I believe this building will have lots of new facilities. I asked your principal, 'Madam, what facilities do you provide?' And she named a whole bunch that even I didn't have in my school. So, I must compliment all of you; you are going to have this AI facility here, which is hopefully going to open even new frontiers and opportunities for you. So use these opportunities well. Your teachers and your parents make a lot of sacrifices for you to be here, to learn, to grow and to have a strong future. We must always respect what other people do for us and respect their participation in making us what we are. By the time you leave school, you may not have a full idea of what your life will be like. What will your future be? But you will have a good idea of who you are going to be as a person for the rest of your life. So, if that idea of yourself can include love for others, can include kindness towards others, can include honesty, can include the worth of working hard for your living and earning without having to cheat or lie, then I think you will be on the right path and you will have a successful and fulfilling life. That is what I wish most for all of you, as I said that this institution develops your heart as much as your mind is developed. And you have the whole world ahead of you. I am beyond grateful. This tour was THE highlight of all highlights of my life. I had no expectations coming in, I just wanted to help take good photos, for the team and the blooms as well. However, I didn't expect that my heart would be so full of love and friendship after my own 'tour' of 8 states, and 11 cities in 23 days. I never felt exhaustingly tired, until now. Naramdaman ko na rin ang sakit ng katawan 😅 In retrospect, this was maybe because at every stop, from NY to SEA, everyone was all positivie vibes, walang epal. Everybody had a good time before and after each concerts. I never met anybody who said otherwise. TEAM BLOOM USA , I will never stop thanking the people leading this group for the trust and opportunity. If not for your hard work and perseverance, this will not come to fruition. And to the rest of the USblooms I've met along the way, thank you for making every stop memorable. To Team Bini, thank you for accepting me into your group. Working with you all was a breeze. I really appreciated the camaraderie and for giving me the chance to be my own creative self. I've seen now why BINI is so good because of the team that supports them behind the scenes, cares about each one of our walo. They held each other accountable and keep them grounded as well. I really appreciated the camaraderie and for giving me the chance to be my own creative self. I've seen now why BINI is so good because of the team that supports them behind the scenes, cares about each one of our walo. They held each other accountable and keep them grounded as well. He starts by dismantling the fantasy he once had as a teenager: "When I was in high school, I was always like, man, I'm going to build this side project. It's going to get traction. People are going to give me money, and then I'm going to drop out. And it's going to be like this perfect clean break where I take no risk. Completely did not happen." Shayne dropped out of college at 18, but what followed was nothing like the smooth ride he'd imagined. "There were almost 3 years of like complete brutality of things not working and me trying things and me learning different things and running out of money, stressed about rent, like the whole 9 yards." That stretch taught him the first non-negotiable for any founder: full commitment. "If you really want to do this, if you really feel like it's your calling, don't half-ass it. Go all in. Don't hedge your bets." Shayne Coplan 🦅 continues: "If you're hedging your bets and you kind of haven't cut the rope and you're like, 'Well, I'm still at this, but I'm trying this on the side, whatever.' That's not how great, durable businesses and products start in this day and age. You got to go all in. You got to give it every ounce you got." But going all in is only half the equation.
