JOHN SOLOMON: There is a singular piece of evidence essential to the review of the Minneapolis ICE shooting. The first bullet hole was directly in the front windshield. Why does that matter? It means the officer had to be in front of the car as it was peeling away, and he was in danger. When all the politics are stripped away, you have a person driving at an ICE agent after being lawfully instructed to stop. That will make this a tragic but legitimate shooting. John Solomon

When you slow the Minneapolis video down and zoom in, you can clearly see that the ICE Agent was NOT in front of the vehicle when he shoots. He was not “rammed.” Both his feet are off to the side. He drew his gun as she backed up and shot her as she drove past him. It’s MURDER

He was AT THE MICROPHONE when the shooting started. When he realized what it was, he ran. Because of the crowd size, the audience couldn't just run. 58 people were killed, almost 500 were injured. I guess he has to sing about vigilante "justice" in small towns, since he didn't "take care of his own" in Vegas.
