Finally got a chance to play around with Andrej Karpathy's LLM Council. I built it as a plugin inside of Claude Code. Hooked it up with OpenRouter for models. The AskUserQuestion tool came in handy to select the council and chairman. This is my first test, but I agree with Karpathy that the concept of LLM ensembles can be used beyond models that offer perspectives on interesting questions. I feel like this could have really cool applications in agentic coding. More on that soon. I built this as a plugin, so next I will be exploring other user cases around agentic coding, like evaluation, tool building, designing, and research. If there is enough interest, I will clean it up and push it out as an open plugin.

Chanhyuk: Company doesn’t matter, but it’s about the people you work with. “There’s also something like this. Even though we say we created a “company,” we just used that word because it’s easier for people to understand. But in the end, it’s not really about the company, it’s about the people. Like, who you work with. And what kind of experiences you share with them, that’s what really matters the most. So with these people, whether we go, volunteering or travel somewhere, we always move together as one group. Because if not and later on, when I write and release a song, if we hadn’t shared those experiences, I’d have to explain everything. Like, “I went somewhere and had this kind of experience…” But since we’ve all lived it together, I can just say, “Hey, I wrote this kind of song this time,” and they’ll be like, “Oh, yeah, I get it. I know exactly what that is.” It just makes everything so much faster, right?”

I'm very happy to be able to spend a day filled with so much love here in Bangkok after such a long time. I hope that this day of yours will also be filled with love and I hope that my feelings can reach all of you just as I feel them. Um ... This time because of my schedule and also due to health reasons I wasn't able to prepare a song. For the next fan meeting I will definitely prepare one. And thank you so, so much. Many people often say that this place feels like a second homeand for me as well being able to come and meet all of you has always been such a warm and happy experience. Whether it was going for that run, hearing everyone's laughter or hearing your applause as we meet like this at a fan meeting ... all of these things have become the greatest meaning in my life as an actor. And I am everyone's Sukhumvit Boy as well. I'm so happy to be one and I feel truly honored. I love you.

And the failures were interesting because I'd learned from every single one of them."

Rob Reiner on the comparisons between "The Sure Thing" (1985) & "It Happened One Night" (1934): "A lot of people have said 'The Sure Thing' (1985) was like a teenage version of 'It Happened One Night' (1934). It’s hard to believe but at that point I’d never seen that movie. I’ve subsequently seen it and the only thing that’s comparable to me is that it’s on the road and the two people who don’t particularly like each other fall in love. The only thing that I ever shoot for is to try to be as good as I can be at the time. This is one of the last videos I have of my sister, it’s from 2006 when we went hiking in Zion. I wish I would’ve taken more video knowing that she was going be gone two years later. The would have’s and should have’s kill me at times. I try to focus on continuing to live life so she can experience it thru my eyes, as if she’s still here, seeing it via my eyes. She was a ball of energy and always so fun and lively. Grateful the memories we got to experience. Remember to make the most of the moments you have with the people you care about.

Today’s king, Queens and Prince of the day are all of the amazing people in this video AND YOU TOO! I post this video to spark the idea in people that this world is only as bad as we allow it to be! I refuse to allow media and politicians to shape my view of my fellow man! I choose to be a light in this world and try my best each day to make at least one persons day better! And if we all do that we can change this world and make it to be the amazing place it should and could be! To every one of you watching this video just know you are a light in this world and it is time you let it shine and possibly relight the spark in others! You are amazing and special just the way you are so please never dim your light because others say it’s too bright because your light might be shining the path out of the darkness for somebody right now! I asked Garry Tan how to use meta prompting to get better at AI: "My partners at YC Jared Friedman and Pete Koomen showed me how to do this. You can take almost anything that you do all the time and just drop it into a context window. And then say, “Here’s a bunch of inputs and outputs." And maybe you also add a bunch of notes. And then you tell it, “Write me a prompt that can act as an agent that takes this input and makes this output over here.” You can do this for almost any type of knowledge work. And you can even introspect. "What are things you notice that I did to convert this from the input to the output?”. And then you can just start using the prompt. Initially, it’s going to suck. Because it’s just not that smart yet. But what’s funny is now, I also use it to Iterate my writing. You can be very direct, "I would never say that", "Don’t say it like this", or "Oh, you used the long word there, use the short word". Just speak to it conversationally. And then when you're happy with the output, you can use that new output to make a new prompt. "Based on this conversation, give me a better initial prompt that incorporates all the things we talked about." And you can do this with literally everything. And in theory, there’s so much it applies to that people do day-to-day. You could use it for tweets. You could use it for editing podcasts. You can use it for pretty much everything. I have a folder of prompts that I use all the time. My YouTube prompt is on v27 or something. I'll go through this process with all the different max models. I'll use GPT 5.2 Pro. I’ll use Grok. I'll use Claude. Then, I’ll take all the outputs from all the models and put them into Claude and say "Here’s my prompt, here’s the output from four LLMs, including yourself. Rate each response and tell me what the pros and cons of each approach are." And I usually say "give it to me in numbered form". And then you can agree with one, disagree with two, tell it three is this or that. And then after that, you say given all of this, synthesize it."

I continue to share my progress in my recovery after this massive stroke and the coma and pneumonia that kept me in the hospital for over three months in the beginning of the year I hope that by sharing my experience strength and hope, I can help others who’ve been through something similar. That you are not alone!!! I admit it is an absolute miracle that I am here with you. So I am smiling and willing to do whatever it takes to improve my health. And As in every day I have to thank you for the prayers and support that helped carry me through and this far.

🐧 every day was thrilling (as a child)…my parents would be back from work at around 6pm, right? 🐿️ (it was thrilling) because they came home late? 🐧 i’d be back from school at 3pm and back then i used to play games on my i…pad and it was quite big, yeah? but we had a rule to only play games on the weekend 🧸 we did too! we had that as well! 🐧 so my mother hid the pad but i looked for it for 5 days straight…every time i got back from school, i’d look in different places and be like “it’s not here” “it’s not here” 🧸 i did that too!! 🐧 and then i found it! and the only place that had wifi in my house was the kitchen so i’d secretly go to the kitchen and play games then when my parents would come, i’d hide and casually come out pretending to drink water then take it out and play games again when they’d leave 🐧 so i remember playing games in a very thrilling way 🐿️ you were playing horror games by yourself 🐧 yeah, i was simultaneously playing a horror game too

#Bengals QB Joe Flacco was asked why he’s still playing at age 40 — after making so much money, winning a Super Bowl, and having a young family — and his answer was perfect: “You only get a chance to play in the NFL once. I feel like I’ve worked really hard to be a guy that gets to play in the NFL, and I don’t want to take that for granted. I still feel like I can play the game at a high level, and I want to be able to look at myself in the mirror when I’m 50 years old and say that I gave it everything I had.”

Mark: It's been on my mind, and I just felt like I had to get this off my chest. And so I just felt like I had to turn this live on and to really just tell you guys how I felt regarding the T-shirt with the Confederate flag on it. I am aware of the pain that it brought to a lot of people, and especially to my black fans, to the black community. And I know that I should have. I am very responsible for it. But I really wanted to directly tell you guys that it really wasn't my intention, with me knowing the meaning of the flag, the historical significance of it. It really shouldn't have happened, and it really does not reflect who I am as a person. But seeing so many fans being hurt by it, it really hurt me as well. I had no intention knowing the meaning of the flag, and I should have. There are no excuses to that. But I just wanted to promise you guys directly that something like that will never happen again. With me and my whole team, we have made, we have taken steps to make sure that something like that doesn't happen. But I just, and I know that a lot of people have been waiting for me to kind of address this directly. And I've been sitting on this for a while, and I really wanted to get this off my chest. And so I thought today was the right time for me to tell you guys. It really breaks my heart to think that maybe the trust has been broken. But I promise you that I'll make it up to you guys, just with my actions and with my music. I'll make sure to make it up to you guys if you will allow me to have one more chance. I'll try my best in that. And so once again, I truly would like to apologize for the pain that that picture has brought to a lot of people. And I promise to educate myself more on that matter as well. When I first heard about it actually, I read about it. Was hesitant to post bc last time I did on X I got trashed with the worst comments and content was too sensitive to bother dealing with that shit again. However, I think on a day like today I will take the insults if it helps anybody I am posting this on World Suicide Prevention Day with the chance it can help. It’s a battle a lot of us deal with and a having a daily battle between my ears is not something I signed up for. But with that said, years ago I made a DECISION to CHOOSE life and promise I will choose to make this same decision every day moving forward. Instead of being angry and resentful about my pain I now look at it as a way to be of service to others. It’s now my honor! Please, please, please choose life. You are worth it! We all are. So Cybertruck has never had summon (move forward or backward with the Tesla app) like most Tesla’s. It Especially didn’t have Actual Smart Summon (A.S.S.) which means you can call it to you for let’s say if it’s raining and you parked far away. So I go to test it while my wife needed a couple items at Walmart. I work out the settings and then it’s saying unavailable etc. I finally work it all out and get to the door at Walmart and realize I need my wife to film since I’m using my phone to test ASS. After texting and pacing at the front door of Walmart with lots of humidity (and I’m now sweating and getting looked at like a person about to kidnap someone) since I’m like a kid at Christmas given a gift and told don’t open it yet. Finally, she comes out and it comes and does the job perfectly. She says you can edit all that out and I’m like no it’s perfect. It sums up 3 decades of marriage. I was so giddy I forgot to WORD at the end. This is gonna be fun!
