Just a gentle reminder to use the right channels, not school gates and noise, but courts, lawmakers and actual legal processes. Let the kids learn in peace please, they didn’t write the Constitution. If you want to challenge it, take it to Parliament or the judge, not Grade 1. Whether illegal, legal, foreign or South African, the right to education is not a group assignment, it’s already in the syllabus

I asked for the LONG BILL to be read at length today. Not to stall. Not for politics. But because what’s happening in this building is being buried, and the people of Colorado deserve time to SEE it. We’ve heard nonstop speeches about “protecting victims.” But as a victim of sexual harassment inside this Capitol, I was denied justice. No transparency. No accountability. Instead? It was buried. And the moment I stood up to say it from the well… Majority Leadership moved to shut it down. The Majority Leader rushed to lay the bill over—using a rule most people have never even heard of. Silenced. Again. Let that sink in. They will preach about victims— but when it’s one of their own? They shut it down. They bury it. They move on. So yes, I’m slowing this process down. Because this isn’t just about a $46 BILLION budget being rushed through in hours. It’s about a culture that protects itself instead of protecting victims. Colorado deserves honesty. Colorado deserves transparency. And victims deserve to be heard, not silenced.

The solution to the crisis of criminal aliens receiving SNAP benefits is not rocket science. Require proof of citizenship. That's it. Rep. He does not give her time to answer. He does not allow her to present identification. He simply seizes her and removes her so she can be placed in a detention facility while they “verify her status,” a process that financially benefits the agencies and contractors holding her. Taking someone by force, without verification, due process, or lawful justification, and transporting them for confinement and profit fits the definition of human trafficking. Calling it “enforcement” doesn’t change what it is.

Dear Chief Justice Roberts - Do Your Job - if you want the normal appellate process to work, you have to make it work. You have to do your job. The Supreme Court needs to do its job, and the appeals courts need to do their jobs. Yes, ideally we wouldn’t even be talking about impeachment. It’s a measure of last resort born of frustration that the appellate process has not been working. So don’t lecture to the public who’s concerned. You need to lecture and you need to take action as the Supreme Court to rein in the district courts who have stepped out of their separation of powers boundaries and who have created this crisis.

DEMAND ACTION FROM THE SENATE! All eyes are in the upper house today as the House of Representatives transmitted the impeachment complaint against Vice President Sara Duterte. True to their brand of inaction — they did not take the impeachment, transmitted to the Senate as early as 5:47 PM today. May I just remind the Senators of the Article XI, Section 3, Paragraph 4 of the 1987 Constitution: “In case the verified complaint or resolution of impeachment is filed by at least one-third of all the Members of the House, the same shall constitute the Articles of Impeachment, and trial by the Senate shall forthwith proceed.” FORTHWITH means “Immediately, At Once, Instantly, Right Away, Straight Away”. Again, as mentioned, impeachment proceedings are not bound by the legislative calendar. It is a constitutional process and not just a mere ordinary legislative process.
