After getting Thomas Johnny surgery. It’s been a brutal ride to get back. But damn does it feel good. Thanks to TMI and Built4it for getting me back strong and healthy. I’m having fun with a strong healthy arm cannon again. Let’s freaking go!!!!! First bullpen sesh !!!

Day 60 of the next 50 years was cardio with back and abs with a lil shoulders. Finally got to lat pulldowns for the first time in weeks. After some heavy T-bar I got them in! This helps keep me out of pain from my scoliosis so I train it no matter how I feel. A strong back is critical for a healthy bod. Go train!

🌙: “am I healthy” … does it looks like im healthy I mean I am healthy I tried really hard to be healthy like I do but it’s hard for a kpop star to be healthy if im being honest with you. It’s very hard but I do tried and I do recommend always trying ur best to be healthy coz healthy really is wealth. Nothing is worth anything when you’re losing ur health it’s like sometimes u wanna die but the moment u get sick the moment u get uncomfortable let’s say u got food poisoning. U want to live. You’re like you’re dying to live. You’re like pls let me feel normal again u know whenever u have cold and then u have a running nose and you’re coughing youre like omg I would do anything to be healthy again. It’s like that. So do everything in ur power to be healthy

I’m happy that I had a great organization behind me to allow me to get healthy and know exactly what I needed to do. Them letting me reach out to outside sources and combining together and collabbing. It’s not over yet. We still got playoff series to try to win. Just wanna keep going from there. Just have a good playoffs and have a healthy offseason and just keep going.”

It’s been a rough few years. But this year I got hyper focused back in the gym and finally feel like my silly little self again. All ready to take on the next adventure. After many months of back and forth I’m set on getting my first motorcycle. (To learn on) I’m always hyper fixated on some skill and I choose you, Pikachu! (Well, maybe you chose me) Thankfully, it’s more practical once ya get past the learning curve. 😹 (unlike the puppet and ventriloquism era, but that’s fun to bust out at parties) I can start to actually share my misadventures with you guys again too. As someone just learning and already prone to chaos, there will be a few. I know I’ve been distant the last year. I’m sorry Its been tough, But we are back.
