After last week's false start, Villa were much-improved tonight, even without several new signings. Suzuki impressed, especially with his feet, while Jackson fitted in well despite limited training. Much, much more to come from this team. Five games await in 14 days. #AVFC

Your content and news over this transfer window has been superb, John. Good work.

Get Manzambi Mbaye Goretzka Madjo All involved and we will be just fine

they just better make sure they beat Hull

@AVFC_News Surprised you havent called out Hemmings , 19 years old , unbelievable confidence shown throughout the game , Yes final ball at times but he going to be incredible.

@AVFC_News No chance with the officials up Arteta’s arse corrupt premier league cheating Arsenal players diving around like a Salomon

What nonsense

5? Forest game is at home

Exactly as I saw things John. Lots to be positive without ignoring the elephant in the room which is the result and shots on target statistic. I too was rather upbeat after that, especially after the trauma that was inflicted on me at Brighton. Lots to look forward to.
