After getting bred by this young German stud in Barcelona, I just couldn’t get enough… so I flew over 650 miles to Germany just to feel him again. Three days of nonstop raw sessions — and every euro, every drop of energy, every moan was worth it. He’s young,...

Steve Francis says the culture shock of living in China for 3 months made him realize it was time to retire from basketball “I did go to China. I went for three or four months, and that’s when I knew I had to give basketball up if I had to live like that. Because I just couldn’t take seeing the food you eat every day riding by you, and the people preparing your food. It was different for me” “It was culture shock. Imagine a truck right next to you. You see the pigs, chickens, all that every day. That was hard for me to look at. I didn’t think that money was enough for me to sacrifice. It was definitely difficult. I couldn’t see living over there like that” (via Drink Champs)

Hunter Biden reveals he’s done every drug you can imagine and explains why weed was the only one he couldn’t get used to. “I literally have done every drug that you can possibly imagine. I don’t think there’s a drug that you can imagine that I haven’t done” “But the truth of the matter is weed always put me into a comatose state so I kept trying. I tried over and over again but I couldn’t” “It was mainly alcohol. I experimented with cocaine when I was 18, dabbled in that a little bit”

Dave Portnoy says he paid $10,000 for an AI clone to narrate his audiobook for him — and it was “actually scary” how dead-on it sounded. His parents couldn’t even tell the difference. Then Audible shut it down, and he had to record every word himself. “I could only do 15 minutes [of recording a day] because it was that hard for me to read it. I hated it. I tried to get out of it. I paid $10,000 to do AI. I had this AI program for it.” “My parents couldn’t tell the difference. And it could literally just scan the book and go word-for-word.” “It was actually scary how it was dead-on. And it could have literally just done every single word in that book.” “[Audible] wouldn’t let me use it... I was told, ‘No, they don’t let you do that.’ So I had to [record the whole book myself]. I hated it. Hated it!”

SiuFatBB to Zellsis: "I really want to tell him this. I’m so glad that on that day, even though I was really tired after watching VODs in my room and practicing, I still decided to go to the gym. I’m grateful I met him. It was because of him that I didn’t feel nervous stepping onto the Masters Toronto stage for the first time. He gave me energy. After we lost to SEN, Zellsis told me we’ll probably meet again. And I thought, if I want that to happen, I have to make it to playoffs. So I seriously reviewed every mistake I made, every map, call, and positioning. I wanted to improve, to give it my all. I really want to see him again. And I’m truly thankful. He helped me grow faster in this tournament, and gave me the energy to face any opponent. Thank you, truly." #VALORANTMasters

⛰️ I think I was standing for almost half of the flight time. Since I’ve just been dancing continuously from when I was young and doing things like that*, my body isn’t really in good condition. But now, since the situation was such that I had to keep going anyway, I told the flight attendant, “I’m sorry, but would it be okay if I stand for a bit?” ⛰️ When I say it like this, it sounds like I’m making a show of it, but I just wanted to tell you how much it meant to me/how sincere I was about it. Really. It’s not like “I did well, praise me.” It’s just that that one stage and you all were so precious to me**, so in my own way I tried saying this. Yes. * i think he meant having a lot of flights, sitting a lot and etc. ** like in that moment, the only things on his mind were how to get there on time for concert and ATINY video cr. Rob Gronkowski says Tom Brady told him he would never throw him the ball again after he ran the wrong route during practice his rookie year “I didn’t really like him my rookie year. He was just getting on my case nonstop, and it was kind of mind fucking me so much that I couldn’t be myself out there sometimes. I couldn’t run the right route because I was just thinking so much. There was just so much on the plate at first. I got a coach telling me to do this, I got Tom telling me to do this, and then finally, you just figure it out and it all clicks” “It took me about halfway through my rookie year, and then obviously, going into my second year, it clicked to a whole other level. We went for 21 touchdowns total, including the playoffs. But my rookie year, he was on my case. I remember I ran a flag route, and I ran inside the guy instead of getting outside of him. He flipped out on me in the meeting after practice and told me he’s never going to throw me the ball again” “I got butt hurt and Alge Crumpler saw it too. He just tapped on my thigh. He was like, ‘Yo, Gronk, don’t worry about that. Tom’s just being Tom. Keep doing you.’ Then it kind of put a fire under my ass. That’s what Tom was so great at doing. I didn’t really realize that’s what he was doing either. He was just trying to get the best out of you, and it lit a fire under my ass” “Then I just wanted to prove Tom wrong. Like, ‘All right, I’m going to run this flag route every time now, and you’re never going to throw me the ball, but I’m going to be open by five yards, and you’re going to look like the idiot now.’ That happened, and then he threw me the ball about 600 more times from there on out”

Jaylen Brown says he didn’t like that the Boston Celtics didn’t tell him why he was being traded. “I wasn’t thrilled with how the conversation was facilitated. I did feel like it was a lack of respect. At one point it was fine, and then out of nowhere it just went left. I definitely think there’s more to it. There definitely is more to it. I know Brad is getting a lot of criticism, but I just wish more of it could have been explained. I just wish they had the respect to tell me exactly what it was, and I would have understood and respected that… Some of the guys have already reached out from the Celtics, some of the young guys, so I appreciate them… The guys I was able to build with, those guys who reached out to me, all told me, ‘It was a pleasure to play with you, and I appreciate everything that you helped me with,’ so that’s the stuff that gives you more motivation to keep going.”

Watching this clip actually made me feel a lot better. Even though #JAMES was crying and trying to hold back his tears, I really think they were tears of happiness. The way he looked out at the fans and smiled… I could really feel how happy and touched he was, and how grateful he was for all the love he was getting. Honestly, just seeing that is enough for me. No matter what was going through his mind at that moment, I just want him to know that so many people love him and are always there cheering him on. I just want him to be happy and have nothing but good things come his way. And even when things get tough, I hope he’ll always have the strength to get through them. I’m so, so proud of you, JAMES 🥹❤️

EYE-WATERING MOMENT: RFK Jr. delivers an emotional tribute to President Trump after being sworn in as HHS Secretary. “For 20 years, I’ve gotten up every morning on my knees and prayed that God would put me in a position where I could end the childhood chronic disease epidemic in this country. On August 23rd of last year, God sent me President Trump. “He’s now given me—he’s kept every promise that he’s made to me. He’s kept his word on every account and gone way beyond it. I’m so grateful to you, Mr. President. A lot of people told me that I couldn’t trust President Trump—that I better get it in writing. “And we did a handshake, and everything that he told me he was going to do, he has done. And I’m so grateful to him. And I’ve told you before, I genuinely believe that you are a pivotal historical figure, and you are going to transform this country.”

Michael Beasley says LeBron told him he was playing so good it was costing the starters their stats, then out of nowhere, he never got off the bench again UD: “Me and D-Wade were the ones that went to Spo. We was a little light on the depth, and we was like, we need Beas. We need a guy that could come off the bench, get buckets on the nights where Bron and D-Wade might be out or we just need somebody to take some of the load off them.” Beas: “One thing that made me feel good, it was like two, three games in a row. One I remember ‘cause I crossed somebody up and Bron asked me how I did it, we was in Charlotte.” “They put the second unit in, I get to barbecuing so good that they don’t even got to come back in the game. Bron made a comment on the plane like, ‘Beas, you keep playing like this, we ain’t even gonna get our stats for the season.’ I was young, I was just ready. Then just out of nowhere, I just stopped playing.” “And I was optimistic every day, and that whooped my ass because every night I didn’t play. At the same time, I was around my favorite players, my favorite people. So I couldn’t be upset about that. But then the dog in me just made me hate Spo.”

Kyle Shanahan on him saying “I’m proud of you Brock” in the headset during the game last week: “That was sarcasm. I was trying to piss him off. We had an easy, quick pass play to Juice in the flat. It’s designed to get 3 yards, and he might turn it up and get more. And the last, like, five times I’ve called it, he’s bypassed Juszczyk and tried to go for a deeper one. So we’ve been giving him crap for a long time that he can’t hit a guy in the flat quickly. And then he did it, and I said that just to piss him off, so he could flip me off, kind of subtly. But it was awesome. He was too far away, but I know he’s rolling his eyes. That was cool, though. I’m glad he did it, and sometimes when you piss guys off, they do it more. So that was the ultimate goal.” via: 49ers on NBCS

“keep raising your hand” it reminds me of why i admire jay so much. he’s so determined and vocal in pursuing what he wants. like back in i-land, he never stopped raising his hand for every part at that time, just to get the parts he wanted, even when he kept getting rejected by everyone :( he really inspires me even now… i feel so proud of him. it must have been very difficult that day, but he did it. i know he'll do anything for his dream 🥹

WILLIAMEST PRESSTOUR #WilliamEstFanconPressTour #Flex1045xWilliamEstFANCON 🎤: so est, if william’s ever angry or sulking, how would you get him to feel better and make up with him? what’s your method? 🦈: i talk to him. because every time he’s like that, i always do. though it’s not that often. but i go talk to him. and i feel like, if we get to talk, he’ll definitely stop sulking because i know him well. but there was this one time he just disappeared. 🎸: when was that? 🦈: at the gym 🎸: oh yes 🦈: yes, there was this time we were working at this building and once we were done, there was this weird tension. and then when work finished, he just disappeared. like, we hadn’t even had a chance to talk. i called, he didn’t pick up. i messaged him, he didn’t reply. and i felt like, okay this time it’s probably serious. probably the most intense he’s ever sulked. really if i count from then till now, that was the biggest one. the most intense. and i felt like it wasn’t something i could just ignore because he had never acted like that before. so i went to find him. i knew where he was. 🎤: how did you know where he was? 🦈: i asked his mom. 🎤: you asked his mom? 🦈: yes. 🎸: but honestly, back then, it was a problem that both of us were facing. i was like i couldn’t handle it anymore. i was starting to feel like i just couldn’t take it anymore. but it was also like, at that time, i told him, “let’s get through this together.” that was something i said. it was at that point like, i was really starting to not be able to handle it anymore and i didn’t know what to do. i just didn’t want to talk to anyone, didn’t want to see anyone at all. at that point, i felt like i was just tired. like i didn’t even know what i wanted in life anymore. i was eating completely zoned out. it was that kind of feeling. i still remember it clearly. i was sitting, eating by the edge somewhere and then this really familiar car drove by. it was p’est’s car. he had driven from the building to the gym to see me 🎤: was the restaurant far from the building? 🎸: umm…not too far. 🦈: about like almost half an hour. but there was traffic that day. 🎤: so you had to push through the traffic too, right? 🎸: and he still got there super fast. 🦈: i was really anxious. really anxious at that time.

Why did Hitler just get elected? Scott Adams "Some of you are going to wake up and find out that people in your life, let's say young people, who are supporting Kamala Harris, are going to wonder, Why did Hitler just get elected? And you're going to have to answer that question. So rather than answering it yourself, I thought I would do it for you, and then you can just show the video to the young people in your family. How is it that everybody knew he was Hitler. Everybody knew. We all saw it. We saw him trying to steal democracy with our own eyes and stuff. So, so how can he possibly get elected? I give you the answer to that" 1.5x speed

One of the most powerful moments in this episode. At 28, mark pincus finds himself unemployed (fired by John Malone, Bain, and others), with few prospects. He had big dreams, but the world wasn't cooperating. This is how he turned things around. what "I realized I had nowhere else to fall from this because I just felt like I’d made a lot of bad career decisions and I was washed up early and I just sat there in this temple." It was a good place to sit and think because he didn't know anyone and didn't understand anything. "And I just started writing in a notebook about why my life sucked so badly." This book, a journal he's kept every year that he calls the book of life, allows him to take an accurate accounting of his life and change his mindset through reflection. After writing for hours about how bad his life sucked and all the mistakes he'd made, he focused on one small thing. "I just ended on this one thing: that I smoked cigarettes. I didn’t even smoke smoke. I smoked like one or two a day, a pack a night if I was at a bar on weekends, but I hated it ... I didn’t want to do it, but I kept doing it." He felt like his life was out of control, but this was one thing he could control. "I just was like, if I could do one thing to know that I’m making some positive change in my life, I’m going to quit smoking. So on October 19th, 1994, I did a lifetime quit on cigarettes and then every day for that year after that, that I didn’t smoke, it was something I could feel good about. So I was like, okay, I did something for myself today by not smoking." The wins started to stack. I asked him what he was writing about. What was his process? "At that point, I had no structure or process. I was just writing, and there was so much in me." Was it anger? "It was. I did feel angry and frustrated and I was like, I had all these dreams. I wanted to be an entrepreneur from early on and I was an achiever. I thought I was an achiever, but I was not achieving." He's done the same technique every year: "What it’s done for me and I think it could do for a lot of people is just be strategic about your life, like be thoughtful about, I like to say, what would your future self thank you for doing this year and what wouldn’t?" And that question is the one that really matters. What can you do today that your future self will thank you for? What the book of life did was hold him accountable and force him to make tough decisions that his future self would thank him for.
