Don't be rude to the poor labourers. Their life is already hard & they simply do what contractors ask them to do. Talk to the contractors in case of any discrepancies & pull them up instead.

Better to take Contractor/ Incharge to task rather than bully poor labourers. Same could have been done just at beginning of work.......but Reel Culture Hit hai.
