The investigator believes the defence used a strategy to ask for irrelevant phone information on the victims, right before trial. The trial was postponed. Then they cited the Jordan rule: took too long, so trial doesn’t go forward. He’s free of those charges. THIS WAS THE SECOND TIME THIS HAPPENED TO HIM! This is insane. Our system is broken. Has been for a decade. Our government does nothing.
