The Constitution of India is the lifeline of our Democracy. As we observe and celebrate the 74th Constitution Day, we bow in utmost reverence to its makers — for they guaranteed the social, economic and political rights of every Indian. Today, the spirit of our Constitution, faces numerous challenges. The present regime is using every trick in its textbook to crush and curtail all freedoms enshrined in the Constitution. Dissent is being subjugated and criminalised, institutions are being pushed to the brink of becoming pawns in the grand game of imposing an authoritarian system, hate is being served under the garb of social changes. The systematic and strident attack on the Constitution by BJP-RSS is visible in the rampant misuse of every nut and bolt of the government machinery. As a nation state, we could soon reach a tipping point where social justice and harmony shall become a casualty and the rights of the weaker sections would be gradually seized. The Constitution of India is the lifeline of our Democracy. As we observe and celebrate the 74th Constitution Day, we bow in utmost reverence to its makers — for they guaranteed the social, economic and political rights of every Indian. Today, the spirit of our Constitution, faces numerous challenges. The present regime is using every trick in its textbook to crush and curtail all freedoms enshrined in the Constitution. Dissent is being subjugated and criminalised, institutions are being pushed to the brink of becoming pawns in the grand game of imposing an authoritarian system, hate is being served under the garb of social changes. The systematic and strident attack on the Constitution by BJP-RSS is visible in the rampant misuse of every nut and bolt of the government machinery. As a nation state, we could soon reach a tipping point where social justice and harmony shall become a casualty and the rights of the weaker sections would be gradually seized. On many occasions, DMK & Congress MPs from the South have peddled this fake narrative about BJP's Hindi imposition. If there's one party that has been against such an imposition and always supported the vitality and diversity of the country's languages, it's the BJP. Dr Syama Prasad Mookerjee took a stand against one official language & spoke about the contributions of all of India's languages during the Constituent Assembly Debates. That's the position of the BJP even now. It is rather the Congress which has been imposing Hindi on the South. In the last 60 years, the Congress got 4 opportunities to draft the National Education Policy. Every time, the NEP came with a 3-language formula under Nehru, Indira Gandhi & Rajiv Gandhi where in the non-Hindi speaking states, Hindi was made compulsory. But through NEP 2020, Sri Narendra Modi Ji Government has changed this aspect and left it to the choice of the student to study any regional language.

With the Liberals joining hands with the Labor party to support the "Trojan Horse" scheme of banning teenagers from social media, thereby forcing ALL Australians to use a Government controlled Digital ID to log on to X - with the Libertarian Party formally opposing it, at least we have a chance to vote against the Labor/Liberal plan at the coming election. And let’s not forget the irony of Albanese sneaking the Misinformation & Disinformation Bill into Parliament on the same day of the US Presidential election - for such legislation would never see the light of day in the USA - because it would be a violation of the US Constitution. Its time for Australia to have a Bill of Rights to protect free speech - because as Albanese has demonstrated, we can’t trust out politicians.

In today's stream, E. Michael Jones slandered me, saying I told him to "do a Hitler salute" while we were filming his video "God Has a Plan For Your Life." The opposite is true. I told him "Be careful with that hand gesture" and ensured that the clip *NEVER* saw the light of day. In fact, I thought I had deleted the clip entirely. Thankfully, I still have it, and I can prove to the whole world that E. Michael Jones is a bad-faith liar, who has slandered me, interfered with my marriage, and made me work for below poverty level wages. There's a *LOT* more I could say, but the point isn't to disparage Dr. Jones (unlike the way he treated me on today's stream). The point that I'm trying to make is that I AM NOT A LIAR, and I did everything I could to help and promote his message. I even worked on my fucking honeymoon for this man so we could meet a deadline. Dr. Jones, I am publicly calling on you to remove the stream (which is filled with lies, personal attacks, and slanderous content) and apologize to me. I don't want to have to take this to court. Consider this my cease and desist letter.
