Luzzi clearly pointed out all the burning issues one by one; -Minimum wage -Value of the national id -Heavy taxes on nationals and tax exemptions for foreigners. Maybe he may fail to implement but clearly he has done his homework on the most pressing issues.

Mr.luzzi speaks as if passing laws in paliament Will depend on him as an individual......what he speaks is practically impossible in Ugandan paliament
