The problem with northerners is islamic religion. Many (except few), believe everything is the WILL of Allah. So they believe they can't fight and change many things by themselves. Their Iman is followed blindly and almajeri destroys their young age.

Northern govt are the worst, they care less about the poor people of their states. So many under develop villages with no basic amenities that is why terrorists recruit many of those poor people. Until they create and provide basic infrastructure in rural areas this will continue
