Found it! It was all caused by the driver of the pick up truck.

Holy crap. That’s a Ram TRX up on top. They have a 702hp Hellcat engine in them. I have one and they’re huge, very heavy & very wide. They’re Baha racing trucks $95,000. For him to be up there they were racing big time.
