But what’s happening during the ongoing guild election campaigns shows how a corrupt system keeps fighting the opposition, and now it’s even affecting spaces like education. This is bigger than music. To all students of Makerere, stand firm and make your voices count. Vote for Kadondi I appreciate your love always… we shall meet again soon ❤️

University says none of the injuries appear life-threatening at this time. Campus remains locked down. Students told to shelter in place and avoid the residential area where it happened. This got young Ghanaians excited, they queued to vote for the NDC, and now, they have to stress, pray and hope they find their own money to enter university before applying for a refund. Thousands have been shut out of accessing university in the past two academic years becos they cld not find their money. And this, this is happening at a time when they were promised no stress fees. Even more distressing: You increase the fees by almost 30%. You cannot place any spin on this, it’s a bare faced failure and the effect on the poor who hoped and believed cannot be ignored. #Frakadam
