A love letter to one of the coolest guitars of all time. Is there a more iconic guitar player on Earth than Keith Richards? For more than six decades, the “Human Riff” has been the heartbeat of The Rolling Stones, inspiring millions of fans and musicians the world over to get out of their seats and rock ’n’ roll. Daxo Robotics is developing a unique tendon-driven soft robot hand, which aims to be tougher and more capable than a traditional humanoid hand. Each finger consists of many different tendons, which act in concert to move or manipulate. It’s really so heartwarming how the guitar isn’t just a prop or a cool trademark for Wonbin, it’s part of his entire journey of falling in love with music. It’s the instrument his parents put in his hands at ten years old, the same one he clung to during nervous trainee evaluations and his first introduction to the world, the ( 🎸 ) emoji. You can see how much it means to him in the small details, like how he meticulously designed his first in-ears to weave his name into the shape of a guitar and a pick . Even his first custom microphone features a guitar that "somehow appeared" while he was doodling. It’s a love that started with watching Gibson Les Paul videos in middle school and grew into a dream to perform with the "one-of-a-kind" presence of people he admires . When he plays, he isn’t just showing off a skill that his teacher called "special" from day one, he’s sharing a piece of himself that has been more than ten years in the making.
