Vision was always going to be nerfed cause Thanos had to win
Everyone missed this. He was injured by Corvus Glaive's weapon, which has special powers. Vision even says it: "The blade...it stopped me from phasing." It also stopped his body from repairing itself. Yes the plot had to diminish Vision but MCU picked a plausible way to do it.
I keep saying vision is the most useless character in avengers. A very un-needed character in the movie.
