Sorry to break it to you, but if you think AI can automate all your marketing, you’re probably going to be disappointed. Yes, AI can write your posts. It can create images. It can analyze data. It can even help you build campaigns faster. But faster does not always mean better. AI still needs someone to tell it what matters. It needs someone to understand the customer, choose the right message, and decide what is actually worth creating. Because your goal is not to produce more content. Your goal is to become more visible. You need to know where people are discovering your brand. Are you showing up on Google? Are you being mentioned by ChatGPT and other AI platforms? This is very true. AI integration is both hard and necessary for companies. And AI-native junior employees can drive this adoption. Earlier this year Aaron Levie explained with martin_casado on the a16z podcast how AI fluency is one of the most powerful skills a new grad can have. The real value comes from knowing how to make AI work inside an organization. Most companies, both large and small, are slow to adopt new technology. They need people who can explain what AI can do, show them how to use it, and help them move faster. If you are fluent in AI, you can be that person. You can walk into a company, spot the areas where AI can save time or create new opportunities, and make it happen. That is a wedge into your first job and a way to stand out from everyone else.

$ONDS is trying to build a full 'system-of-systems' across aerial drones, counter-drone systems, ground robotics, ISR, border security, demining and AI-enabled command-and-control. That's where the $PLTR partnership becomes important because software is what can turn a collection of drones, sensors and robots into a real operating system. The acquisition strategy is aggressive but this quarter made it look a lot more credible. Less like a roll-up and more like an emerging autonomous defense platform with real demand behind it.

In 2025, PDW supported a series of live exercises across the U.S. and Europe to validate organic precision targeting across land, sea, and air. A C100 equipped with a Leonardo DRS STAG5 successfully marked targets for precision strikes by F-35 and RAF Typhoon aircraft, APKWS rockets, and 120mm precision mortars. These demonstrations showed that small units with a man-packable drone system can identify and engage with high-value targets without relying on manned aircraft. Forces can now find and strike targets at a safer standoff distance with a drone platform that fits in a rucksack. This year our work will continue to expand organic cross-domain dominance, pushing precision, reach, and control further down to the unit level. David Friedberg: The AI Jobs Panic Is a Crock of Sh*t Why? The revenue potential outweighs the cost savings by 100x. “There is no job loss with AI. I've said it a thousand times, and I will say it again, and again, and again. What I see on the ground, and what I've seen at dozens of companies, including my company that I run, there are two sides to a business. There is revenue and there’s costs. On the cost side of the equation, AI can be used to reduce humans doing things that cost money, to some extent. The effect there, I would argue, is nominal. The real opportunity with AI is on the revenue side, where suddenly one engineer can do 100x or 1000x what they used to be able to do, meaning you can make more products at your company, whether those are agricultural seed products, or boats and ships, or software for companies, or clothing, or what have you. Because of AI, everyone has the ability to expand their revenue base to create more products, and that is the foundation of good economic prosperity. It is called productivity. We can grow productivity in this country with AI. So where I see AI being used is on the revenue side 100x more than the cost side. And in that equation, people are hiring like crazy. We cannot hire enough people. I just had a review meeting with my product and engineering team two days ago, and they're like, ‘We want to add an extra 15 headcount to our engineering squads because we have all this opportunity to do stuff that we couldn't otherwise do.’ So we are going to hire more people. And to Sacks' point, we are seeing that show up in the jobs numbers. The idea that AI is going to destroy jobs is a Luddite idea that is being disproven every single day, and I see it on the ground. Now in 2026, we’re expanding our drone program to help all first responders. This library alone can make React the best front-end framework out there! There are a bunch of cool things I like about CopilotKit. Here are 3 of them: 1. It allows you to take any -powered agent and bring it into your application. (This is a brand-new feature!) 2. You can build an AI-powered chatbot in your application. The chatbot will have access to your context and can act on the application. 3. You can build a RAG workflow to process and answer questions from a real-time knowledge base.
