across the State and distributed 29,000 modern agricultural equipment to farmers in various districts, with a total value of ₹160 crore. Today, I distributed 7,727 land pattas across 22 districts. Furthermore, with the support of the World Bank, I announced West Bengal’s healthcare reform programme, ‘Unnoto Suswasthya’, which will focus on non-communicable diseases, maternal and child health, and adolescent health, with a total outlay exceeding ₹3,700 crore. I also inaugurated 1,077 projects across 28 departments worth ₹5,694 crore and laid the foundation stones for 616 projects worth ₹2,183 crore. The soil of Singur will always remain close to my heart. It continually inspires me to walk the path of truth and to stand for people’s rights. An Agro-Industrial Park has already been developed in Singur on 8 acres at a cost of ₹9.20 crore, and a private industrial park is coming up on 77 acres, creating employment for thousands. Unable to match Bengal’s pace of development, the Bangla-birodhi Central Government is now conspiring to disenfranchise legitimate voters through its unplanned and coercive SIR process. Ordinary citizens are being harassed, lives are being lost, and Bengal is being repeatedly targeted and humiliated. Touching the soil of Singur today, I renewed my resolve to continue this fight. I will soon go to Delhi myself to defend the democratic rights of our people. No autocracy will ever be allowed to take root in Bengal.

🚨 GOLD IS REPEATING THE SCENARIO OF THE 2013 CRASH I've seen this before and I don't like how it ends Back then, people also believed that after years of gains, it was just a correction Since the beginning of 2026, gold has already fallen about 24% from its all-time high of $5,600 per ounce And March turned out to be the worst month since June 2013 - the exact moment when the most painful phase of the previous bear market began The scenario is repeating: Rally → ATH → Hawkish Fed → ETF outflows → Loss of momentum → Deep correction So far, almost everything lines up: 1. After the ATH, profit-taking accelerated Just like in 2011, gold rallied for years on fear, inflation, and crisis expectations But after peaking, the market started losing momentum 2. The Fed is once again the main source of pressure In 2013, investors feared tapering and rising real yields Today looks similar: the Fed remains hawkish, inflation is still elevated, the dollar is strengthening, and real yields are rising Historically, that's one of the worst environments for gold 3. Safe-haven demand is fading Tensions around Iran have eased Some capital is already rotating out of safe-haven assets and back into risk 4. ETFs are starting to reverse March saw strong outflows from gold ETFs Historically, major ETF outflows often appear when the market regime starts changing Yes, central banks are still buying gold But even record purchases by central banks can only soften the downside if the macro environment continues to deteriorate for gold If the Fed stays hawkish and the U.S. economy remains strong, the $4,100-4,200 zone may end up being just a temporary stop The main idea is simple: The market has already gone through the euphoria phase And if the 2011-2013 analogy continues to hold, the current decline may not be the end of the correction I've said this before, and everything is still playing out exactly according to plan Turn on notifications. If you're not following me yet, you might realize later that it was a mistake because I warned you Bookmark this. The next phase is gonna be very important

Impact After Term | 15 : TVA's Tamil Digital Library — Bringing Tamil's Civilisational Knowledge to the Digital Age Established by Kalaignar in 2001 to enable the Tamil language to thrive in the Internet era and promote Tamil learning across the world, the Tamil Virtual Academy has spearheaded several pioneering digital initiatives. Among its most significant has been the Tamil Digital Library—created to preserve centuries of Tamil literature, manuscripts, archival records and cultural resources in digital form, while making them freely accessible to students, researchers and Tamil communities worldwide. Following the formation of the DMK Government in 2021, the Tamil Digital Library underwent a significant transformation. As Minister for Finance and Human Resources Management, Dr. PTR allocated ₹96.65 lakh in the 2022–23 Budget to accelerate the digitisation of rare books, manuscripts and archival collections. After assuming charge as Minister for Information Technology and Digital Services, he oversaw the next phase of its expansion, broadening both its scale and public accessibility. Today, the Tamil Digital Library hosts over one lakh rare books, manuscripts, journals and historical records. Nearly 19.89 lakh pages have been digitised, including over eight lakh palm-leaf manuscript pages, thousands of rare photographs and hundreds of hours of archival audio-visual material—creating one of the largest digital knowledge repositories dedicated to an Indian language. The initiative also placed a strong emphasis on accessibility. With an allocation of ₹1 crore for the Inclusive Digital Library, access was expanded for persons with visual impairments. During Dr. PTR's tenure as Minister for Information Technology and Digital Services, 12.85 lakh pages were converted using OCR technology, while 1.30 lakh pages were made available in accessible formats such as DOC, EPUB, DAISY and Braille-compatible editions. The initiative was further expanded through a series of dedicated digital knowledge platforms, including Tamilar Thagaval Attruppadai, the Digital Cultural Atlas and Kalaignar Karuvoolam. During this period, the complete digitised works of 38 eminent Tamil scholars, literary figures and leaders were also made publicly accessible, alongside thematic digital collections preserving Tamil Nadu's literary, political, social and cultural history. The impact has been substantial. Website visits increased from 1.25 crore in 2021 to over 17.25 crore by 2026, with more than 13.27 crore visits recorded during Dr. PTR's tenure, reflecting the growing global use of these digital resources. The Tamil Digital Library has transformed centuries of Tamil knowledge into a living digital resource for future generations.

Impact After Term | 05 : Special Initiatives of the Finance Department | 01 : Special Task Force — Identifying & Recovering Unutilised Public Funds Even before assuming office as Minister for Finance & Human Resources Management, Dr. Dr P Thiaga Rajan (PTR) consistently advocated stronger accountability and efficiency in public finance management through his interventions in the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly, as a member of the Public Accounts Committee and as the Opposition MLA who regularly initiated the Assembly's general discussion on the Budget between 2017 and 2021. After the DMK Government assumed office under the leadership of Thiru. M.K.Stalin, one of the administration’s central priorities was ensuring that public funds allocated for welfare and development were efficiently utilised and properly monitored. In the 2021–22 Budget, the Government announced a Special Task Force (STF) to identify dormant and unutilised government funds parked in bank accounts outside treasury oversight. The STF undertook a large-scale reconciliation exercise involving government departments, public institutions, district administrations, and banks across Tamil Nadu. Alongside this, a dual-track survey and verification mechanism was introduced to systematically identify dormant and unutilised public funds across fragmented financial accounts and institutions, while also strengthening transparency and fiscal oversight. Within the initial phase itself, nearly ₹2,000 crore in idle public funds was identified and recovered. According to the Tamil Nadu Government’s 2026–27 Interim Budget, the STF has since examined nearly 11 lakh bank accounts and identified over ₹12,078 crore in dormant and unutilised public funds. Resources that had remained scattered and unmonitored across thousands of accounts were brought back into the public financial system, making them available for welfare programmes, infrastructure development, and other public investments across Tamil Nadu. — Admin Team

👀 The New Zealand Govt with "Palantir" Spying & The Whistleblower Edward Snowden 🇳🇿 NZ is allegedly the first country outside the U.S.A to deploy Palantir’s data analytics software within its government agencies, with contracts reportedly dating back to 2012 ⚠️ The U.S.A National Security Agency (NSA) documents disclosed by Snowden included info about the NZ surveillance program detailing spying on millions of citizens incl: Kim Dotcom & overseas officials-which was a joint effort between NZ's Government Communications Security Bureau (GCSB) & the U.S. NSA to covertly tap international undersea cables for mass data collection, for the purpose of spying April 2012- The plan to develop "Speargun" began under the guise of "Initiative 7418" when Cabinet asked the GCSB to develop an advanced cyber protection strategy July 2012 -June 2013 A warrant was sought & granted for "Phase 1" of Speargun. The GCSB confirmed this warrant ensured they could undertake preliminary work as part of the business case Cabinet requested Early 2013- Phase I of Speargun was implemented by the GCSB & the U.S. NSA March 2013- PM Key publicly claimed he cancelled Speargun because it was "too intrusive." A meeting was held with the GCSB over Speargun at this time, & a press release later stated: PM tells GCSB not to bring business case forward. & then Informs the GCSB "it is too broad" April 2013- Cabinet documents show Speargun had its funding extended through to June the following year-directly contradicting Key's claim it was dead, 👀 A LIE June 12 2013- In Parliament, Green Party Co-leader Russel Norman accused the government of "conspiring to establish a surveillance state," noting Palantir had opened a Wellington office & was advertising for an "embedded analyst" requiring a government security clearance. June 12 2013- John Key dismissed the claims, saying he had only met Palantir's Peter Thiel a "few times," & denied discussing intelligence matters with him. (⚠️ Key had also given Theil citizenship in 2011 bypassing normal requirements ) June 2013- Snowden revealed that the GCSB was in fact participating in Speargun- a mass surveillance program tapping the Southern Cross cable for US intelligence agencies. Documents explicitly noted "Project Speargun underway." The program's goal: "sniff it all, know it all, collect it all, process it all & exploit it all" via XKEYSCORE (a Five Eyes shared database). Snowden confirmed it contained communications of "millions of New Zealanders" July Bypassing normal requirements coordination. The document stated: "The implementation of Speargun is currently on hold pending clarification of the legislation." Crucially, Key was informed that Speargun details were likely to become public because they could be in the trove of secrets taken by Edward Snowden August 2013 ⚠️Key publicly vowed to RESIGN if mass surveillance of New Zealanders was ever proven (The January election was just months away) July 2013- A secret briefing from DPMC's intelligence director told PM Key that Speargun was "on hold pending clarification of legislation," & that Snowden might expose it. The required legislation- the GCSB Amendment Act 2013- passed on Aug 21 legalizing domestic spying for the first time. Key then halted Speargun funding on Sep 2, months after he had publicly claimed the program was dead in Mar 2013 2014- April A business case for the upgraded spyware system "Cortex" (Speargun's replacement) was developed & approved 2014- Sep At Kim Dotcom's "Moment of Truth" event, Snowden called PM Key a liar, stating Key's denial of mass surveillance is "categorically false." He claimed he personally accessed NZ's coms via the XKEYSCORE system & asserted: "If you live in New Zealand, you are being watched" 🧵1/2

বাংলার মাটি বাংলার পথ স্বনির্ভরতাই বাংলার শপথ From the consecrated soil of Nadia, I had the privilege of inaugurating Phase IV of the Pathashree–Rastashree scheme, a renewed commitment to strengthening connectivity in Bengal. In this phase, funded entirely from the State exchequer, we are undertaking the construction, reconstruction, upgradation, and maintenance of 20,030 kilometres of roads with an allocation of ₹8,487.83 crore. This will directly benefit over 35,000 villages and 128 municipal areas, while creating more than 15 crore man-days of employment for our job-card holders. Since 2020, the Pathashree–Rastashree initiative has already delivered 39,500 kilometres of improved roads across three phases, with a combined outlay of ₹10,902 crore. Today’s announcement takes our total to over 59,500 kilometres, in addition to the 1.10 lakh kilometres built under Bangla Sadak Yojana. I also took the opportunity to release “Pother Anginay Moner Janalay”, a moving collection of letters written by Kanyashree beneficiaries, Self-Help Group members, and farmers from Nadia whose lives have been transformed by improved roads. Over the last fourteen and a half years, our Maa-Mati-Manush Sarkaar has launched 94 development schemes, each designed to uplift people without discrimination. Nadia has been central to that journey, standing tall with its global reputation in handicrafts, terracotta, and the famed Sarpuria and Sarbhaja, which we have proudly promoted through Saratirtha. Krishnanagar’s Muslin Tirtha stands as another testament to our resolve to elevate Bengal’s artistic heritage. Standing in the land loved and blessed by Sri Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu, the embodiment of compassion, equality, and unconditional love for humanity, I renewed my solemn pledge that no force will be allowed to divide Bengal on religious lines or undermine our democratic rights. BJP’s attempt to weaponise SIR, erase genuine voters, and introduce NRC through the backdoor is a direct assault on constitutional principles and the inclusive fabric of Bengal. I will not allow a single rightful voter to be struck off our rolls, I will not allow detention camps in Bengal. Our “May I Help You” camps will continue to support every individual in need. No one should feel abandoned. We will not take lessons on patriotism from those who insult Bengal’s great thinkers, who attempt to provoke unrest, or who belittle the language and culture of our state. Bengal has always upheld humanity, compassion, and peaceful coexistence, and we shall continue to do so with courage and conviction. As long as I serve the people, Bengal will remain united, undivided, and uncompromising in its defence of democracy, dignity and its inclusive civilisational ethos. Joy Bangla!

Impact After Term | 10 : Ensuring Dignified Living for 396 Families Through Affordable Housing | Subramaniapuram TNUHDB Housing Complex Access to safe, secure, and dignified housing is one of the most important foundations of social justice and inclusive development. For decades, hundreds of families in Ward 77, Subramaniapuram, many of them sanitation workers, lived in inadequate housing with limited access to basic amenities and quality living conditions. Recognising the need for a permanent solution, Dr. Dr P Thiaga Rajan (PTR) began advocating for modern housing for these families soon after being elected MLA for Madurai Central in 2016, and continued to pursue the demand throughout his tenure in the Opposition. Due to his sustained advocacy, the project was announced by the AIADMK Government in 2018. However, no financial allocation was made and the proposal remained largely on paper. Following the formation of the DMK Government in 2021, Dr. PTR, as Minister for Finance and Human Resources Management, ensured that the long-pending project received the necessary financial support. Backed by an investment of ₹62.68 crore, construction commenced in August 2023. Originally conceived to benefit 250 families, the project was subsequently expanded through further efforts to accommodate 396 families. The completed residential complex was inaugurated on 10 February 2026 and stands as Madurai's first government-supported high-rise affordable housing complex with lift facilities. The nine-storey development includes vehicle parking, children's play areas, and other essential amenities designed to provide a safe and dignified living environment. The first phase of allotments has already been completed, with orders issued to 223 beneficiary families. What began as a long-standing demand raised on behalf of residents was ultimately transformed into a modern housing community, providing hundreds of families with improved living conditions, better sanitation, and a more secure future. The project stands as a testament to Dr PTR's sustained commitment to addressing the needs of his constituents and converting long-pending public demands into lasting outcomes. — Admin Team

The "Samruddhi" Expressway of Maharashtra – A Dream Fulfilled! In my eyes, the dream of a prosperous Maharashtra was always alive… Today, I was elated to inaugurate the last phase of 'Hinduhrudaysamrat Balasaheb Thackeray Maharashtra Samruddhi Mahamarg' (Igatpuri to Amne, Thane - 76 km) and Thane Creek Bridge No. 3 South Side on Sion-Panvel Mahamarg in Igatpuri, Nashik. Back in 2014, we dreamt of a transformative highway that would redefine connectivity and prosperity in Maharashtra. Today, that dream stands realised! This is more than just a road — it’s Maharashtra’s Economic Lifeline. Aptly named after Hinduhrudaysamrat Balasaheb Thackeray, this Samruddhi Mahamarg has now seamlessly connected 24 districts directly to JNPT. And soon, it will extend further to the upcoming Vadhavan Port — unlocking unprecedented economic potential for our state. Samruddhi Mahamarg will not just serve as a route for travel, but will become the backbone of Maharashtra’s economic development. The extensive machinery involved in this project was also specially appreciated. Built at a cost of ₹55,335 crore, this 701-kilometre-long expressway was completed in record time. It was noted that the success of this project is largely due to the valuable contributions of MSRDC, the Public Works Department, engineers, officials, contractors, machine owners, and the thousands of labourers who worked tirelessly day and night. A 76-kilometre stretch of the Samruddhi Mahamarg passes through Nashik and Thane districts. The tunnel near Igatpuri, which is 8 kilometres long, is the longest in the State and the widest in the country. A decision has been made to undertake plantation drives along the Samruddhi Mahamarg and the Palkhi route through the Forest Department. Advanced technology has been employed to make the expressway accident-free. The 1st phase of the Samruddhi Mahamarg was inaugurated by Hon PM Narendra Modi Ji, the 2nd phase was inaugurated by the then CM and now DCM Eknath Shinde ji, and the 3rd phase by Minister Dadaji Bhuse. Today, the final phase of this grand highway has been inaugurated collectively by all representatives of the MahaYuti Sarkar. The Samruddhi Mahamarg has been completed in record time, and similarly, work on the access-controlled Shaktipeeth Mahamarg—set to transform Marathwada’s economy—will begin soon. To ease congestion on the Vashi Bridge over Thane Creek, the newly inaugurated Thane Creek Bridge No. 3 on the Sion-Panvel Highway marks a major step. The 'Missing Link' project on the Mumbai-Pune Expressway will also be completed shortly. We have not only inaugurated an expressway, but we laid a strong foundation for future infrastructure development. These projects are not just about reducing geographical distances—they are about propelling the State’s journey of progress forward. As I drove on this expressway today, I recalled all the challenges we faced, but the resolve remained unshaken. And this dream has been fulfilled! This is not just a road… It’s a path leading to prosperity, progress, and endless possibilities. DCM Eknath Shinde ji, DCM Ajitdada Pawar, Minister Dadaji Bhuse, Minister Shivendra Raje Bhonsle, Minister Narhari Zirwal, MoS Meghna Bordikar, MLC Niranjan Davkhare, MLA Kisan Kathore and other dignitaries were present. Eknath Shinde - एकनाथ शिंदे Ajit Pawar Dadaji Bhuse Narhari Zirwal Meghna Sakore Bordikar Niranjan Davkhare Kisan Kathore (Modi Ka Parivar) #Maharashtra #Nashik #SamruddhiMahamarg

"India balancing economic stability under PM .Narendra Modi " Brain dead Piddis will now attack UM .Kiren Rijiju Ji for saying this. But has he said anything wrong? Reality Check👇 Last fuel price hike- 2022. Since then- -Covid disruptions -Russia-Ukraine war -USA-Iran war -Global fuel crisis Many countries saw fuel prices almost double during this period incl Oil Producing Nations like UAE & US. Bharat- No increase in fuel prices for 4 yrs. World Meantime since just US-Iran War👇 Country Petrol Diesel Myanmar +89.7% +112.7% Malaysia +56.3%. +71.2% Pakistan +54.9% +44.9% UAE +52.4% +86.1% US +44.5% +48.1% Philippines +40.6% +53.8% Sri Lanka +38.2% +41.8% Nepal +38.2% +58.5% South Africa +33.1% +63.6% Canada +31.9% +32.8% New Zealand+30.7% +88.6% Thailand +29.7% +32.4% Belgium +25.3% +30.9% Vietnam +23.8% +50.6% China +21.7% +23.7% France +20.9% +31.0% UK +19.2% +34.2% South Korea +19.0% +26.2% Australia +18.5% +43.1% Bangladesh +16.7%. +15.0% Italy +15.4% +19.8% Germany +13.7% +19.8% Singapore +12.7% +64.7% Japan +9.7% +11.2% Bharat (JUST) +3.2% +3.4% I know, Bird-Brain Piddis led by No-Brain Rahul Ghandy will still not be convinced & say why didn't Modi Sarkar give relief to consumers when Global Oil Prices were down? Answer Is👉 Because of Incompetence of your Illegitimate Father... CONgress. It was CONgress led UPA Govt that looted Nation with numerous scams during 2004-14 which emptied State Exchequer & Bhikhari UPA didn't have money to pay to Oil Companies. It therefore issued Oil Bonds worth ₹1.48 Lakh Crore to defer payment. Modi Sarkar inherited this debt from Impotent CONgress which is now entirely repaid by Modi Sarkar. -Principal repaid by Modi Govt (2014–2026): ₹1,34,423 Crore -Interest paid by Modi Govt (2014–2026): ₹1,01,945 Crore -Total repayment by Modi Govt: ₹2,36,368 Crore Modi Sarkar couldn't pass on the benefit of low global prices to consumers for this reason as it had to save money to repay that debt got in inheritance. So Govt not reducing retail prices of fuel that time isn't called 'Profiteering', but 'Saving'. And most importantly, Modi Sarkar didn't increase Fuel Prices much to meet this additional burden of Oil Bonds + Interest. Modi Sarkar still kept increasing CAPEX to improve infra while generating employment. Result- UPA had left India in Fragil-5 Economies, Modi Sarkar pulled up Bharat in Top-5 World Economies & repaid Oil Bonds too. I know still there will be some Piddi who will come flagging 'Hamare CONgress Sarkar mei Petrol was still at ₹70/ltr in 2013-14 when Oil Barrel was at $120'. So let's screw such Piddi with little knowledge on Finance Management. Using a 5% annual inflation rate, the future value of ₹70 from 2013–14 in 2025–26 terms is: Approximate result: ₹70 in 2013–14 ≈ ₹125.70 in 2025–26 So dear Sutiya Piddis, if present value of money is compared, fuel prices today are still LESS THAN 2013-14 even after today's fuel price rise by ₹3/ltr. And mind you Piddis, I have taken inflation rate at avg 5% under Modi Sarkar whereas it has been less than 4% on avg basis. Imagine if I would have taken inflation rate at avg 8% as was under UPA, this ₹70 in 2013-14 will be around ₹150 today to bring you more humiliation. But I was kind enough to take at as per Modi Sarkar's standard.😂 But I'm sure that none of the Piddis have brain to understand these facts nor do they want to understand, because their only agenda is to defame Modi Sarkar as ordered by their Jhand-Nayak. Let them bark. Bharat doesn't care. Species on verge of Extinction always cry loud & Empty vessels always make more sound. Right?

Our Hon. CM M.K.Stalin has already given a befitting reply to the blatant lie spoken by Hon. PM Narendra Modi yesterday that DMK stalled the Maduravoyal elevated corridor project. I as Additional Solicitor General of India argued for the National Highways Authority of India on behalf of the Union Government in this dispute, so let me state some facts for the benefit of PM Modi. ➡️Chennai Port–Maduravoyal Elevated Corridor was conceived, sanctioned, and launched during the DMK government in Tamil Nadu in coordination with the UPA Government at the union. ➡️June 2007 - project sanction ➡️March 7, 2008 - Government Order was issued ➡️January 2009 - Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh & Dr. Kalaignar as CM laid the foundation stone. ➡️Work commenced in 2010. Environmental clearance was obtained. ➡️By 2012, nearly 30% of the project had already been completed. Pillars had been erected. Construction was underway. 🚫What stopped it? 🍃In April 2012, after change in Government, AIADMK & J Jayalalithaa stalled the project citing lame concerns. A stop-work order was issued. ⚖️I appeared before the Hon’ble Madras High Court on behalf of NHAI and fought the case to quash the stop work order. In February 2014, the High Court quashed the stop-work order! The AIADMK Government filed an appeal and got a stay before the Hon. Supreme Court. They claimed that entire city of Chennai will be inundated because of the project! After 2014, the NDA government at the centre took no proper steps to get the stay vacated! 👉Only after Selvi J. Jayalithaa passed away on 05.12.2016, barely 4 days later, the then Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu wrote to the NHAI requesting to resume the project. By then the contractor had sued NHAI for delay, project cost had more than doubled. 🌄It was only after Chief Minister Thiru. M.K. Stalin assumed office in 2021 that a comprehensive redesign was undertaken and life was given to the project again. 🌄On 16 May 2022, an MoU was signed between the Tamil Nadu Government, NHAI, Chennai Port Authority, and the Indian Navy. 🛣️The project was redesigned as a 20.6 km double-decker elevated corridor at a revised cost of ₹5,885 crore. ❌Yesterday, the PM stood before the Tamil people and uttered a baseless lie that DMK stopped this project. 💹The PM should ask his alliance partners AIADMK to bear the loss to the Government and public exchequer – ₹ 4805 crore difference between original project cost of ₹ 1800 cr to current cost of ₹ 5885 cr! Thabo Cele and Lebo Maboe double pivot vs Polokwane City📝 The level of organisation, discipline, and resistance was completely different compared to our games vs Magesi, Orbit or TS Galaxy and that matters when analyzing performance. And, before even getting into the Maboe–Cele double pivot, it’s important to address the front 3. Trying to impose a possession-based approach with Lilepo, Duba, and Silva is, at this stage, a bit unrealistic. The profiles don’t naturally support sustained control or efficiency in tight spaces; they are more direct, which makes the approach look slightly disconnected. Otherwise, who should combine with the double pivot to keep possession against a low block cos you're not inverting any fullbacks or CBs? Mdu[10] is also direct and won’t drop deep into ball circulation. ■ The midfield pairing of Cele & Maboe gave the team a clear structural balance in the 1st and 2nd phase, even if the chemistry is still far off. I mean, it's their 1st start together so🤷🏾‍♂️ Cele operated as a holding midfielder, anchoring the team behind/next to Maboe. He took on most of the defensive responsibility, well-positioned to screen the backline, and effective in managing transitions. ■ In possession, Cele was central to the 1st and 2nd phase of progression. He completed more passes than Plk City’s midfield duo of Kambala and Maphangule combined while also neutralising their 10 Mutudza. Mutudza managed just 5 passes in 66 minutes, which says everything about Cele’s dominance in that zone. He constantly made himself available in front of the CBs, scanning, managing the tempo, and organising the team’s structure. He always demanded movement from his teammates, always pointing to open spaces they should be occupying to progress better. At one point, he was calling Mdu to receive while Mdu was instead making a forward run away from Cele who had the ball. Cele didn’t force progression unnecessarily, but that doesn’t mean he lacked intent to move the team forward. He completed more line breaking passes and passes into the final 3rd than any other player. That highlights his awareness of when to accelerate play and when to maintain control. ■ Maboe, on the other hand, operated as the 8, with freedom to impact higher zones. With Cele securing the base, he was free to connect phases and influence play closer to the final 3rd. However, you could still see old habits from his previous role. He often dropped deeper than expected, which slightly limited his presence in decisive attacking areas. As much as he played balls into the final 3rd, we also needed him to receive in the final 3rd more. ■ Together, Cele and Maboe created 5 chances against a very disciplined low block of Plk City. 4 of those came from Maboe, underlining how much creative responsibility he still carried. However, this wasn’t his sharpest attacking performance in terms of passing and shooting. Despite the output in chances created, there were several misplaced passes in key moments, and he didn’t attack the box enough for an 8 with a reliable 6 behind him. It’s a similar issue we had with Mdu yesterday, he also struggled to consistently enter the opposition box as usual or combine between the lines. There was a clear lack of chemistry in the final 3rd in our overall performance. We couldn't stay on the ball enough to put pressure on their defense and cause enough panic for them to crack. ■ Towards midway through the 2nd Half, both Cele & Maboe started to lose some steam, and the pairing needed refreshing. At this point, Plk City had already overloaded the middle and allowed very little space for us to operate. We failed the same way in the loss vs Stellies, they improved their midfield to cancel our dominance, and we looked confused with our subs, no clear intention to improve a clear area that's been neutralized. Our struggles were not in the double pivot. There was nothing result-altering or structurally wrong with Maboe & Cele. [Video] Part 1:
