They said you need carbs for performance. They said you need carbs for muscle. They said you need carbs for a pump. They said you need to be hungry to get lean and lose weight. Why do I stay Carnivore? Because I realized I none of that is true. 3 weeks after the conclusion of my 4k SAD experiment I weighed in at the lowest weight I've been in over a year. 15lbs below my peak weight when I started my 4k Carnivore experiment.
