I wonder if a father did this, would he be in jail for abuse? She cut her daughter's hair at the root and then forced her to say she isn’t being abused. No man on earth would get away with a video like this. Women get away with this because they’re women. This is abuse and humiliation of a child! She could have taken her phone and changed all the passwords to her social media to prove a point if she was messing up in school. This is torture, and she will be held accountable.
