Matt is a very special, kind, and amazing young man. He lost his lifeline. She would help him with the whispers and the gaming he can’t hear or see. It’s important to have someone like that and he trusted her and she truly was, quite simply, a friend. He has to rebuild that with someone else and that is not easy to do. He is going to miss her, because she helped him understand what was said doing the course of each day, Not just because of the crush.

Im not surprised she was his lifeline in the game helping him understand what was going on around him. Now no one will help him and BB sure isn't accomodating him. So he feels lost and alone.
