She's the JNU Student Union General Secretary, raising anti-Hindu/Brahmin slogans like "Tilak, Tarazu aur Talwar, inko maro jute chaar. Brahmine are terr*rists". This is clearly a call for violence against Brahmins, Kshatriyas, Baniyas etc Hindu community. How long will we continue to allow such Naxals to spew venom against Hinduism? Such students deserve to be in jail and BAPSA should be banned. What if similar slogans are raised against other communities? Will it be tolerated?

Eye witness and student Akash Pathak says, "Calling them students, in my opinion, would be a very bad thing, given the indecency they displayed, the way they are abusing journalists based on caste, and the way they are raising slogans against Brahminism. The way they have mistreated a woman Brahmin journalist and the kind of atmosphere they have created—in my opinion, they are not students at all. The demands they have made regarding the UGC, you can do all that at your leisure. But raising slogans against Brahminism is somehow wrong. FIR have been filed. But the police administration is not taking any action. This kind of mistreatment of journalists is happening every day... Brahmins are being targeted... Brahmin hate is not new for Congress party, how can we forget the anti-brahmin riots which took place in 1948, where Congress karyakartas lynched Brahmins, especially Chitpavan Brahmins. Congress must immediately issue apology for the MLA remarks.
