my new song “BREAKDOWN.” is out on the 21st of June!!! 🖤🖤🖤 I wrote this poem because it’s been the hardest year for my mental health. In my life I’ve always never felt good enough, it’s just the thing that’s eaten me up. For as long as I can remember i have felt constantly afraid of how quickly my head can turn dark. It’s always been so hard to fight the darkness that i inevitably have. A lot of people will say it’s a phase and it will go away. But it doesn’t and the reality of the situation is I have to find strategies to deal with it. To put it plainly the things I don’t like about myself will probably never change, people tell me one day I’ll come-to terms with them one day but I want that day to be FUCKING NOW. This song is a message to myself to try and exist alongside my insecurities and my darkness by grounding myself and remembering what is real in life and the world is so much bigger than me. Try and get out of your head and notice the world around you, notice the things and people around you. Connect with them, the chances are they probably feel the same. Don’t let the bullshit inside your head consume you. It just wastes precious time. Remember what is real. Help people, be kind, help the world, help yourself. If you think you can’t do it, you can. You can get through this, trust me. Use this poem in a mornin to get u out of bed, use it when youre about to back out of something last minute, use it when you’re at your darkest. Hate me or love me, but your office and my office are different. This is just the truth so I’m going to say it. You work from a cubicle. I’m working from a boat, sitting in a hot tub, watching a seaplane fly over me. You’re working to build someone else’s dream. I’m working to build my own. You have to worry about the next meeting, the next email, the next task someone gives you. I have businesses willing to sponsor me on 𝕏 for a single post and pay me amounts that many people have to work months for. And this didn’t happen overnight. I spent years building my own brand, my own audience, and my own businesses. But that’s the difference between spending your life building someone else’s dream and spending it building your own. You have to wait for your shift to end to go home and spend time with your kids. My kids are right next to me. We’re working together, learning together, using Grok, asking questions, and experiencing life together. You count down the hours until you can leave work. You count down the days until the weekend. You count down the years until retirement. I don’t want to spend the best years of my life waiting until 65 to finally start living. I’d rather be dead, for real. I’m living right now. And that’s what people don’t understand about freedom. It’s not about owning the biggest house, the nicest watch, or the most expensive car. None of that shit really matters when you actually get it. It’s about owning your time. It’s about being able to work from anywhere. It’s about being present with your kids while they’re still kids. Since I’ve started my journey on social media I’ve had to confront a lot of things about myself and my life, the most difficult ones of all being my trauma and my addictions I was using to cope with that trauma. This year I got serious about recovery and so I’ve really had to face the darkest parts of myself and accept them and learn how to live with myself without turning to temporary comforts to avoid the pain. I made this video as an artistic representation of that journey and how I’ve been coming to terms with myself. It’s not easy and it’s still something that I have to choose every day. I’ve felt like giving up so many times over my lifetime but I know that it’s worth it, because I’ve fought so hard to come this far, and because I know that facing my darkness effects all of you for better or for worse, and I want my impact on the world to be a positive one. You all inspire me every day to keep fighting, keep growing, and to never stop believing in myself. 🐻: a [life] tip for someone turning 20? well… this is more of a lifelong tip than specifically for your 20s, but you have to life doing all the things you want! of course we can’t always be only doing the things that we want, but whenever possible, try turning the things you do into what you wanna do or doing the things that are actually aligned with what you like. i think it’d be good to fill in your life with the things you wanna do as much as possible 🐻: would life become more enjoyable once i turn 30? hmm, nope! [now that i think about it,] it wasn’t turning 30 that was important for me. i just happened to find my turning point and felt better in my 30s, but if it’s not the case for you, i think life turns more enjoyable the moment you make up your mind and determination. though it just sounds like a mere mindset difference, isn’t that the hardest part? it’s definitely not easy 🐻: “can you tell me that i’m doing well?”—you’re doing well! but i don’t think me telling you those words is what’s important because won’t it truly be more meaningful if it’s you who lives believing in your own self? i’ve also come to live that way now, though i know that’s something really hard to do… but still, i realised that’s the best way. making even a slight shift to our mindset’s so hard, isn’t it? 🐻: “what should i do if i don’t have confidence?”—keep doing it until you have that confidence or try your best to put aside all the reasons you’re unconfident. you’ll surely gain confidence that way, though of course, support from the people around you helps with confidence boost too. for example, i initially started believing that i might actually be better than how i viewed myself because my days believe in me, but in the long run, i have to be the one building my own confidence up. i think it’s most important that you recognise and validate your own self in the end! 🐻: “i’m afraid of the future”—you can be. i think i’ve said this before, but nothing changes even if we’re afraid. if you’re afraid of something that’s inevitably gonna happen, contemplating about it allows for good preemptive measures instead, but for all those minor worries? i think it’s better to take action after those things do happen, since i heard 90% of the things we worry about won’t actually happen. it’ll be okay, i believe

“This isn’t a debate about vaccinating your child or not. My 6 year old was vaccinated and hasn’t had issues, hasn’t been a sickly child, & never had any type of reaction. My 2 year old and 6 month old went for their wellness checks last week and both got the vaccinations they were due for. The way my heart broke in that drs office holding my 2 year old down to a table and letting someone stab a needle into his leg 3 times while he held my face and screamed mama to the top of his lungs is something I will never do again. Ever. I decided right then he would never get another vaccine. My 6 month old cried most of the way home then was PITIFUL the rest of the evening. I am his comfort, his only want and need, and even I couldn’t console my baby. It’s a no for me. I’m not as knowledgeable as a lot of my peers or my friends who don’t vaccinate their children, but I know enough to decide that I am comfortable not letting them have anything else injected into their little bodies or have to essentially torture them by holding them down to receive a shot full of God knows what. I say all this to say, if you vaccinate your kids, GREAT! If you don’t, GREAT! I don’t care either way! Again, my oldest is vaccinated. At that time, I thought that was best for him, for us. Diagonal delivery vs L shape delivery. When I got up to 95, all I thought about was getting as deep into my back leg as possible. When I made the jump to 98, what I did was get into that drop a lot quicker. Now as I train to throw 100, I’m starting to think about it differently. If I sink too deep into my back leg, I create more of a drop and drive delivery where I have to drop first and then create energy toward the target. Rather than having it happen at the same time. Where I’m going down and out at the same rate. That’s the most efficient way to create as much energy toward the target as possible. One of the big fixes I’ve made is dropping into the inside of my back foot. Rather than putting force into the whole foot. This prevents me from getting too deep because I can’t get into a squat position when I’m putting force into the inside of my back leg. It also helps me create more energy toward the target. When you put force into the inside of your back foot, you’ll naturally move forward more than you move down.
