Ok guys, this is the morning of the FBI raid on my fiancé and I for Jan. 6, 2 1/2 years ago. This footage was taken from our personal home security cameras. At the end of the video you’ll see these agents disable our cameras by putting black tape over the lens. They do this prior to them destroying our home in a raid. They let all 3 of our indoor cats out, broke several things and left our home security disabled after they left while we spent hours at the station. Does anyone know if this is legal?

I sound mad, because I am. A passage from my book: On one of my first days back , my mum asked me what I was doing standing in the garden barefooted, in light drizzle, apparently staring into the sky on what was a very English day. All I remember is looking at the sun and the clouds , feeling the grass on my feet and the wind on my face while thinking how new everything seemed, I could see, feel, smell everything all at once, it was overwhelming. You see there’s no wind in prison, no rain and for 60 days I didn’t even see the sun. Some of these boys have been locked up in the most horrendous conditions for 3 years God bless them, welcome home🙏🇺🇦

Gary, Indiana, mayor says his city is "100%" being neglected because it's a predominantly black city after going 13 days without power. The electric company, NIPSCO, says they were forced to pause work after their crew was shot at while they were helping restore power. NIPSCO says their employees were scouting when someone started shooting at them. The marked NIPSCO Jeep was reportedly hit twice, with one bullet being lodged in the headrest. "We’ve paused work out there until the city and company get a plan in place [for our safety]," NIPSCO said at the time. "Our men and women are busting their *** 24/7 to get the power back on for 300,000 people spread over three counties, so it’s unfortunate and shouldn’t have happened." Once I returned to camp 2, my health took a dip - I seemed to pick up a chest infection, so the decision was made to get me back to Kathmandu for immediate treatment - not the way I wanted to leave the mountain or my team That being said, very few people get the opportunity to fly in a helicopter over the #Khumbu icefall - this really gives you the incredible scale of the icefall and #Everest Base Camp Thanks to everyone for your brilliant support - I didn’t bring home the bacon, and I am still processing the profound disappointment, but I am proud of our team and I am proud of the decisions I made on the mountain. I came back in (mostly) good health and I still have all of my fingers/toes 3/3

After a weekend of prayer, study, and thought on the war in Iran, I came to 4 conclusions: 1) Most importantly, I trust God. One way or another, it will work out the way HE deems it. But we still must do our part. 2) We have to soul search, but without politics. Is this moral and just? Is it in our natural interest? Is it America first? What does that even mean? 3) This is not 2016. Through his solid track record of proving peace through strength works, President Trump has earned my respect enough to give him the benefit of the doubt. 4) While I believe all of this is true today, it still may end in a way that is not to our liking. Which brings me back to Point 1.

After he ordered my first arrest, I was detained for two days at Harare Central Police Station before being locked up at Chikurubi Maximum Security Prison for 45 days. His officers took me to my Chisipite home to search the entire property for two consecutive days. I was very blunt with the officer commanding the notorious Law and Order section, a Mr Chafa, as his officers searched for fictitious weapons that I was supposedly going to use to overthrow the government, a ploy to stop me from revealing more of Mnangagwa's corruption scandals. This was on 21 July 2020, the person talking in the background was my lawyer, Beatrice Mtetwa. You need to have a dedicated, brilliant, fearless and eloquent lawyer when you are faced with a ruthless machine like ZANUPF!

going by his daily plan and achieving it all is chan's hobby 🐺: today's schedule: wake up at 10:30, go work out at 11, finish at 12, but at 11:50 before the workout ends i order food, that way by the time i get home it's there. wash up quickly, change clothes, pack my outfit for the day, grab it and head out to the company. arrive, (practice) 10 minutes left, finish eating within 10 minutes. it's 1, our practice is set to start at 1:30, then i could squeeze in one game... i did all that calculation yesterday"
